Awesome community; you can’t ask for a better community great location and awesome management. They make sure everything is well kept and safety is very important and we have that here. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live where everyone will come together and celebrate in the community festivity’s given by our lovely management team. Thank you for all that you do for the community you’re the best.

I love living here . It’s quite , comfortable. There’s no Children running around without their parents . Dogs are walked daily , never having to step on any poop.

Excellent Apartment Community close to different restaurant and fast-food. Community have nice pool, GYM and playgrounds for kids. Excelente complejo de apartamentos cerca de varios restaurantes y locales de comida rápida. Cuenta con una bonita piscina, gimnasio y áreas de juegos infantiles.

The maintenance guy was awesome, very knowledgeable and professional and completed everything in a timely manner very satisfied with everything.

Great place and it’s very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The staff is great. Will be using the gym and pool very soon. The complex is very quiet at night.

Staff and Maintenance are always very helpful and engages with the residents frequently. They are always quick to work on maintenance requests and make sure you needs are taken care of. I always love the events that they have through the year that makes residents feel included and appreciated. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great place to live the neighborhood is quiet and everyone is nice. There are stores and restaurants that are in walking distance. I enjoy the events they have here so you can meet everyone it really feels like a community.

I am fighting with roaches since I moved in. I do not think the exterminator is using strong enough chemicals or he is using watered down chemicals. HELP!!!

I’ve only been here a week and I love it! It’s very quiet and everyone keeps to themselves.. I do really enjoy the safety feature they have of PD doing surveillance during the night etc

This is one of the best kelp communities in Charleston, I must say I have enjoyed every moment and the management team is amazing along with the maintenance. You must come to see how awesome the community is and we all will welcome you with open arms. My heart is full and I am so grateful to have found this community it is truly amazing.

It’s been very nice so far I am glad I was able to move in and get installed all within a couple of days :) very minor cosmetic things but overall it is all very lovely and I feel very comfortable and safe here

The leasing staff was amazing! Very kind and helpful! Truly refreshing to move into a neighborhood where the service is so professional. Will be recommending this neighborhood to anyone interested in moving.

The management team as well as the maintenance team always gets things done the best that they can. Most neighbors are very friendly and keep to themselves. It’s very quiet but also very lively at the same time. It’s a wonderful neighborhood.

I’ve been living here going on 5 months now it’s great the people are nice the neighborhood is quiet great place to live. I enjoy the gym and the pool.

Silvana Oaks Apartments is simply amazing, the community is excellent and is located in a perfect place walking distance to everything that you would need. The Management Team words can not express how amazing Adriana and Kayla are with all of the tenants. They go above and beyond within their means to assist you in any way that they can. The maintenance team we call them the A- Team they are amazing as well. When you need something done they are there to take care of any problem you may have. I truly made the best decision by selecting this community to call home.

Other than the 25 cockroaches I kill everyday, it's a great place to live. They have diminished since pest control was called, who arrived in a timely fashion and will be back for a follow up to spray more.

Great community to live in, lots of activities for kids and walking distance from all my favorite food spots. I love the fact that I can get off work and go to the community gym

I really enjoy the community here. The only reason for less than five stars is just the location, i wish there was more nature around but the staff here is incredible

So far everything has been great. We have only been here a couple of weeks. A few opportunities were present during the initial walk through but they were very promptly taken care of.

Excellent Place to live! If something goes wrong in your apartment they take care of you!! They are fair and make things right no matter the situation

Garbage is often not picked up on time. The rules in place for the complex need to be implemented instead of sending out NUMEROUS emails on the same topic Plus side is the staff is always friendly

Silvana Oaks is a friend l y community. I enjoyed our first resident activity thus past week. I have.never been in an apartment community that had this feature. It's a pleasant way to meet neighbors & very generous if the management to provide this to their resident each month!

I love it here it’s peaceful and quiet and relaxing. Love the office staff are my favorite always there when I need them. And there always doing something for the community or for the kids. I don’t wanna be no were else

Vivir en este conjunto residencial ha superado mis expectativas. Es un lugar donde la calidad de vida se ve reflejada en cada detalle, desde las instalaciones hasta la comunidad. Recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que busque un hogar donde se valore la tranquilidad, la seguridad y el sentido de comunidad.

Wonderful place not noisy every one is friendly and to them selves most important the staff do there jobs and are very polite and try there best to work and help u

Great so far just moved in but it feels like home great staff and the people are very friendly the apartment itself is great nothing was broken was exactly as the pictures

Awesome Community, I made the best decision making this community my home. Very quiet, clean and the neighbors are very friendly. Our management team is just simply amazing Kyla and Adriana you’re the best. The maintenance team is awesome as well. So don’t hesitate to come and be apart of our amazing community you definitely will not be disappointed.

Everyone has been so nice and welcoming. The area is so convenient with stores, restaurants, and gas stations. We are in a great area and the leasing team has be super helpful and supportive.

The community here is very nice. The staff is very responsive and goes above and beyond for their residents. Very convenient location right next for to Publix and other fast food options.

Friendly staff, though the repeat emails could be knocked back a bit. Neighbors are friendly and it feels like a safe place to live. Looking forward to using the gym again!

It’s not bad over here. The new management are doing their best but they could definitely improve. I’d liked to see more passion for the community and residents here.

Always Friendliness of staff, convenience of location for me, and amenities around the community. Also, Pet friendly close to highways. Quick response of maintenance personnel when needed.

My experience had been great so far. The complex is clean, inviting and safe! It's very family oriented which I value. The staff is very nice and welcoming, they made this move easy and smooth for me.

So far so good. The layout of my apartment and the complex is amazing. The people all seem nice. The community is a melting pot so you will never feel out of place. I love it.

It is always very organized without any major problems in the places I go through, of course it is still winter and we will see in summer if we all collaborate to keep everything that way... the only thing I do notice is at night there is very little lighting in certain areas

They work very well with all situations as long as you communicate with them. They resolve issues very quickly. I've never had a problem getting a response for emergencies involving my apartment or non emergencies within 24hrs. I also enjoy all the community EVENTS that are offered. We participate and have so much fun. I would recommend this community.

Living in Silvana Oaks has been an absolute delight. The modern amenities, picturesque surroundings, and friendly neighbors create a welcoming atmosphere. New to the community. I really like it here so far. Everyone is so friendly. The park is so lovely to walk around. The neighborhood is safe.

Friendly staff, nice amenities. I love the valet trash so I do not have to go up and down the stairs every time to take the trash to the bin. My only complaint is the amount of large dogs in the complex.

We love this place. Started out a little rough. But now we are loving it here. It’s pretty quiet and we love just talking it easy and enjoying living here.
