Everything has been great since living here. Best apartment I’ve lived in. Management and maintenance are always helpful and respond immediately. The amenities are great and well maintained. Love the location. Very quiet and safe but still close to everything! Highly recommend!!

Friendly community. Clean, safe, family oriented, dog friendly and safe housing. The main entrance doors that lock at night make your home feel more secure. The amenities just add to the family fun!

Looking to move somewhere close to Hayden/CDA we found this gem of an apartment community in Rathdrum! The professional staff at Sky Meadows consistently go above and beyond and the amenities are fantastic. We feel a sense of welcoming and security with the friendly neighbors/staff and electronic doors. They set themselves apart from other communities with thoughtful design, family-friendly things to do, and staff that cares about your experience, concerns, and questions (I had a lot). We were astonished at the promotions available for new residents. The pool/cabanas are awesome for family outings with the kids on a hot day! We are excited for the next season of fun here at Sky Meadow Villas!

I love my apartment! It’s beautiful, brand new and clean. The staff in the office are very professional, kind and easy to work with. Perfect location with a great view of the prairie. Really happy I found this place!
