Sherwood Glen

Management sucks, office doesn’t answer the phone, takes weeks or longer to get anything fixed, apartments are WAY out of date and cost way too much, and so so much more. This place is really horrible, I seriously don’t recommend living here, even if I hated someone with a burning passion.

The apartment is alright. It always kinda has a weird smell. The neighbor smokes on his patio and it’s disgusting because it stinks up the inside of our apartment. A group of people moved in downstairs a couple months ago and they are so loud. They go out on their patio at from 6-10am or at night and YELL at each other for hours. Us and another neighbor submitted a noise complaint and NOTHING has been done. Very frustrating

I currently live here with a friend/roommate, and will be looking to get my own apartment once my lease is up in October. The staff at the office is incredibly helpful and friendly. They always respond quickly to emails or questions. My cat loves living here too as there is lots of wildlife for him to watch. Neighbors are all incredibly friendly. I don’t see a need to move once I’m in my own place until I’m ready to buy a home.

I went to turn on my heat for the first time this fall & my pilot was out. Put in a request & the service person showed up in less than 30 minutes! The staff has been super quick to respond to my emails or messages. They dropped off a letter with renewal options that were priced very well, made renewing super simple. Location is perfect, super close to multiple grocers and other retailers.

We have been here only a year and we love it! We have a den that makes great for a playroom for children, a game room or music room. We have made it into all 3! It's very quiet around here and that's another thing we love! Minutes away from shopping, dinning, movies, activities for the family, and schools.

I love the login to request repair feature. I keep them updated and they keep me updated of progress. In extreme emergency they are quick to pickup the phone or return calls if after hours.

I've lived at Sherwood glen for 10 months now. It's been an average experience. The staff are really great and respond very quick to anything you need. On the other hand, I've had to put in a lot of maintenance requests. From a broken dishwasher when we moved in, to our apartment literally flooding with sewer water. They are super dog friendly, but on the other hand, everyones dogs do not stop barking and no one picks up their dog poop. Basically it's an alright place to live but theres a negative with every positive. Just have to decide if the positives out ways the negatives and vise versa. If it matters I'm not renewing my lease. But it was fine.

We are truly blessed to have a responsive, professional team here at Sherwood Glen. Amy, Adam, and the other maintenance guys are on-time, thorough, and always ask if there is anything else I need.
