The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Sheridan Park and Holiday Manor
My husband and I have lived at Sheridan Park for five years and we love it here. It is quiet here and the neighbors are nice. Maintenance is friendly and always here is we need something. There is always someone on call weekends. There is a new laundry with large capacity washer and dryer in each building. There is plenty of parking and always plowed and salted in the winter. The apartments have spacious rooms. Our kitchen here is larger than the one I had at the house we lived in previously. Sheridan Park is convenient to shopping, restaurants, doctors, which is great for senior citizens.
