The Antelope Valley region sits in the northernmost stretches of Los Angeles County. Antelope Valley also constitutes the western portion of the Mojave Desert, located between the Tehachapi, Sierra Pelona, and San Gabriel Mountains, which all lend stunning mountain vistas to the rentals in the region.
Antelope Valley’s largest cities include Lancaster and Palmdale, in addition to a slew of smaller cities and towns that each boast their own unique identity and sense of character. The region’s more affordable cost of living draws plenty of Los Angeles area commuters who don’t mind a longer commute time.
The rental options are just as diverse as the region itself, with an array of apartments, condos, townhomes, and houses available for rent throughout Antelope Valley. Popular spots for outdoor recreation include Angeles National Forest and Castaic Lake State Recreation Area, as well as Greater Los Angeles’ renowned beaches, which are about a two-hour drive away.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Sienna Heights
I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff for their outstanding kindness and professionalism, which truly make this community a wonderful place to call home. The location is excellent, offering a fantastic pool to enjoy during the summer and a variety of engaging activities throughout the year. The thoughtful conveniences, such as ample parking and conveniently placed dumpsters, make everyday tasks simple and stress-free. A special thank you to the manager, Gina for always being welcoming and maintaining such a positive attitude whenever I visit the office. Desiree has been incredibly helpful in answering all my questions, and Jasmine never fails to lift my spirits, even on tough days. I also deeply appreciate the maintenance team for their prompt and reliable service with every work order. Thank you all for creating such a warm, enjoyable, and stress-free environment—I highly recommend, it truly deserves five stars!
Great size apartments, clean and great staff. Maintenance very responsive and the ladies in the office are great and friendly. Everything is near to you, stores, parks, restaurants, freeways.
The Bad: 1. There are homeless people going through the trashcans daily ripping the bags and taking any documents they find. 2.There is always one security gate open at all times so the remote they charge you for is useless and there isn't a fence around the property so anyone can walk in. 3. Cars get broken into regularly and thieves frequently check for unlocked cars. 4. In the 7 month's I've lived here there have been 2 shootings - one on July 19, 2022 that started as an argument in a subway and the police chased the suspect into the complex and ultimately shot them on the property -which could have been prevented if the gates were closed. Another on October 30, 2022 where a party ended with a shooting and standoff with the sheriffs, they used tear gas that affected other apartments and ended up breaking all windows and doors to get the suspect out. 5. The insulation is really bad - always cold in the winter (60 without the heat on) and always hot in the summer (90 without the AC) so expect to have high utility bills. 6. I live in a townhome and i can hear when my neighbors are closing and opening their closet doors. The Good: 1. Maintenance always responds quickly and they've fixed every issue I've had. I always submit my requests online and it gets taken care of. 2. I've never had package stolen. Sometimes they sit on my porch for hours and no one has messed with them. Residents seem to respect others property here. 3. My neighbors are very friendly. Everyone looks out for each other in my row of buildings. 4. Its one of the few pet friendly apartments. 5. I've never had a roach or bugs in my townhome but i see them all the time outside.
The rent goes up every year. There is a roach problem. If you want to move units within the complex you have to move out completely and then re-apply to a unit. The plumbing seems to get clogged without much usage, if any at all. Make sure you get an upper unit, because the ceiling will make sounds like the people are walking on empty plastic water bottles. The office is not dependable at all whatsoever. My vehicle got spray painted in the parking lot. There is trash absolutely everywhere.
$200 holding fee and 2x $58 dollar application fee. Within 72 hours you have to see that apartment provide all the required information/ bank statements & pay stubs $300 gone!!! Because one they are slow at what they do sent everything over the first time got all call the next day saying they didn’t have it then all call back several hours later saying we found it don’t waist your money of time please!!
There is trash all over the car parks, trash cans overfill regularly. Gates are always broken. Maintenance request go unanswered for days, sometimes weeks. I never get a response to any emails sent nor does anyone ever answer the phone in the leasing office. Neighborhood is terrible and unsafe.
Called management about foul odor coming from air vent took them 3 weeks to come out. They said they couldn't smell any thing and said they would charge me to have it fixed. Very poor customer service. F rating on cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Will be moving soon. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
This is the perfect building if you want a quick walk to the metro, great restaurants and outdoor space. The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. Unlike other apartments in this area, it has a large courtyard with a pool, lounge chairs and dining tables. It’s like having a touch of country right in the middle of the city.
I love it.... I feel safe to let my kids go outside and not have to worrie about anything or anyone.... If there's a problem there on it with no problem
The Sienna Heights Apartments are nice & spacious for a 2 bed & 2 bath. However, the security for these apartments are horrible. The security never does their job. You have to call the office to have them come out instead of having someone patrolling the area. The neighbors are loud, obnoxious, rude, disruptive & seem like a terror. The neighbors & their kids break everything or destroy property. Such as slash tires & windows as well as breaking into cars. They also try to destroy the pool. You could go to the office & make a complaint but they won't do anything. People smoke weed all the time as well as cigarettes & you can't even open the windows without the smell in your house. The office staff seems rude half of the time I go in to pay rent, load a laundry card or ask for maintenance. They giver n attitude or treat me like I am a kid. I'm 23 years old & get treated like I am 13! Also you can ask for maintenance to come & they never do & claim they came by leaving a paper or knocking & I will be home the whole time looking out for them & won't hear anything. I just wish the staff can be respectful & not treat anyone with disrespect. I only give this place 3 stars because of the size of the property for the price we are currently paying for before the rent goes up.
I have lived here for almost 2 years. I have a 2 bed 2 bath and a roomy living room.. The complex has 3 pools, 2 spas and there are multiple laundry rooms. Rent is decent for the area. Every apartment comes with a mandatory alarm system. I am not thrilled with the majority of people that rent at this complex but my nearest neighbors are amazing. A very family friendly group. There are, however, a bunch of unsavory people living in and hanging out around the complex. But again, I am not home that often so it fits my needs.
