I've been here a little over a year. The new management took care of the bugs, upgraded the cable, it's well worth the price. As an "empty nester", this suits all my needs. Not a lot to clean but big enough for my grown kids to visit. I'll be here for quite a while to come. If you're just traveling through for a couple weeks, this will make you feel right at home. It's not "just a motel". It's a community of "apartment style living".
