I have been a resident of Sheridan Apartments for two years and I looking forward to renew my contract because I am happy living in this apartment complex. Management is always professional and attentive, maintenance team takes cares of any issues right away (I have had only three issues during these two years), and the community is always clean and secured because gates are closed at all times.

This is my favorite location and place to live in Salinas. Im tight next to the grocery store and the health nutrition store. If I got an urge for donuts thats there as well. Not too mention saving money at the Dollar Tree. All in all a quiet place and sincere polite staff. I left for one year and came back based on the management alone. Very approachable and honest. Need I say more. I could but you get the gist.

Sheridan Park es un tremendo sitio para los que buscan rentar. Tiene muchas amenidades y es muy conveniente con tiendas y escuelas a su alrededor o bastante cerca. Es limpio y bonito y con muy buenos vecinos. La gente de la oficina son muy amistosos, respetables y serviciales. Llevamos 6 anos en esta comunidad y se las recomiendamos a todos. Hablan espanol, que tambien es muy importante para nosotros.
