The complex itself is maintained pretty well and the maintenance man is awesome. We haven’t had any real complaints or concerns. I’ve seen maybe 5 bugs which is way less than I expected moving here from Oregon. The only request I have is that they allow residents to pay for an additional parking space if it’s available.

Just recently moved in and it was a smooth transition and very helpful front office staff, made the process very easy and was the kind of any stress when it came to the initial process, clean apartment and clean facilities, some of the gym equipment doesn’t work but other than that great place to stay

Staff is very friendly and professional. There has been a lot of upgrades to the apartment complex such as fitness center on site, doggie play area and playground for the children. Apartment grounds are well kept very clean and complex is pretty much quiet during the day and night time.

The place is fun, the pool and Laundry are close to me so it makes it easier to get things done. There are fry’s , the 99 cent store and A1 smoke shop near. This area is a good place to live

The grounds look amazing after the storm cleanup. I also love the COOL laundry room. My bedroom window faces the farmers field and that’s so relaxing to me. Easy access to the dumpster is another plus for me, the quick response time when I leave a message is great. The other residents I’ve met have been so helpful and pleasant.

the front door and all the interior cabinets and drawers has such a thick liner of paint that everything is hard to open because it sticks. The cabinets in the bathrooms, have been repaired a few times and not well and broke again. There is mold in the window seal even though I've always kept it clean; you can tell that it was once there before but was painted over. My patio was just painted before us moving in and you could tell that they didn't clean it first because there is painted bugs, soda caps, and party steamers still hanging from the ceiling and even the tape holding them up are painted. i love the outside complex and its always kept clean and its quiet. Also the day we moved in we realized that the apartment was infested with roaches. we tried for two months to get rid of they and they finally left mainly because the people above us moved out.

It's definitely a place you can call home. The office manager's are very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend Park at Westgate to others who are looking for a place to call home.
I read some reviews before moving in but I decided to just experience it myself with an open mind. Decent place and staff is nice . Amenities are okay .
Has been positive moving in here... Its a nice area of the apartments with friendly neighbors and nice staff... Would like to see more community events though.

Staff is real nice and easy to work with and the other residents here are nice and mindful. Parking on the other hand is a bit of a challenge if you have more than 1car they only assign one spot per unit so having an extra car or guest coming to visit may be a challenge sometimes

The staff was nice respectful was real helpful on my move in day made it real easy. My apartment was clean as well as the laundry room happy so far.

Park at westgate is an great place to live . I love being able to go out on my balcony and seeing trees and grass. It's very quiet and the people are friendly here. And the staff is great also anytime i needed something done in my apartment they responded very quickly. And I definitely plan on renewing my lease again.

I love how nice and quick the front office is. They keep up with the maintenance around the apartment complex as well!everytime I have had to call out to get maintenance in my apartment they were VERY quick about it too!

I have been here for more than ten years so far no complain except rising the rents, good and fast service as soon as I call them or contact them in person everything is fixed.

it’s really nice complex i been 8 years in this complex i never got i problems and the office ppl they are so kind ppl working in the office and they do immediately whenever you want from them
Great place to live. I have been living here for five years and will continue to reside at Park at Westgate. This community is a peaceful place to raise children and live.
My home has now flooded twice. And I am on the 2nd floor! The front office has no idea what the maintenance men are doing. You often get 2 different stories depending on whom you speak to. They also are rude and invade your privacy. Asking your guests if they live here so they can attempt to charge u more money. Horrible place to live. Basically a slum.

Though it is rare, sometimes during heavy rains, the rain gutters may get blocked, which is what we believe happened in this case. Should our residents ever notice any leaks, we encourage them to report them to our team at the leasing center as quickly as possible so our team can repair the leak right away in order to avoid any further damage. The service here is absolutely bad for what you pay to live here for 3 months I have asked every single week to be put on the pest control list and they have not done so you put in a work order it takes approximately 16 days to get it filled unless you go to the office and complain about it the parking is alright but the lighting outside is horrible I do not suggest walking around after Hours there is a lack of trash cans on the property by lack on I mean there is none therefore trash is scattered throughout the property if you like living somewhere where maintenance does not get done you do not receive pass control and enjoyed living with garbage on your front step and everything else than this is a great place for you
