Single Mom w/2 boys and one has Autism
Reasonable rent close to shopping and parks. Safe and is everything electric with baseboard heating which helps control electric bill. I lived there for 10 years as a smoker and a nonsmoker. The history of the area is quite interesting. 2 decent sized bedrooms with a central located bathroom. A huge open floor living room and dining room. The kitchen had plenty of storage and the closets were huge throughout. Thank you to Shively Manor for helping this mom provide a roof over her children's head and have enough for food etc. The only way I ever could of been able to get a house if it wasnt for the reasonable rates and great location Shively Manor provided us!!!!

Gross!
Cigarette butts everywhere, thing looks older than your grandma and tenants do not look like they care about health for anyone else. I would absolutely look somewhere else. Landlords do not even care about appearances.

Great for smokers bad for everyone else!
If you like to smoke and cause everyone problems for everyone else around you then I would live here. Most tenants smoke and it gets into all the apartments. And it isn't like you are to keep your window shut or it causes mold problems. Most people smoke right next to their kids and everyone else's kid as they play on the play-set. If you want to keep your health or your kids health then I would avoid these apartments!
