Four years ago, I made the decision to move to Sheridan Ocean Club, and it’s been one of the best choices I’ve ever made. From the moment I arrived, I felt a true sense of peace and comfort—the kind that only comes from being in the right place. The community is welcoming, the surroundings are beautifully maintained, and there’s something special about being so close to both nature and the ocean. It’s not just where I live; it’s where I’ve built memories, grown personally, and found a daily sense of gratitude for the environment I come home to. I truly love living here and wouldn’t trade it for anything.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Sheridan Ocean Club. The location is unbeatable just minutes from the beach and close to all the fun spots in the area, yet the community itself is peaceful and quiet, which is the perfect balance. The amenities are top-notch, and everything is well-maintained. Whether it's the pool, gym, or outdoor areas, everything is clean and inviting. The team here is also fantastic friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which really shows they care about the residents' comfort. If you're looking for a place that combines convenience, comfort, and a great community vibe, I highly recommend Sheridan Ocean Club!

Great neighborhood and amenities and a great place to live. The people are great and so is the pool and so is the gym. I definitely recommend living here

Hi, I wanted to share my thoughts about our community. I truly love living here and appreciate the many great aspects of our neighborhood. However, I did want to mention a few areas that could use some improvement. One issue that's been bothering me is that many dog owners don't pick up after their pets when walking them. This has become a bit of a problem in our community. I'd also like to respectfully suggest that perhaps dogs shouldn't be allowed in the elevators, especially since their owners are already taking them for walks and could reasonably take the stairs. Additionally, I think the trash collection schedule could be more frequent. Having it done at least twice a week would greatly help with the overflowing trash near the dumpsters. Other than these issues, I'm really happy with our community. Thanks so much for listening and considering my feedback.

The best experience in Florida .. I've lived at Sheridan Ocean Club for 8 years and it's always been a great experience. Clean, beautiful, and a great location.

Experience has been great so far! The leasing office was so helpful through the touring and signing process. The apartments are so cute and I love how calm and quiet the neighborhood has been!

I love living here! The location is great because you can walk a mile to the beach or go across the street to a large wildlife park or down the street to the nature center. The landscaping is well-done and well-maintained. Large floorplans and walk-in closet

Maintenance guy here are the best. They always solve problem same day, they are fast, loyal, and extremely heplful. It is very nice to live here

FANTASTIC staff and maintenance workers. The grounds are kept as clean as possible but struggle due to a handful of non-compliant tenants when it comes to picking up after their dogs. IF you require handicapped parking, or have elderly family wishing to visit, this is NOT the place for you. Many current, fully physically abled, tenants deliberately occupy handicap designated spots. The level of respect here is non-existent. Consider somewhere else.

I have had a good experience living here. The community is clean and quiet. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is friendly. I feel safe and comfortable in my apartment. Overall, I would recommend this place to others.

Love the area . Wish the gym was bigger . Dog park needs some love and attention . Neighbors are great . Love the small gatherings that happen it's great meeting everyone .

I love living at the sheridan ocean club, the staff are always very helpful and the maintenance staff is super quick. I just happily renewed my lease!

Great maintenance team, management responsive. Unfortunately the dog park is not usable and the area floods often, including the entrance. Storm drain maintenance should be executed more than once per year.

We are starting our 3rd year in Sheridan ocean club and is the best living experience in Florida what we had. This is beautiful community with nice spacious apartments, nice amenities like pools, bbq areas, sports area and dog park. Place is close to beach, walking distance to grocery store and more

Staff is excellent and kind! Love living here and the surrounding area. The neighborhood is quiet and calm. And the amenities are great. Love this place!

As of right now, so far so good. Erick has been amazing! He was friendly, easy to communicate with, speedy, efficient and has great follow through!

The home feeling my little family truly wanted and needed. Mike is truly sweet and got us everything we desired. Erik is really genuine as well. We appreciate the office a bunch

We're new to the community this month and so far we're loving it here!! I love all the natural sunlight we get during the day! Not to mention being so close to the beach.

Love the community and the easy access to all major highways and most important the proximity to the beach. Very well situated. The Hollywood/Fort Lauderdale airport is just 5 minutes away and 10 minutes to the port.

This is a great place to live! Greta neighborhood with pretty land scape and amenities such as pools and gym. Lots of places to walk nearby like the nature center, west lake park, and the beach. Public and Walmart within 5 minute drive

Great place to live. Tranquil. Very peaceful environment. Maintenance is speedy. Place is kept clean and tidy. Office staff friendly and helpful where needed.

Dog park is in terrible state and not usable. On the other side the management office and the maintenance team are very responsive. The entrance floods and is not drained when happen.

The apartments are spacious, stylish, and comfortable, making them a great place to call home. The staff and hosts are always friendly and helpful, ensuring that any questions or concerns are quickly addressed.

Living here has been more than we could ask for! The amenities are also clean and readily available and perfect for activities! The neighborhood is safe and truly feels like home.

Overall we love living at Sherridan Ocean Club but there are a few things to be aware of. It is a “gated” community, that is when the gate works correctly. The majority of the time the gate is wide open and there have been cars stolen in front of my building. The fitness center needs a makeover and the. Building elevators are old, smelly and slow, sometimes they are down for days. It’s an older property but the staff is amazing and it’s definitely quiet and homey feeling. The maintenance team is awesome too!

The grounds are beautiful and well kept. We are walking distance to the beach. We are minutes away from the airport and Port Everglades. It is a great location and just a wonderful place to live.

We live here 3rd year and it was best choose what we did. This community have everything what you need: close to beach, stores, 2 nice pools, tennis courts, dog park.

Great location, great pool, apartments are updated nicely, and the leasing office staff are wonderful. A little on the pricey side unfortunately but I’ve enjoyed my time living here.

Had another washing machine incident with the antique. Your MT person fixed it and now its working for the time being I would think someone would have the thoughts of maybe replacing some of the 1960s appliances especially when living here over 10 years

Love Sheridan Ocean Club! The rent is too high though. The security guard is useless. The noseeums bite. An overpriced food truck every week shows up.

I really like living at the sheridan ocean club. The maintenance is very quick the people at the front office are nice. The amenities are really good too, the pool and grill are my favorite, it is often out of propane gas. The gym is also quite nice, it has all the machines and weights I need.

Absolutely love my new rental! The place is peaceful and quiet, surrounded by beautiful trees that make it feel like a private retreat. The ocean breeze is refreshing, and being so close to the beach is a dream just a short walk away. Perfect spot to relax and unwind while still having everything I need nearby. Couldn't be happier

The staff at the complex is very friendly and so helpful. And the community itself offers really nice amenities and a homey type of environment.

So we just moved in this week and I can’t shut up about how much I already love it! My dogs are happy, my dad is happy, and I’m beyond happy that I found this spot! The dog park is amazing and the landscaping all around is so nice! I finally feel at home! It’s such a quiet community too! I was nervous about renting on the first floor but all my worries have faded. It’s so beautiful and peaceful and so much to do!

I loooove how quiet and cozy is the community. Surrounded by trees it seems like you are in another place and not in the city. I really like the attention of the staff and their willingness to help every single time.

Well i keep myself in this community, why ? I really would love to buy a property here , always feeling i am on vacation…. Close to the beach , great restaurants around , in the middle between broward and Miami , many many places and events around , not too crazy , i mean it’s depend on the person that knows how to live happy and really enjoy the surrounds …??????

Rent is reasonable, location is great with ease to beach and grocery stores. The community is quiet. Renovations to the pool have also been amazing.

Everything is good with the exception of the orange plastic fencing around the canal - it is all torn up and has been for a while - The community standards have to be followed by residents - I think the broken fence is unsightly & quite frankly not doing anything it is supposed to be doing

I love the environment. The beautiful landscaping, the amenities; I feel like I’m living on a resort. The location is more than perfect. I’m close to my job, we’re close to the airport and the train stations. This place is perfect for us.

I love living here! The amenities are great, the maintenance team is amazing and the staff always replies. Highly recommend! There’s plenty of parking and it is a gated community. The only downside is that there are a lot of tourists sometimes but other than that it’s amazing!

I’ve lived here for about a year and a half. It’s a great place to live in a great area. Maintenance could be better but other than that I highly recommend.

Excellent service. Office staffs are very friendly and cooperative. Apartment area are Nice and clean. Safety and Security excellent. Manager is very knowledgeable and responsive. Gym facility is very good . Management keeps gym very clean. If some one ask me about ocean club apartment , I would recommend them to move without any worry.

Great service specifically maintenance people very nice and helpful and fast . The common areas are great and very well maintained 5 stars and definitely recommended

Properly Landscaped and Maintained complex. Staff is always eager to assist and Maintenance is same day. Beach accessible with short walk or bike ride. Great Living !!

Perfect condo to live. Staff, neighborhood and amenities amazing. You can go walking to the places. We almost have 4 years living here and we are going to renew our lease for other year because we love live hear. Safe please if you have kids or pets.

I really enjoy my apartments and service! Everything great! My favorite place in my apartments is kitchen. It is kinda small but it helps a lot when you preparing food

Overall well maintained and spacious apartments located close to the beach and several markets. Also within an up and coming area where new shops and complexes are popping up. I like that the complex has 2 pools and a decent fitness center.
