Property Ratings at Shoregate Towers
Please do not live here. It is a horrible place to live. They have all kinds of bugs and rats. They will lie to you about the amenities, nothing gets fixed properly. Its horrible
The elevators barely work, I’ve been stuck in them multiple times. On top of that the rooms are disgusting and the one I was in had cockroaches.
Do not live here it is nasty and no one seems to care. Cops are always here and even they are getting tired of this place. Security is a joke and other residents keep breaking the security locks. Anyone can walk in. Homeless often make camps in the building.
The view and location is a plus. People working there are also nice and helpful.
