Worked with DeAngelo and he was amazing. Found what I needed and was patient and responsive. When he was out of office Tony and Alexis made sure everything still ran smooth. They are under new management and I haven’t had any issues. Only thing I wish they had was a key fob for the gym. I like going at 6am and the gym is only open when the office is.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to recognize DeAngelo, Tony, and Alexis for their attentive service! Your feedback regarding key fobs for the gym has been noted.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. I co-signed for my girlfriend to live here. Since she has been there(18 months) the gate has never worked, she has had multiple leaks in her unit. Mold on the ceiling and in the closet. Leasing office never answers the phone. She has to go to the office multiple times before anything gets done. Packages getting stolen and getting ripped open in the package room.
Still waiting on my Security Deposit since February. I have reached out over 7 times. Went into the office and every time its still waiting for me in the mail.
I thought the price was great and model apartment looked nice. The parking lot is full with no guest parking, people get booted constantly. You have to pay for valet trash and they leave garbage in the hall and parking lot. I’m on the 1st floor which is half way underground and have TERRIBLE connection and phone service. Messy people, kids out all night, it sucks.

Everyone is always polite and consistently delivering exceptional customer service.

This property appears nice because of the leasing office and pool area. The apartments are way over priced. They boast about premium upgrades with Keyless entry and thermostat control with an app. During the application process I had to follow up with them in regards to my application status. It took two weeks to complete, going back forth via email because information they needed during process was missing because they tell you to apply online and application has limited space to upload docs. which could have been solved with simple phone call. Not to mention the roaches. Had to stop calling for their pest control and do a DIY treatment. The parking is horrible come home after 6 pm no spaces. Half of the gym is closed after office is closed. No access to package room after office closes, which does not make since when there is a Luxer One system and camera installed installed and card entry into the building. Controlled access gates barely works either they are always open or not operating properly. There is Valet trash service but the dumpster is at one of the entry/exist which is always an eye sore because there is always a mess and overflow. Not to mention that if you have boxes or larger trash they will not pick up. Only things that fits into bags, but charges $30 for the service. There are not many spaces for guest. Sadly appliances are all worn and damaged. My microwave handle is held on by glue. Cook top is damaged. Cabinet hardware is poorly fixed one wrong tug and handles comes off. Bathroom vanity cabinets are put together poorly and drawers doesn’t pull out or close properly. They slapped paint on all cabinets poorly. Doors and windows have drafts. Tissue holder is placed on wall poorly you can tell that it’s been ripped off the wall and covered with larger fixtures to cover damage. Let’s not talk about the staff they barely pick up the phones. You literally have to go in person if you have any issues. The property manager Alta acts like she is naive about a lot of issues, avoids calls, and sits in the office with door closed. Alta also has a very nasty attitude when you bring things to her attention. They use this service called conservice for utility and charges you a setup and monthly fee but you do not even use the system for anything except to view statements because it doesn’t let you pay rent on there you still redirected to the property website.

poorly managed. issues run rampant unless you bother mgmt constantly. grounds aren't maintained properly, very sloppy. Horrible parking, no enforcement of parking whatsoever. disgusting valet trash, usually glass and trash in the breezeways overnight. Amenities are not as advertised. one star for location.

We've been here for 3 months now and honestly have to say that we truly regret it. The worst part is the dishonesty of the staff and poor response from management and even the parent company. GOOD: We really like our apartment and the Sandy Springs area. BAD: (1) THE LIES: They advertise the 2nd month free, but they don't honor it. We were also told by our Rep. (Pedro) that the 2nd month was free. Now they say that we didn't qualify, even though there are no qualifications listed on the website. (2) POOR SECURITY: The security/entry gates haven't worked in 2 months. I even told Pedro how important that was to me, since our car was stolen from our previous apartment complex (3) What I originally thought was a construction dumpster, is actually a permanent fixture and eye soar that is right outside of our apartment and a horrible site. It's always full and people stack there worn out mattresses, furniture and trash on the outside. (4) The Car Wash doesn't work and looks like it hasn't in years. (5) They painted the tub and tile before we moved in, but it's peeling off and looks horrible. I can't use the soap dish, because of the paint chips that were on my soap.
Parking here is so bad that there is a curfew after 7 pm. If you go out after 7, you risk yourself parking a mile away from your building. And if you dare going out after 11 pm, to the gas station or whatever, it will take you at least hour to find parking. No kidding. I asked the leasing office if they are going to do something about it, and they told me "Not every complex is perfect" like parking is the only issue here.

There have been roaches crawling across the counter tops, bathroom walls, and clean dishes in the dishwasher, since the day I moved in. I have made complaints to the management for over a year and a half and received only empty promises in return. This management has failed to make the necessary repairs when a leak developed in my closet so that a year later, the entire closet contents and closet walls are covered in MOLD. I brought this to the attention of the management two weeks ago, and I continue to receive empty promises of repair and an offer to INCREASE my rent. ROACHES AND MOLD ARE HEALTH ISSUES, and the management does not take them seriously. If I could afford to move, I would have left a week into this lease. Do not move here. Do not believe any good reviews. I am certain they are planted and fake. All of the bad reviews, however, are extremely accurate. Management, do not even bother leaving me a response about how I should contact resident services. I have been doing that since I moved in, and it got me nothing but more mold and more roaches.
This apartment is so nice and cozy , has got every amenities you can think of . Pedro and Portia works here and they are very welcoming, there manager is so sweet, people here are all very fun people, I promise you’ll love it here . Oh the best part this apartment is so close to a lot of stores and malls. ??
don't usually take the time to leave reviews online but I was so impressed with the customer service at this property, particularly by my leasing agent Porschia, that I had to leave a review. First let me say that I had lots of reservations about this property after reading some of the negative reviews online but I decided to check it out anyway because of the location. Porschia really made me feel at home and was able to ease some of my concerns. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the property. She also had a really awesome attitude and I enjoyed talking to her while she showed me the property. I would highly recommend that you ask for her if you are checking out this property. ”
The worst management team ever! The management staff is unresponsive and lazy and uncooperative to the core. Due to their incompetency they have made the apartment insecure for residents. The cameras dont work. The gate dont work. Some time ago my wife and I were followed violently by 2 men in a car from entrance to our apartment parking. They parked right next to us and showed gun. We called 911 police from within car and they asked for their number plate. We were scared to get out of the car so after they were gone we went to apartment office to ask for camera footage. The staff is so shameless and incompetent that they replied that the camera is for show and they dont record anything. I was astonished at their attitude. Another instance of their callousness, they once tried to fix the gate and they installed such bad system that the gate closed on us broke the side mirror of car. After several such incidents the staff later sent a email to residents to remain cautious when exiting the faulty gate. They have no play place for kids. Worst place for family with kids. Roaches...roaches everywhere in building. If you think thats bad, wait till you move out. The staff is waiting to fleece you off thousands of dollars in the name of fine prints in the agreement. The Arium management is big let down for an otherwise nice location. Stay away from this apartment please. And dont regret like we do.

This is going to be a relatively long review, but worth it if you're an out of state transplant like myself or someone local looking for a stellar apartment building and an excellent team who really have some of the best customer service skills ever! The first time I dropped by the building, I was introduced to Ruthie and Pedro. In a matter of seconds, I felt so welcomed and even before I saw the model unit, I was sold on the place because of these two kind and warm people. They were both eager to fulfill my needs for an apartment and worked with my preferences. In less than 30 minutes, I was 100% sold on the unit and knew I wanted to call Arium home. I filled out my application on the spot and paid my fees. It was a great experience. At a later time, I received a call from Michael. He too wad very helpful and worked out a great move-in deal for me since my rental history was limited. He reassured me that all would be ok and it was when I received a call statimg that my application had been approved by Alta. I never met her in person, but she wad the "behind the scenes" person that gives the final approval. On the day of my move-in, everything went smoothly and I was delighted to see and hear all 4 people. They were like the welcome crew on a cruise ship and once again, I knew I had found my home away from home. I have now moved into my unit and it's everything I expected and more. I recommend Arium for your new home. You won't regret it!

The staff at Arium Glenridge is EXCELLENT and I would recommend this apartment complex to any one of my friends! This place is clean and SAFE!! Despite what others have said in the past, Arium is a hidden gem in the Glenridge area. Michael was my leasing manager and he went above and beyond to make sure my move was flawless, including coming into the office early before they opened to give me my keys and do a personal walk through of my apartment that he was proud of. There wasn't a single hiccup in my moving experience and Michael took the time (sometimes after the office was already closed) to make sure every. single. one of my questions was answered within 24 hours. And that's a huge deal for me! There wasn't ever a time where he or the rest of management made a promise and didn't follow through. This leasing office is genuine, kind, and transparent and I look forward to making this my home long term, If you're looking for a new place to call home, I definitely recommend adding this place to your list and stopping by to see Michael along with the rest of the staff!
Let me preface this by saying I have never willfully logged onto a website like this or anything else to leave a review, but this place was just that bad. The good reviews of this place aren't accurate. The management at the front is really nice, and they're good people. I believe it is more of a Carroll Management group issue. When we first moved in to a "renovated" apartment, we probably found at least 15-20 roaches and 15-20 spiders on Day 1. There were several things that were broken and the renovation was pretty terrible. We have continued to experience Pest issues the entire time we have lived here. The 3 bedroom 2 bath is more like a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a Study as the 3rd bedroom. You'd be lucky to fit more than a Full size bed and a dresser in there. Parking is a nightmare. If you get here after 9 or 10 o'clock, good luck finding a parking spot anywhere near your apartment, much less one that isn't a handicap spot. I've had to park in handicap spots for the past few nights in order to park and it's miserable knowing I'm taking a spot from someone who may need it more but I have no where else to park. Maintenance is a nightmare. For example, I put in a maintenance request to get our kitchen light fixed. Maintenance came, and left a note that said the kitchen light needed to be replaced. Okay?? So are you going to fix it?? We are now on August 7th, and it still hasn't been replaced. I checked the maintenance request area on the website, and it said 'Work Completed' on August 2nd. HMMM. I wonder why this is, considering our kitchen lights still don't work. Makes sense right? The community is also mostly children. If you're a family person, that may be okay, but as a young adult, this is not where you want to be if you don't like kids, especially loud ones. Don't say I did not warn you. Carroll Management Group, get your crap together. Overall, this place is a nightmare. Don't suggest moving here.
When I came into to the office to pick up my package, the property manager Tamika stopped what she was doing to assist me. I was super impressed because usually upper management is too busy to assist with the little things. This made me feel special.
The Arium Glenridge is a fabulous complex and community. April, Michael, Katy, and the whole staff are incredible helpful, prompt, and kind. I love living here and would recommend to anyone.
Very nice place to live. Love the staff very accommodating.
I'd like to thank the staff for the beautiful Valentine's Day celebration! Everyone there is always so professional make you feel right at home. we are so happy that we chose to stay here and plan to stay here many years from now. Thank you Alta and you're wonderful staff for everything you do!
Since the first phone call April was helpful, professional & polite. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for in an apartment. The office staff was great every time I came by the office or called. Alta, Michael and Katy communicated and helped me when I need anything! The maintenance team also took care of a few things quickly after move in. The community has excellent amenities and is in a great location. It truly is a hidden gem!
Love, love, love this apartment community. Close to the city and staff is amazing. They go above and beyond and have incredible customer service.
Arium Glenridge is a great community. Staff is always super helpful. Recent renovations to the amenities are AMAZING! Free weights were a welcomed addition! TVs near the pool were great for my friends and I while we watched the World Cup! Can't wait for the new package room to open! No complaints here!
I like how convenient it is to the places I travel. The friendly staff is also a bonus.
When this was The Nevadan it had character and parking was never an issue. Now, it’s a bland prison. Children scream all day everyday and no one does anything about it. They throw bags of dog crap at eachother. If you get here after 11pm you will not have a place to park unless you want to pay $25 a month to park downstairs which is also always full. The management doesn’t care one bit about the tenants and are only motivated by making money, not in making this a community or a home.
This is easily the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in and encountered. Let’s just start from the beginning when our outdoor storage closet flooded on our porch damaging over a thousand dollars worth of items due to faulty sprinkler. This was fixed and our stuff left to mold over 3 days as the management failed to tell us about the flood once they found it. Not only that but there has then been a regular parking problem here so much so they made the news about how bad it was and now blocking off perfectly good parking spots below the building just as a scam to further get you the pay them more monthly. Last but not least their gate exiting the property closed as my car drove through it as a malfunction leaving me to pay over a thousand dollars in damages and they never once owned up to the fact that this was their problem to fix or answered my requests to at the very minimum fix the gate (also not to mention this is a gated community and the gates never are working). Their communication is poor and good luck to anyone who lives here next. I will be ecstatic to get out of my lease here because the management here is extremely poorly run. Carroll Management should really do a better job at stepping in considering how bad the reviews of this place are.

Thank you for reviewing our community, though we’re disappointed to see you feel this way. Here at our community, it is our goal to make improvements solely for the benefit of our residents. We have recently completed some renovations, including stainless steel appliance packages, granite countertops, and wonderful amenities such as our pet park and outdoor gaming space. Our new parking policy is just one of these improvements, and it is our hope that the new policy will help parking flow more smoothly and provide preferred parking to our residents. To clarify, you have the option to purchase guaranteed parking in one of five underground parking areas. Guaranteed parking is $25 a month and can be canceled at any time with 30-day written notice. Otherwise, you can park for free in the upper outdoor parking area, though a parking space is not guaranteed. Additionally, all lease-holding residents will receive parking stickers so our courtesy officers can identify residents in order to prevent booting/towing. Booting/towing will only occur if a resident is parked illegally. If you have any questions as to what constitutes illegal parking please contact the office for clarification. Ultimately, this policy was implemented in order to improve our residents' living experience and it is our hope that it will only serve to better your stay. As for the incident you mention in your review regarding the gate, we would like to clarify that you tried to drive through the gate while it was closing, which caused the damage to your car. Additionally, we have not received any notice of a leak in your apartment, so please get in touch with our team at your earliest convenience regarding this concern and we’ll do our best to resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you, and we hope to hear from you soon.
My apartment is beautiful and I love my view of the swimming pool. My dog loves the size of the patio and being able to people watch from it. It stays pretty quiet after hours and I'm excited to see what the new amenities will look like and for the pool to open. The staff has been helpful during and after my move in. Parking is fine for me because I got an underground spot in my building. I have nothing to complain about as of right now.
Very trustworthy people working in their offices. Been living here for about 3 months and they’re always there to answer and questions and concerns of mine
I'm new to the Atlanta area and Arium Glenridge has been great so far. The office staff remained super helpful, even after the millions of emails I sent! :) LOVE LOVE LOVE the location, super easy access to highway! My experience is going great!
This place is a complete joke. When we first moved in we signed an agreement saying that the enclosed parking area would be included at no cost. 3 Months later they decided to put a gate in front of all of the enclosed parking areas and start DEMANDING a monthly fee to park there. If you chose not to pay you esentially would have to drive around for an hour searching for a space in the common parking area which was like finding a great white rhino. Other than illegally FORCING their tenants to pay for an included amenity, the management is a bunch of rude, ofputting and condescending twits who couldn't care less about any of the tenants. I had things stolen out of my car and they said next time to park in a more brightly lit area. Comical. Also the gym is constantly broken and there is always shady characters walking around late at night. There was once a security guard but i guess he is no longer there since all he did was sleep in his truck. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND RUN, RUN FAR FAR AWAY.

Thank you for your feedback, though we’re sorry to see that you’re feeling less than pleased with your experience. Regarding our parking policy, we certainly understand your frustration and apologize for any inconvenience. It is our hope that the new parking policy will help parking flow more smoothly, and we encourage our residents to either opt for parking in one of the five parking garages or find street parking that does not obstruct fire lanes or fire hydrants. As for crime, while crime has no address, we assure you we do everything in our power to deter this kind of activity, including working closely with law enforcement and asking our residents to report any suspicious or illegal activity to our office and the proper authorities immediately. Thank you, and if you would like to further discuss your feedback with us, please do not hesitate to call.
I moved here in August 2017 and my biggest issue is that when i moved here there were ample parking spaces available and underground parking was free. I opted for surface parking to avoid another flight of stairs to contend with. The owners have now implemented paid underground parking which has reduced the number of surface parking spots available. I have come home twice in the past two weeks after 10pm to find absolutely no parking spaces available. The first time i parked in a red zone and had to pay $75 to remove the boot. The second time i drove to work at 11pm to park my car and had to Uber home. What did the leasing agent have to say about this, well you can pay to park underground since other residents have more then one vehicle so they are taking up the extra spots. So I’m being punished for having only one car!? And i have to pay instead of the people with multiple cars?! AriI’m, how about organizing a meeting between management, the owners and the residents so a fair and mutually fulfilling solution can be be discussed.
I moved into the Arium Glenridge in September of this year. Everything was fine until November when leasing decide to make the garage parking a $25 a month service which has made parking very limited to many (if not majority) of the residents currently living here. If you arrive at this apartment complex after 9:30 p.m., good luck trying to find a spot to park because you will find yourself driving around the complex for at least 30 minutes trying to find a spot. This new policy has become a major issue at Arium Glenridge, causing residents to make up parking spot along the fire lanes because there's no other choice at the moment. I've been booted already once and the leasing department refused to reimburse me even though I told them there was literally no where else to park and I didn't feel safe parking far from where I live. The leasing department's solution to this major problem is to buy the $25 a month garage pass or park at nearby streets outside the gated apartment complex people pay to live in. There has been times where I have had to crash on friends couches somewhere else because I can't find a place to park at my own apartment complex and I can't afford being booted again. If $25 a month garage pass was such a great deal, everyone here would be doing it, but clearly it's not and now the garage pass is becoming more of a choice than an option. I highly suggest not living here, if you don't want to deal with high stress and the leasing office taking advantage of its residents.
This place is a complete joke. The management doesn't care about the tenants whatsoever and are always negative and rude. There are cockroaches and bugs everywhere. Mold in apartments, kids constantly running around, and cars getting broken into. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. They have also recently started charging people illegally to park in the spaces that are supposed to be free. The complex has even been on the news for dishonest practices. I will never lease with this company again and if you want to save yourself a year of headaches you wont either.
Cockroaches everywhere! If this wasn't bad enough the management just took 400 parking spaces and made locked them to force you to pay for parking. Now there are not enough parking spaces and people are doubled up everywhere. The pay-for parking is in a DARK, DANK garage which is scary to park in if you're a woman. This management group cares NOTHING about residents and EVERYTHING about taking every dime they can get. I'll be talking to the Fire Marshall to see if this new parking situation is even legal. Then I'll talk to zoning to find out how many parking spaces are required. If you choose to come here be aware, management sucks!

While we appreciate all feedback from our valued residents, we’re very disappointed to see your negative characterization of our community. We assure you that we put our residents first and strive to do everything we can to create a positive living experience for them. That being said, we would deeply appreciate the opportunity to speak with you regarding your concerns and to explain our new parking policy in further detail, so we encourage you to see us in the office at your earliest convenience. Thank you, and we hope to hear from you soon. All the best, ARIUM Glenridge Management
Absolutely, do Not live here!! I've lived here since 2015 originally it was fine because it was managed by a different management company. Carroll Management has to be the absolute worst. They employ the absolute worst people to work in the front office not to mention rude. They pick and choose what emails to respond to, ignore maintenance requests, and ask you to pay a different amount than what's on your rent invoice. And if you don't they harass you. Can anyone say audit?? The gate is always open. If it isn't the gate arm is broke. I literally witnessed a car get rear ended coming in because the car behind was tailgating so closely. I've sent several emails to management about this. I notified them about the accident-- crickets. No response...gate arm still broken. The parking situation near building one is a mess. Cars are constantly making their own spaces and parking in fire lanes because the back row of parking has been blocked off for so long. They never even told us why. I sure hope there isn't a fire the fire truck won't be able to get through! Do you want to live with wildlife? If so, this is the place to move for sure!! I let them know I wanted to switch units due to multiple incidents of lizards coming into my apartment. They have holes in the exterior foundation that allows this to easily happen. I let them know I have videos of it happening. No response. I will not continue to live in this place and have my issues ignored by management. I'm really glad I'm buying a place soon. Like I said before don't move here! Do not let the new paint fool you-- just move into one of the new complexes going up in the area (there are so many) if you're going the apartment route. Skip this hot mess! I'm continuing to reach out to Carroll Management group corporate office.
The Nevadan Apartments are the worst place to live in the Atlanta area. Please do yourself a favor and do not live here. The management is terrible, they charge you for services that they do not actually provide (pest control services to be specific). They would tell me someone was coming on Tuesday, but they NEVER show up. You can report a maintenance issue, including a terrible leaking ceiling, and they will not come fix it no matter what you do. The ceiling fan fell out of the ceiling onto my bed while I was trying to turn the fan on, if I hadn't jumped out of the way it would have flattened me. They did not care. They also let an unlicensed electrician try to "fix" an issue, and caused the breaker box to almost catch fire. I had to call the fire department because I thought our apartment was burning down. The gates are always broken and it's so easy to sneak into the complex. They have no concern for the safety of their tenants, even after multiple car break-ins they still do not fix the gates. I have countless stories of awful customer service and broken promises. Just believe me, anywhere is better than this place. If they cared at all about the residents, they certainly do not show it. The property manager is very unhelpful and will not address concerns. Do not live here.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! i repeat... DO NOT LIVE HERE! Within the first couple of months living here, I was coming home on a Tuesday night and the front of the complex was surrounded by caution tape and Police/Ambulance. One of the officers informed me that someone shot someone else in an attempted murder case. A couple of days later, management posted notices on tenant's doors claiming that there had been a "minor assault" on the property. Obviously this complex has no regard for safety. Furthermore, the gates to entry are always broken. The grounds/landscaping is pathetic, ugly, and unkept. The amenities have useless hours and even the grill is broken and dirty. The maintenance staff will not ever respond to your calls in a timely fashion. In fact, it takes 2-3 calls to get them to come to your apartment. They do not have any empathy or compassion for any issues you my have going in your apartment. They came one time to "fix" my toilet, only to break it and tell me that they will 'replace it in a few days'. Are you kidding me?! The parking lots are always over crowded. In the springtime, if you park under any trees, you have to pray that no seeds/acorns fall and crack your windshield (like they did mine). The worst part about living here is that their pest control is so ineffective. I have called week in and week out about a roach infestation issue, and they disregard it as if I don't live there. I have even called Carroll Management corporate office and they refuse to help as well. These people are completely FINE with you living with roaches. The will not reduce your rent or provide any assistance on your issues if pests ever become a problem. PLEASE stay away from this place. They are over priced and obviously incredibly unprofessional. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
Don't believe any recent good reviews you see/read, all the good review you see is the new management trying to redeem this place. Save yourself the trouble in renting in this apartment complex. When the new management took over, we were at least hopeful that it will be better. It feels and looks like they are just renovating this complex but management STILL ARE AWFUL, UNPLEASANT AND MEAN to deal with. Try to schedule an appointment to speak a manager but leasingg agents will just ask you why and will not even let you talk to the manager. E-mailed the manager but never got a reply. You send a work order, technician will leave a note that it was done but still does not work. Safety is another issue. Gate is always broken so it's always open even at night. A month ago a lot of police cars and firetrucks came at 2am and never got an e-mail of what is going on in this place. We have pictures but can't post here. A couple of days ago a car of our neighbor got broken into because gate was open. People park on firelane and curbs because there is NO ENOUGH PARKING SPACE. So if you are young and comes home at 9 or 10pm at night good luck finding a parking near your building. It is always impossible to find. Also, whenever we hear the person from the unit on top of us flush the toilet or use the shower, we hear clicking or ticking sound. We complained about that even from the moment we lived here and they say that's just because the unit or building is years old. So when you are sleeping expect to hear clicking sounds, so if i were you, don't lease here. If you go look for mail, leasing agents are never helpful. They ask for paper that they say they leave in your mailbox but nobody in that office does that. You have a tracking that shows it was left at the front office but they will say it is not there. So when you actualy look with them your package is there. Don't believe the good review you see that's all the new management. Can't wait to move out this month since our lease is ending.
Rude leasing agents & new management. Awful facility. Unsafe! Save yourself the trouble in renting in this apartment complex. The kitchen was completely infested with small roaches. I stopped calling maintenance at all because they would either ignore my requests or come and do such a poor job at fixing something that there was no point in having called them. I also had problems with maintenance going into private areas of the apartment (bathroom/bedroom) when they were there to fix something that did not require them to go into those areas. Maintenance also never leaves things how they found them. I usually left my dog out and shut the bedroom/bathroom doors to limit the areas he could get in to. One occasion maintenance left all those doors open when they left, so I came home to (1) shoes having been dragged out of the closet and chewed on, (2) the contents of the bathroom trash overturned, (3) toilet paper brought into the living room and ripped up, and (4) my dog having found some chocolate that was kept on the bedroom table and eating some of it. Essentially, my dog almost died because of the maintenance guy's negligence. When I contacted the office about this, they didn't bother to respond at all. The amenities at the apartment would be nice, but you can't actually enjoy any of them, because of mob of unattended children controls them all. Also, despite the fact that they advertise having a courtesy officer at the complex, he is actually never available. This was a significant problem because of the noise level at the apartment. Especially from the pool, the noise was terrible, and at all times of the night. After I complained that the courtesy officer never responded, they told me to just call the police so that “it looks like someone patrols down there.” Security was a real concern because both apartments and cars had been broken into. The gate was broken approximately 40% of the time, and it didn’t matter anyway because everyone knew the gate code that automatically lets people in. Also, there is no gate for people arriving on foot.

Dear Resident, I would like to personally apologize for your experience at Nevadan Apartments. My name is Tamika Harris and I am the new Property Manager. We just purchased the property on October 13th and we have new and exciting things in store for the community. We are currently in the process of undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation and youw will find that many of your concerns and complaints are being addressed. We have a completely new Service Department and Pest Control company. We ask that you give our new Management a chance to remedy all of the previous issues that you've had with the community. I would love to meet you and hear from you directly. Please feel free to call me directly at 404.902.6360.
I'm not sure what they are doing during working hours but they definitely aren't helping residents. Work orders can take up to a month to complete. They have no idea how to use their online payments and they will give you attitude when they mess up. It's not a clean complex and they definitely didn't paint the walls before moving in. I've seen a dead fish, chicken bones, and panty hose in the parking lot. Kids are always running around with no supervision. The workout room tends to be full of kids messing around. Don't you know it's easier to keep residents than it is to get new ones??? Can't wait to move out.
My girlfriend and I just moved here from Raleigh, NC and we couldn't be happier. Our apartment was in very good condition when we got here, and only has some very minor kinks to work out (mostly stuffs on the wall from when we got our washer and dryer installed.) The size of the rooms are amazing, and the price is too good to pass up. Overall, we are very happy campers.
Out of all of the apartments I've lived in, from Chicago to Cleveland to Atlanta, this is my absolute favorite! I've been living here about 5 months now and I love every second of it. I lived in a 1000 square foot one bedroom, very spacious, high ceilings, TWO huge patios (one covered and one not covered, one off my bedroom and one off the living). I got a unit that wasn't renovated but to my surprise it was still very new looking and very up to date! The closet in my bedroom is the size of my bedroom at my old apartments almost, lol. The bathroom has a separate little station for a makeup area which is great because I'm a former makeup artist! My favorite part is definitely the patios though. Besides the fact that I absolutely love the inside of my apartment, I love the actual complex. The grounds are always clean, the other tenants are quiet and courteous, I never hear any loud music (which is a huge pet peeve), and I feel very safe, especially being a single young woman. There are two huge tennis courts that my patio overlooks, and a beautiful olympic size swimming pool. It's the perfect view in the summer...i like to sit out there and drink wine at night while listening to the sound of the mushroom water fall at the pool, haha (i'm lame, i know). There's also a small gym and a big training room with lots of machines, punching bags, everything you need. Its open 24 hours and that was one of the selling points of this place for me. I love that I can go at 2am right out my door and stay till whenever and feel safe. There's a really nice little clubhouse with a kitchen and some computers and printers that are free to use, and there's even a pool table up there. I also feel really safe because it's a gated community. A few times the gate has broken but they fix it immediately to make sure it stays closed. The best part about this place though is the staff. I wanted to make sure that everyone knows our staff is the greatest! The girls that work there and the nicest, friendlist, most patient, and helpful people I've ever encountered. Any issue I've had, they've fixed within minutes. They even went out of their way to give me a new key card for free (normally $50) when I dropped mine on the street and lost it for a week. Unless I hit the lottery and can afford to buy a million dollar home somewhere lol, this is where I plan on staying for a good while! :)
When I first toured the Nevadan I was very impressed. Great location, close to major highways, bars, shopping, etc. The leasing staff was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Flash forward to now and I cannot wait to move out. ABOUT THE COMMUNITY: During my year at the Nevadan there have been constant notices from the leasing office about some form of crime on the premises. Initially I thought it was just people being careless, then I had my catalytic converter and o2 sensors stolen from my car while it was parked in the "Controlled access gated" community of the Nevadan. My car was also parked in a well-lit area so I know there was nothing I could've done differently. The response from the leasing office was an email from the manager essentially apologizing but it ended there. There is also no fence around the entire community, the "gated access" is constantly broken and anyone can come or go into the complex whenever they want. You pay for the amenity of having a gated community but it's actually never gated. In addition to the thefts there are constantly an army of un-supervised children walking around the property constantly. They are rude and loud and oblivious to everyone else. It is so bad that the leasing office has sent out several letters to all the tenants instructing them to watch their kids. If you decide to move here and have the unfortunate privilege of living off the tennis court as I do, be prepared to have the tennis lights on all night and shine into your bedroom. Make sure to include black out curtains in your budget. Also, be prepared to have the unruly kids screaming their heads off as they play in the tennis court area all weekend. Another annoying and often frustrating constant situation, is the loud, bass blasting music coming from the surrounding apartments. Not an uncommon thing with apartments but aggravating all the same. Lastly, the grounds are rarely kept up. Tenants leave their dogs "droppings" all over the place. The breezeways are rarely, if ever clean. ABOUT THE APT: Though the upgraded units are, of course, nicer, the unit I had was only partially upgraded (black appliances) and with the "lower grade" apartments come other issues. Mainly, things break often. A/C, garbage disposal, no weather guard under the patio door which took forever for them to fix. It goes on and on. IF you chose to live here, be cautious, I honestly can't enjoy living here anymore and I am very eager to move.
This apartment reigns in the perfect location here, in the Atlanta Metro area. For the price and location, it is one that can't be beat. The Nevadan offers a great clubhouse that has much to be utilized, with a staff that's helpful whenever I have an issue that arises. The units give just as much space as the more expensive apartment complexes. Between Buckhead and Perimeter center, convenience is an understatement. On the contrary, the exterior could stand a little more maintenance from staff, and better parking is extremely desired. Overall, this is a good place to call home in the area.
This is a nice apartment complex for anyone who prefer to stay in a convenient and super friendly area. Not only is this complex surrounded by numerous of great restaurants and shopping centers, its only 15 minutes from Chastain Park, allowing individuals to workout, picnic, and be entertained with concerts one a month. There are neighborhood watch meetings and events once a month hosted by the community and clubhouse. There is always more than one staff member in the leasing office therefore any question or concerns never goes unanswered. Let's not forget the free ice cream, breakfast and complementary snacks that's always in the leasing office as well.
