My husband and I love living here. It’s super clean, feels very safe, and is very friendly. The new management seems great so far, no complaints there. We love how close it is to everything in Fenton - grocery stores, restaurants, places to hang out. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to live in Fenton!!

Great communications and services by office, loved working with Donna and her assistant. Maintenance staff were very professional. You can see that theyre working so hard to take care of their residents. The apartment was very nice and clean.

It is a nice apartment complex with grounds generally well maintained. Rent is reasonable for what complex offers. Staff is good & helpful.

I love living at Silver Lake Hills Apartments. It is clean, well light, convenient to shopping centers and restaurants. They have a park for children and a dog park. A swimming pool as well as shuffle board. The staff are awesome and the maintenance crew stay on top of any issues. Very happy being a resident here!!

The apartment complex is clean, quiet, and close to shops and restaurants. The updated unit with stainless steel appliances looks very nice. Administration staff is very kind and accommodating, and maintenance responds quickly.

Over the complex is very well kept. In just think people who are very noisy should be together, family with kids should be on the bottom floor

This can be a great place to remain living if rent was not so expensive. The people are nice, area is very convenient, but rent is too high and building is not maintained on a regular basis. I really love living here, but rent needs to be more reasonable.
Silver Lake Hills is an oasis of water, greenery and pleasantness.
Silver Lakes is great. So easy to live life in this part of Fenton. Going to daily stores and local shops is easy and its right off the interstate. Facilities are amazing and our condo apartment is very nice!
Capreit came right in and starting fixing problems from previous owners and it shows that they care for the tenants. Thanks Kurt and Michelle.

Love our apartment community. The staff is always amazing to us, and even when we have a problem and need maintenance, the team is there with helpful solutions and friendly smiles. Very thankful for such a great team.
I can say the response time for maintenance work orders submitted since Ive moved here has been good.
I feel that the staff cares about the people their. Laurie, is very good with what she does.
A very friendly place to live that is conveniently located to the lakes and shopping and great places to eat!
The property is well maintained and I would recommend Silver Lake Hills to my closest friend.
Makes the last management company look like a bunch of rookies. Ill be sad to leave when I buy a house.

Kurt and Matt are doing an excellent job in service. Kevins efforts with the groundskeeper position are very evident. It is reassuring to see the administrative office providing practical hours. My wife and l appreciate the new management.
If this place would actually maintain the units maybe this would be a nice place to live. I have had alot of issues here and I would never recommend this place to anyone unless they actually started taking care of this place.

Under the previous management, this place was a 5/10 apartment complex. New management has turned things around and its easily a 10/10.
Silverlake Hills is a nice community in the complex with nice people and lots of dogs, big and small. Management is super helpful and maintenance gets things done and right. I love it here.
The new management Co seems very interested in resolving any problem that arises.
