Had to make an account on this site to leave a review and potentially help renters avoid the same issues me and my wife have had since moving in. I actually plan on doing so on several other sites as well which goes to show how little I'd recommend living here. In the six months we've been here we have had such significant issues with bugs we are not buying groceries for fear of having to throw them away. At least every other day there are roach sightings, ants track in through the windows every day, there were larvae of some sort lining where our walls meet our ceiling. We have reported this the very weekend we moved in and every week since. We have had the building manager inspect our apartment looking for some way to blame it on our living habits (he couldn't find anything); We requested that at the very least we be automatically added to the Pest Control service list rather than having to ask each and every time and he has failed to do so despite his promise. We have had no support from the office and their staff in trying to rid ourselves of this infestation, with us having no food in the pantry, mopping and vacuuming daily, setting of bug bombs and using spray at the spot of every sighting, the office does nothing. They have made it clear they do not care. This is on top of having us move in to an apartment with a busted A/C that ran all day and still never reached the set temp and having some staff members who will linger near the neighborhood gym when my wife goes to work out meaning I've had to pay for a membership to avoid this abhorrent behavior.

The place is no longer like it was three years before. The elevators break a lot, parking is difficult. They are accepting many people in an apartment. They increase the rent a lot. There is loud music in the pool area and garbage thrown everywhere. It's a shame that such a nice place is like this with this new management. El lugar ya no es como lo era tres anos antes. Los elevadores se rompen mucho , el parqueo es dificil. Estan aceptando muchas personas en un apartamento. Aumentan la renta mucho .Hay musica alta en el area de la piscina y basura tirada por todos lados. Es una pena que un lugar tan lindo este asi con esta nueva administracion.

Well it didn’t start out this way when I moved in 4 years ago with a different company owning the complex it was great. Great employees very friendly and clean all around. Now the new company that owns it do nothing for the tenants and jack your rent up 200+ dollars every year. It’s a joke and to make things worse they now allow section 8 housing which has done nothing but brought in tenants who do not care about the complex because they rent for have the price and trash the place. Long story short don’t waste your time find somewhere different cause the employees act nice but do nothing to help. Steer clear just a friendly warning.

Sierra Grande is a fabulous place to live. Many amenities Gated, valet trash pick up. A beautiful gas fire pit. The buildings are clean and the grounds are well landscapes and groomed. The Staff at a Sierra Grande are simply the best. They are always there for the residents. When one walks in the door, they are greeted with a smile and a kind person who goes above and beyond to help them.

These apartments are beautiful. Nicely laid out with granite countertops and a spacious kitchen and great room. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, with lots of new restaurants and shops being currently built. The only complaint I have is that the clubhouse isn't open after 5, which is when I get off work.
Best complex in Naples if you are looking for peace and a break from the chaos of every day life. Very pet friendly community, and caters to all ages. Amazing amenities, especially the heated pool and dog park. Extremely close to the freeway and Marco's beautiful beaches! You can't go wrong here!
I lived at Sierra Grand for around a year. I was working at the hospital so the location was great. I was the first and only person that lived in the Apt due to that the rent was high $1450 for a two bed two bath with utilities. Overall construction was passable, you can tell the builders were rushing and cause of this i wouldn't recommend renting a unit in a few years from now. The staff in the office and the company that manage the property were always very helpful and nice. The reason I only gave three stars is due to me leaving the house in a very well condition (the only thing that was need was very minor touch up paint to re-rent the unit). I am a clean freak women though in her 30s. In no manor did I do more then basic wear and tear.
We love Sierra Grande! The apartments are brand new and beautiful. I also love the work out room - it's perfect for my needs. The other ammenities are great such as the resort style pool and BBQ grill areas. The unit itself has every update and plenty of room - great use of space. We also have had no issues with the management. Overall a very pleasant experience!
We LOVE living at Sierra Grande! It is in such a peaceful setting surrounded by a nature preserve. The units are brand new with full upgrades such a granite and stainless in the kitchen and huge closets! We also have been there for almost a year and have never had an issue with the owners / maintenance. If we've ever had a need such as a water filter changed, they are prompt and helpful!
