Acacia Trails is a highly residential community just 15 minutes from Downtown Tucson. Property Ratings at Silverbell Springs
I recently moved to Silverbell Springs Luxury Apartments the first week in September of 2020; and honestly love it! The office staff is extremely responsive, friendly, professional, and always eager to assist. Also, I want to mention the maintenance staff is the same ~ always friendly and responsive immediately ~ would go out of their way to help. When I moved in, the apt. was clean and ready for me. The layout was perfect for me with tons of storage in this particular floor plan. When I send a maintenance request, it is always taken care of right away & done to perfection. The management has been the best that I have ever experienced anywhere I have lived. The maintenance is the best and I could not be happier where I am currently living and plan to continue living here for a long time to come. The rooms are spacious, plenty of closet and storage space. You are even given additional storage outside your apartment. You are allotted one parking space per unit, with additional parking if needed for visitors. The rent is reasonable. It is quiet for the most part and no outside criminal activity. I would highly recommend living here - the rent is extremely reasonable, the apartments are cute and cozy, the location is perfect, and they really care and appreciate their residents.

Pros: 1. Slightly better than average facility and amenities Cons: 1. False assurances by Pam (Manager) 2. There is no gate remote offered so all residents must enter a passcode every time they enter when the gates are closed (see "3") 3. Security gates offer a false sense of security considering they are open between 9am - 5pm. 4. If someone parks in your assigned parking space after 5pm there is no way to have them removed (towing company is closed and there is no one else to reach) - can be very problematic for those with mobility issues 5. Don't expect a response after you sign here as a resident or a previous resident despite leaving e-mails or voicemails over the course of several weeks. 6. Security gates break fairly consistently. 7. No useable check drop box (the one they have is screwed shut) - can be problematic to drop off payment during business hours. Online payment option comes at the cost of extra fees. 8. Packages are not well secured as they are left in the open most of the day. Inconsistent notification of packages received.
I love living at the Springs at Silverbell Apartments! The grounds are beautifully kept, the apartments are beautiful and the management team is wonderful. If you have any issues, they get taken care of quickly and efficiently. I really love it here!!

Very secluded and quiet area. The location is close to the freeway, shopping and good restaurants. Area is safe- once, a package was left on my porch for 4 days when I was out of town on business and it was not taken. The office staff is very friendly and always tries to accommodate you- Anjelica is awesome!. Rent is reasonable for the area. Greystar is a fair & reasonable management company. If I move back to the Tuscon area I would definitely consider living here again.

Palm trees, flowers, pool, exercise room, covered parking,walk to the library, the park and shopping........resort living in an urban site at a reasonable rent
