The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Silverbrook Apartments
Apartments look somewhat modern (as in 2010 look instead of 1980). Cons: -You can hear your neighbors -Enclosed stairwells mean noise reverberates throughout and every door closing and step up and down the stairwell is heard in the other apartments -Odors are also picked up from the other apartments because of this closed stairwell layout -Management never enforces their own policies (i.e. many dogs are not on a leash; nothing is done about dog attacks; people in general park wherever they want; broken down vehicles are not towed) -They say you can have 2 parking spots per apartment, but there are literally not enough parking spots to cover this. Hence the reason people end up parking wherever they want. -In general it is at the top of the rental prices for the area. Pros: -Maintenance staff is friendly -They allow pets I do NOT recommend this place.
