Sigella Property Apartments

My wife and I have lived in one of the SiGella Property Apartments for almost 3 years now. We've enjoyed every bit of it. We found our layout to be functional for our needs and up to date. The building is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The location has been incredibly convenient for us in terms of running errands, commuting to work, and walking the dog. We recommend SiGella to anyone looking for their next residence. We only wish we would have found SiGella sooner.

I’ve enjoyed the first six months in my apartment here. The property is well-maintained and landlord is responsive. All the appliances are in good condition, and I like the convenience of having a washer/dryer in my unit.

I had the pleasure of living in the apartment building on Delaware ave for two years. Very nice apartment with nice amenities. I would recommend this apartment to anyone moving to oakmont. Nice safe place to live and walk.

I’ve lived in this building a year and just renewed my lease. Great location, responsive property manager, clean building and grounds, new appliances in the apartment. Very happy with my decision.

These apartments were great. Newly renovated and affordably priced. The landlord, Gina, was always responsive and helpful. You can't beat these apartments for the location and amenities.

I lived in a 1-bedroom for about 2 years before having to relocate for work. I liked having a garage and the apartment had been recently renovated so it was very new and more like a luxury apartment than others places I've lived that claimed to be luxury. Sometimes I could hear my neighbors but generally, I didn't have too many problems. Fortunately, I didn't have to request many maintenance repairs, but when I did they were handled promptly. The owner seemed on top of things and the building always looked well-maintained. I was a little sad having to relocate and try to find another place, I definitely recommend living here to others.
