This place gets one star because it's very soundproof. Offer letters don't matter. You better have a paycheck or you're not moving in. No, it doesn't matter how this impacts your family. Maintenance is handled through contractors, so you're at the mercy of whatever third party they're using and their schedule. It'll take time to fix whatever is broken. That or they'll cancel your ticket. These units are brand new, but door knobs will fall off for fun. The vinyl floor planks will come up at random. Transition strips might not be secured. I am not the only person to have experienced these and MANY other issues. Parking is awful. The cars that can fit in the garage only barely do so and everyone else is left to park in the driveway or just on the road. Lawn maintenance occurs when you complain about it, which really just means the grass gets cut. Communication in this place is awful. Maintenance is “meets expectations” at best and awful at worst. Accountability for issues is almost nonexistent. Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere.
