Siena Suwanee Town Center

Siena is a beautiful and active community on its own, but the leasing and maintenance team really make it shine! Omar, Bonnie, Billy, Lindsay and Lauren are great! Maintenance requests are always completed quickly and the ladies in the office are always kind and helpful.

This property is well-kept, the staff is always very friendly, and management always addresses issues promptly and with attention to your request. I also really appreciate the maintenance staff (Billy and Omar) for always taking excellent care of any requests! They are so kind, considerate, and work quickly!

I moved in a year ago and just renewed for another 13 months. I really appreciate the staff-Bonnie, Lindsay and Nena. They host the best events. (smores bar definitely my favorite so far). I have not had too many maintenance items but the maintenance team Omar, Billy, and Francisco are all top notch.

Even though I just walked in and came in when it was super busy, the ladies in the office made sure I was greeted and Nina gave the best tour. I met Lindsay and Bonnie and they went over all the activities they do in the Town center and I was blown away. Super great location!

I’ve lived in my fair share of apartments but Sienna Suwanee has definitely been my favorite. Just to prove it, I moved out and then moved back in 6 months later. The property is always clean, staff is friendly (I absolutely love Bonnie, Lindsay and Nina), and maintenance is top tier (shoutout to Billy and Francisco). Additionally, the monthly events allow me to meet new people, which is a plus.

I became a new tenant just a week ago. My experience with the staff has been incredible, as they have taken time to listen and guide me though the in and outs of the apartment. They have also been quick to respond to my requests and concerns. The following staff members have made my move very pleasurable! Thank you to: Bonnie, Lindsay, Nina, Omar, Francisco, and Billy!

Hello. I wanted to post 5 stars for Bonnie, Lindsey and Nina in the leasing office. They do an exceptional job with their outstanding customer service and their attention to detail. They really do go above and beyond in their support of their residents.

I was looking for the perfect location in Suwanee and I have found it! The staff are amazing and the apartments have the best amenities. Bonnie and Billy go above and beyond to help their residents. Lindsey and Nina are also extremely helpful as well. Keep up the good work guys!

I called about a toilet issue after hours. Billy called me back in less than 10 minutes. I explained my problem and he was at my door less than 30 minutes later. He made the repair in under 10 minutes. I really appreciate Billy for being so professional, courteous and getting the job done so quickly. I love living here because I can always depend on a prompt response to whatever I need.

When moving into an apartment complex, it's very seldom you find what you have in a neighborhood, and that is a community. Not only is this place beautiful, but there is a community feel and everyone is so nice. The Siena team is wonderful and can't thank Omar, Francisco, Billy, Bonnie, Nina and Lindsey enough for helping this place feel like home and their efforts to continually bring all the residents together rather it be for a get together by the pool or something fun in the clubhouse. Here at Siena, this team cares about their residents. Thanks to you all!

The vibe is on point. Bonnie Nina and Lindsay make you feel at home. This is definitely the place to be.

What an excellent management and maintenance team to work with. Bonnie, Lindsay, Nina, Francisco, Omar, and Billy (I believe I got all of the names right). Fantastic group. I just had committed to moving in after having had full hip replacement surgery, and they were all more than willing to work with me on my move-in date, which a lot of apartments won't do. I thought I would be ready in January, signed initial papers, turns out physically I wasn't ready. Same thing in February, committed verbally and initial papers, physically wasn't ready. Finally, I was physically able in March, and they still honored our initial agreement and terms. Unfortunately, you don't see this type of common sense understanding in business today. Super professional, excellent customer service. Great group.

I've been living here in Siena Suwanee for about a year now and I can say with confidence that between the locale, the residents, the staff (Billy, Omar, Francisco, Bonnie, Lindsay, and Nina), and the aesthetic, Siena is truly a stress free home. I never worry about my maintenance needs or stress over other logistics living here, and their ~weekly events help make sure I have a way to wind down from the other stresses of life with the good people that live here. Five Stars!

I am extremely impressed with my apartment home after moving from sc. I thought I would struggle not being by water however, the train ,the leasing staff, Nina, Lindsay, and Bonnie, and the beautiful local parks have quickly became my reasons for loving my new journey!

My family and I just moved out of Siena because we purchased a home but when I say my heart was so heavy leaving what feels like family, that is no exaggeration. Nina was my leasing agent and as sweet as can be and Lindsay and Bonnie in the office were always so helpful anytime I had any issues with packages and just questions. The boys Billy, Omar and Fransisco were the best maintenance team i’ve ever experienced at an apartment; they are very fast and experienced with whatever you need. I will miss you Siena team!

We had a lightning strike today that fried the Nest A/C control. I thought I would need to wait until the next day for air conditioning since it was after 7pm, but Billy showed up and fixed it within about 30 minutes. Bonnie, and her team and the maintenance team at Siena are the best! Awesome job!!!

I have lived here for nearly a year. This is the best community I've experienced and everyone here is super nice! Bonnie, Lindsay and Nina (Wednesday) are great...and the maintenance staff is always on top of any request. Anyone looking for a new landing spot would be lucky to be a part of this community...this place is a game changer.

I really LOVE living at Siena Suwanee!!! It's a very nice complex with great neighbors and staff! Billy and Francisco are great with fixing whatever needs to be fixed. They are very quick and efficient! Thank you Billy and Francisco for the great work you do!

I have lived at Siena for the past year. The people are friendly and fun. The location is top notch and the Staff are super responsive and invested. I want to shout out in particular to Billy and Francisco who perform the one-site maintenance you guys rock. Every issue has been fixed in both a timely and processional manner. Billy, and Francisco the 2 maintenance engineers, go above and beyond, even for the small stuff! They even ask if everything is going well whenever they see me or my husband! Not much goes wrong here, but when it does, Billy and Francisco are prompt, professional, and personable. They do a great job of explaining exactly what they are doing and always leave our place better than they found it. Grateful for these two men.

Francisco and Billy are always approachable, kind and quick to resolve any question and work order. I can’t say enough good things!

From the girls at the front desk to the repair men who come next day(in my experience) everyone is genuine, helpful and always leaves a good impression when I interact with them. Billy and Fransisco have visited my apartment multiple times and fixed everything quickly and they were extremely professional.

I’ve lived in my apartment for 8 months now, and can say that I’m thoroughly pleased. The grounds and buildings are kept clean and in proper working order, issues are handled timely, and great efforts are made to provide a community desirable to live in. Moved to Siena March 1, 2021 with the intent of staying only one lease cycle while I house shopped. Now that I’m used to being here, I don’t want to leave! The staff is what makes a difference. Bonnie, Lindsey, and Chasity are nearly a second family (better than my real one!), and maintenance guys Billy and Fransisco help quickly and thoroughly if anything goes wrong. Highly recommend making Siena your home!

I have been to to a fair share of different complexes and Siena Suwannee Town Center is my far the best!! Customer service is great, they are always available to help. I would also like to acknowledge Francisco the maintenance tech - he is amazing. He is super nice, always gets everything fixed in a timely manner, and always gives us advice on how to make our appliances last longer. Siena is in a great location- has amazing public school 10 to 15 mi away and had a bunch of shops and restaurants in walking distance.

We were a little worried moving from a home but Siena has exceeded all of expectations. The front office team, Bonnie,Casity, and Lindsey are energetic and have a great energy. Both Billy and Francisco have been wonderful. We choose Siena for the community feel and last night was our first resident event and got to meet many of our neighbors.

Excellent, polite maintenance team quickly and efficiently resolved routine maintenance issues in our apartment. Also provided a few great tips on maintaining appliances. Thank you very much Siena Suwanee management and maintenance team!

Great place to live with many amenities. The staff Bonnie, Lindsay and Chasity make you feel like family.

It's a great place. It has an amazing view of the pond, and is really dog friendly with a dog park and dog spa.

It is excellent because of the great amenities and it's convenient location.

From the amazing floorplans to the incredible amenities and exceptional on-site staff, not to mention a community that really cares and will look out for you, this is by far the best place to live. I'm so happy to call this home!

This is the worst place I have lived in my entire life, especially since Carter Haston has taken over the property. Gone from OK - to bad -to horrible. Just rent check collection at this point. Lot's of residents leaving.

This apartment is not luxurious at all. Rent is expensive but cheaply made. People working at leasing office could come out from their office and check around their property but they never did, so they never knew what is happening in their property until their residence tell them about it. They could be your best friend until you actually start having problems with your apartment. We made a big mistake to move here.

No, this isn't high end as the management trolls would have you believe. 3 owners and 2 management companies in the past 2 years have driven this property from so-so at best to mediocre. It's not elegant, exclusive, or refined, but it's certainly overpriced for an apartment beside the noisy train tracks.

Gone downhill, 3 owners in 2 years, 2 management companies, what does that say? Fizzle. I'm sure this post will be trolled with a cookie cutter response as stars are very important opposed to things that actually matter.

This community is high end with high end amenities. To include a gated parking deck. Management and staff are extremely friendly and are on top of any request you may have! Tenants here are all super nice and very cordial. This gives you the high end lifestyle without being in downtown atlanta.

Love the NEW Manager,staff and maintenance Nice layout of apartments,open floor plan. This is our over a year living here... There might some small issues but its always been taking care by the manager/management/maintenance. They are awesome people,They listen to your concerns and take actions. Ms. Bonnie and Ms. Liz are just great people. Always happy and smiley. No negative energy from them.

I have just signed my third year lease. Management is great and have responded appropriately to any issue I have had. They are always professional, smiling, friendly, helpful and a joy to work with - it has been my pleasure with all of them. The maintenance crew is also great - they are professional, always smiling and willing to help with whatever my needs may be and in a timely manner. Management and maintenance are always on top of all circumstances and have kept us informed of upcoming updates for the complex. Location is awesome - A short walk to Town Center Park where many events are held. Lots of delicious restaurants - also within walking distance are shops plus nail and hair salons. Once again, “ A great place to live“ and my compliments to BONNIE, LIZ, DREW & MARIO !!!

Siena Suwanee Town Center is by far the best place I've ever lived. The apartments are beautifully constructed. It is located in the heart of Suwanee. You can walk to many shops, restaurants, and a beautiful green way in minutes!

Do not move here if you want a good night's rest. Expensive Apartments. Walls are thin. You hear everything. Cheaply made. I've been complaining about neighbor under me several times. He constantly throws parties keeping me up all night. Courtesy officer is a joke. They never respond or fix noise issue. Door was kicked in on May 17. Contacted Suwanee Police. Also contacted property manager. Their response was that it was someone drunk? I have been sleeping on my couch since the incident because I don't feel safe. Property manager never resolves issues. Cant sit on my balcony because it smells like urine, outside. Don't rent here. Not worth it. Looking forward to moving, SOON.
