This is the 1st place I've renewed my lease multiple times. The leasing staff with Bonnie, Lauren, and Lyndsey are knowledgeable, dedicated, and committed to helping tenants find the accommodations or answers they need. The maintenance staff with Omar and Billy take care of requests with a sense of urgency and brief you through resolutions. Bonnie herself does a great job at prioritizing a sense of community amongst the residents. As of this writing, I plan to renew again.

Siena has been an awesome place to live for the last year in a primetime location where the city is walkable... in Georgia?? It's amazing having parks nearby, shops, trails, and a whole lot of international festivities which makes us feel right at home. Bonnie, Lindsay, and Lauren have been helpful with communicating important info and helping us through pest issues, making sure we have everything we need to know. The maintenance crew of Billy, Omar, and Francisco have been an awesome help as well taking care of any mechanical replacement or repairs, and keeping us well informed.

Absolutely love living at Siena. A+ communication, great gym and pool, wonderful staff (special shoutout to Billy, Omar, Francisco, Lauren, Lindsay, and Bonnie), AND we’re a walkable distance to dozens of shops, restaurants, and parks. Honestly feels like a little utopia here. Would recommend for singles, couples, and families of all ages!

I just moved here in and July and I have to say that I love this community. One of my biggest things about apartments is feeling welcome, and from the day we first called to inquire, everyone has been so compassionate and accommodating. Our move in process was a breeze, the apartment is spacious and updated, and the complex is constantly striving to look better and better. Not to mention, the front office is always holding opportunities for residents to come together and feel like a real community, usually over food and drink. Furthermore, Bonnie, Lauren, Lindsay, Omar, Francisco, and Billy are the best at keeping our apartments running well and looking great. I have no complaints so far and I can’t recommend Siena enough.

I moved in a year ago and just renewed for another 13 months. I really appreciate the staff-Bonnie, Lindsay and Nena. They host the best events. (smores bar definitely my favorite so far). I have not had too many maintenance items but the maintenance team Omar, Billy, and Francisco are all top notch.

I’ve lived in my fair share of apartments but Sienna Suwanee has definitely been my favorite. Just to prove it, I moved out and then moved back in 6 months later. The property is always clean, staff is friendly (I absolutely love Bonnie, Lindsay and Nina), and maintenance is top tier (shoutout to Billy and Francisco). Additionally, the monthly events allow me to meet new people, which is a plus.

I called about a toilet issue after hours. Billy called me back in less than 10 minutes. I explained my problem and he was at my door less than 30 minutes later. He made the repair in under 10 minutes. I really appreciate Billy for being so professional, courteous and getting the job done so quickly. When moving into an apartment complex, it's very seldom you find what you have in a neighborhood, and that is a community. Not only is this place beautiful, but there is a community feel and everyone is so nice. The Siena team is wonderful and can't thank Omar, Francisco, Billy, Bonnie, Nina and Lindsey enough for helping this place feel like home and their efforts to continually bring all the residents together rather it be for a get together by the pool or something fun in the clubhouse. What an excellent management and maintenance team to work with. Bonnie, Lindsay, Nina, Francisco, Omar, and Billy (I believe I got all of the names right). Fantastic group. I just had committed to moving in after having had full hip replacement surgery, and they were all more than willing to work with me on my move-in date, which a lot of apartments won't do. I thought I would be ready in January, signed initial papers, turns out physically I wasn't ready. Same thing in February, committed verbally and initial papers, physically wasn't ready. Finally, I was physically able in March, and they still honored our initial agreement and terms. Unfortunately, you don't see this type of common sense understanding in business today. Super professional, excellent customer service. Great group.

I've been living here in Siena Suwanee for about a year now and I can say with confidence that between the locale, the residents, the staff (Billy, Omar, Francisco, Bonnie, Lindsay, and Nina), and the aesthetic, Siena is truly a stress free home. I never worry about my maintenance needs or stress over other logistics living here, and their ~weekly events help make sure I have a way to wind down from the other stresses of life with the good people that live here. My family and I just moved out of Siena because we purchased a home but when I say my heart was so heavy leaving what feels like family, that is no exaggeration. Nina was my leasing agent and as sweet as can be and Lindsay and Bonnie in the office were always so helpful anytime I had any issues with packages and just questions. The boys Billy, Omar and Fransisco were the best maintenance team i’ve ever experienced at an apartment; they are very fast and experienced with whatever you need. I will miss you Siena team!

We had a lightning strike today that fried the Nest A/C control. I thought I would need to wait until the next day for air conditioning since it was after 7pm, but Billy showed up and fixed it within about 30 minutes. From the girls at the front desk to the repair men who come next day(in my experience) everyone is genuine, helpful and always leaves a good impression when I interact with them. Billy and Fransisco have visited my apartment multiple times and fixed everything quickly and they were extremely professional.

Moved to Siena March 1, 2021 with the intent of staying only one lease cycle while I house shopped. Now that I’m used to being here, I don’t want to leave! The staff is what makes a difference. Bonnie, Lindsey, and Chasity are nearly a second family (better than my real one!), and maintenance guys Billy and Fransisco help quickly and thoroughly if anything goes wrong.
