Sherwood Station Apartments

It’s great. Very quiet respectable community. I just hope my rent doesn’t go up much next year as I have a family to provide for and work hasn’t given me any sort of raise or promotion since I started. The new pavement looks nice. Grounds are maintained decently. Although the landscape company needs to be better about spraying and pulling crack weeds. Hopefully next year both pools will be available. On top of that some pretty good restaurants surrounding the community.

Apartment was flipped beautifully when we moved in and staff has been very helpful so far. Walls are a little thin so we can hear our neighbors occasionally, but everyone seems very respectful of each other so we haven’t had any huge issues with that.

Jennifer and Ashley were very kind and helped us a lot with the move in process. Location is solid and they’re responsive to all our concerns which is reassuring.

We just moved in and it has been great. Not only is the location great with almost all important stores and restaurants at walking distance, the unit itself feels like home. The first day we found some issues with the house but the staff were very responsive and eager to help. The amenities provided are also very convenient with the laundry center, fitness center and the pool. Overall a great move in experience and I hope this experience stays wonderful

Friendly office staff. Available help when needed. Fitness room always open. Pool area kept clean. Notice when need to enter apartment. Lawn areas kept mowed.

I am very happy here. I love my apartment. My favorite of the amenities is the pool. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. The staff are kind and respectful.

I love it it’s super quiet and good neighbors. Can’t wait for the pool to be open to get some well needed sun. Love that this place is so close to everything you need.

The location is good but over the years the rent has gone a little too expensive and they don't want to upgrade because you're living in your apartment

We recently moved into the neighborhood, and so far, it has been a wonderful experience. Any concerns we had were quickly addressed, and we’ve felt welcomed by the community from day one. Everyone has been friendly, and the overall atmosphere is positive and inclusive. At this point, we have no complaints and are really enjoying our new home here.

doggy stations are filthy piled up, overflowing, I can post videos. besides that the place is great. Jennifer is sweet very friendly. Love the area

Just moved in, but so far so good! Jennifer from the office was super helpful and responsive. A few quirks in the apartment itself (dishwasher won't open without taking off the doorknob underneath the sink) and wiggly thermostat that I hope can be fixed over time.

I think the apartments are pretty old to be at a constant raise at cost of living. I can still see the original wallpaper behind my toilet- where they just painted around the toilet… Cabinets are extremely worn and old. HVAC closets definitely need work. Interior doors are old and they don’t stay intact. Maintenance had put paint over the tub and the tub paint is starting to peel. Floors are cheap - don’t use a mop on them. Etc etc. All in all it’s very cheap. However, I’m grateful to be a unbothered resident! I look forward to renewing my lease if the price doesn’t go up too much. I said what I said but it’s still a 4 out of 5. I don’t understand what people consider new renovations because in the end I more than likely won’t be getting my deposit back just because the renovations are so cheap that they fall apart after six months. Still love living here though!

I really enjoy this property they have great amenities and a great staff that is willing to work with you. They really treat you like a person

Sherwood station is a great community. The maintenance is quick and the area is safe. Also, we are nearby to any store we could need. We just moved in but are considering renewing next year.

Enjoy living here at Sherwood. Great, friendly neighbors and staff are good with communication. We like the events the community puts on during holidays and the monthly calendar provided to all residents. Any issues are quickly resolved.

Jennifer and Ashley are wonderful my townhouse is nice very spacious. Peno and Dario are good maintenance men. Been here for 15 years. And no I wasn’t paid to say this.

Poor quality for the money paid. Over charge the water bill due to outdated equipment. Replaces things that were in perfect condition with lower quality for the "look" work orders that required a vendor to complete like a/c and back deck gates took months to complete

Dario is respectful, efficient, and knowledgeable. He is mindful of your space, cleans up after himself and always follows up when he sees you to make sure everything is working properly.

The community's fine I like the area rent's gotten to be quite ridiculous though and they won't upgrade my apartment all they say is I can transfer. And I don't even want to full upgrade it would be nice just to get new flooring and a new light in the kitchen but it is what it is

I’ve only been here a couple of days, but I’m already loving it so much more than my last residence. It’s so quiet, there’s not a bunch of people running around and i feel safe. Move-in was a breeze and I’m so happy i chose to live here.

Love the back porch and spacious rooms! Had to add fall decor to our front door cause everybody else is so nice! Two year old daughter is loving the park as well!

I love my new apartment, and the location is amazing. The staff are the best and made the leasing experience seamless. I can’t recommend Jennifer and Ashlee enough. Thank you for all of your help!

I feel very good about it! Because, first of all, they can kill insects regularly, because I'm afraid of bugs, and if I find bugs, tell them, and they will come and spray in time; Second, it is relatively quiet and has a beautiful environment; Third, they deal with problems in a timely manner, and when a problem is told to them, they generally do not delay dealing with it.

Been here for about 8 months and the apartments are reasonably priced and nicely renovated. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly (Dario and Pino — hope I spelled their names right — are friendly and very knowledgeable). The ladies in management take care of business and the tenants that live here. Communication both ways has been key and it’s kept a respectful and enjoyable relationship. I’ve enjoyed my experience very much!

Nice location. Friendly staff. Quiet community. Nothing to complain about here. Updated apartments are nice. Feels clean and pretty put together in the community.

Positive environment. Wonderful staff. Great area- everything is around 10-15 minutes away and a lot of things are even within walking distance.

Sherwood Station is a great place to live. The community is quiet and the grounds are kept up. Jennifer and Ashlee are respectful and great property managers. Peno gets the job done when there is a problem inside your home. The pool is great for the summer. It's conveniently located to schools, shopping and restaurants. I have been here over 10 years and still love Sherwood Station as my home!!

Apartment not ready. Thermostat needed batteries and door frame has peeling paint. Burnt out light in living area. Bad odor in freezer. Equipment in fitness room not working

Staff is extremely helpful and very easy to get a hold of! Neighbors seem extremely nice. Super pet friendly with wonderful access to dog park.

Everything has been going so good since I moved in it is always clean and quiet since the pool has been opened they kept it clean and the laundry room is always clean

1/2 way into my lease and it’s quite and peaceful. Maintenance crew is great. Looking forward to getting some sun and sitting beside the pool. I had a rough start with in move in day , but that is all behind me now. It’s going to be a great summer! ??

So far everything has been great. I have met a few of my neighbors and they are very nice. I love being able to walk my dog. I mostly keep to myself and I love how nice and quiet it is.

This is my first apartment and the first time I've lived alone, it's nice, cozy, and clean. Love it. Just a few maintenance upgrades and it would of been more than perfect!

The view in the apartment is great and all the amenities are within walking distance, there are two pools and one with a grill, and there is a cute little dog park. The neighbors are incredibly nice and friendly too!

Excellent neighbors and spot so far, everyone has been kind and introduced themselves. The pool area seems really nice. Maintenance doesnt seem to move very urgently.

My neighbors welcomed me as I was moving in my furniture. They insisted I let them know if I ever needed anything! Everyone seems to be polite and respectful for the most part. Im on the bottom floor and hear creeks and walking sometimes but that doesn’t bother me.

Cheap, everything breaks, we've had three pipes break and our shower has been in and out of service since august - it wasn't properly repaired the first time and is now out of service again. Water damage, outlets pull out of the walls, etc, we are next to three ginormous flags that sound loud all night and the poles have fallen multiple times nearly hitting our cars.

It has been 4 months since I moved in. Move in Day was hard but we are moving on from that. The property is quiet and I have not any issues. I live in one of the townhomes and I have a very bright light in front and in the back, I work late and come home pretty late and I have always felt safe. The maintenance crew has been amazing. Yes, I have had allot of requests put in for items to be fixed. I will be honest and say they are on it. Very quick to get in and resolve the issue. Overall I had a bad experience from the start but now the experience is better. Gym is very nice, can’t wait to use the pool when it gets nicer outside.

We love staying in Sherwood Station. We don't have any problem in regards of maintenance request, staff comes as quickly as possible whenever we have issues in our unit. Hopefully, they fix the dryer machines in Laundry facility and they make sure that all units are working properly.

Love it. Staff and maintenance are the best. Everyone is very quick to respond to any requests. Quiet and clean. I love that newsletters are informative, especially in bad weather situations.

My experience here at Sherwood Station Apartments has been wonderful so far. The staff is friendly and very responsive. The neighbors are kind. The pricing is great and you get a lot for it. I would recommend Sherwood Station to anyone!

Best location, caring management, secure environment, good amenities, reasonable rates in comparison to comparable communities, my third year now

The area is very family oriented , the staff is helpful and friendly. This was my first apartment! Great experience , very helpful and also attentive !

Very nice and quiet neighborhood Maintenance is responsive and acts quickly to fix issues in a timely manner (that is always a plus in my book!!!) Management was very helpful and patience, I was walked thru the entire process.

The community itself is great. The ladies in the office and the maintenance men are great. The only thing I don't like, as well as many others here, is that rent goes up every lease renewal whether you are a non-updated or an updated unit. All non-updated units do get upgraded once it becomes vacant.

Ashley has been awesome in telling me what’s available, showing me the unit I was interested in, walking me through the application process and all my questions to getting me moved in. Still working my way through a few minor maintenance issues but otherwise I’m so happy to be here. It’s a great location and I am happy with my apartment as I restart my life here in North Carolina!

Sherwood is a beautiful community with awesome staff, I love the fact that animals can live with you . They also have 2 pools so you have choices.

Sherwood Station is a great place to live. We have been living here for more than a year now and we're loving it! Staffs are courteous and response to requests in a timely manner.

Really like it here. Quiet, with friendly residents. Apartments are beautiful. It’s going to be so much fun grilling and enjoying the patio, swimming pool and park.

So far so good. Beautiful apartment. I’m pleased with the neighborhood. The office has gone out of its way to make me happy here. It in a great location as well.
