Property Ratings at Silvana Oaks
Would not recommend renting here for a number of reasons. to name a few, management changed over several times while I was here and it made for an unorganized/dirty mess, both in the office and complex. This location is not the safest as we had multiple car break ins. Also I closed my account in full when moving out and have it in writing that I did so however, After turning in keys, turning off all access to resident accounts, and getting security deposit check back- we received a collections dispute saying we did not pay them. When calling and asking they refused to speak to us or provide us with receipts of payment. I paid on time every single month never, had any complaints, the perfect tenant and yet these people did not care .They are unprofessional, They play with your credit, and are unsafe . DO NOT STAY HERE.

When I moved in my washer wasn't working correctly. Maintenance came the same day. Determined I needed a new washer and it will be delivered Monday. Great service.

I love living here . It’s quite , comfortable. There’s no Children running around without their parents . Dogs are walked daily , never having to step on any poop.

Staff and Maintenance are always very helpful and engages with the residents frequently. They are always quick to work on maintenance requests and make sure you needs are taken care of. I am fighting with roaches since I moved in. I do not think the exterminator is using strong enough chemicals or he is using watered down chemicals. HELP!!!

This is one of the best kelp communities in Charleston, I must say I have enjoyed every moment and the management team is amazing along with the maintenance. The management team as well as the maintenance team always gets things done the best that they can. Most neighbors are very friendly and keep to themselves. It’s very quiet but also very lively at the same time. It’s a wonderful neighborhood.

Silvana Oaks Apartments is simply amazing, the community is excellent and is located in a perfect place walking distance to everything that you would need. The Management Team words can not express how amazing Adriana and Kayla are with all of the tenants. They go above and beyond within their means to assist you in any way that they can. The maintenance team we call them the A- Team they are amazing as well. When you need something done they are there to take care of any problem you may have. I truly made the best decision by selecting this community to call home.

Other than the 25 cockroaches I kill everyday, it's a great place to live. They have diminished since pest control was called, who arrived in a timely fashion and will be back for a follow up to spray more.

It is always very organized without any major problems in the places I go through, of course it is still winter and we will see in summer if we all collaborate to keep everything that way... the only thing I do notice is at night there is very little lighting in certain areas

They work very well with all situations as long as you communicate with them. They resolve issues very quickly. I've never had a problem getting a response for emergencies involving my apartment or non emergencies within 24hrs. I also enjoy all the community EVENTS that are offered. We participate and have so much fun. I would recommend this community.

Friendly staff, nice amenities. I love the valet trash so I do not have to go up and down the stairs every time to take the trash to the bin. My only complaint is the amount of large dogs in the complex.
