The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Sheridan Gardens
Been living here almost 3 years in a 1 bedroom apt alone no kids no spouse so it’s a decent size.. but I’m a women we live closest space none at all old cabinets old appliances but it’s ok very decent area parking is horrible…maintenance crew is amazing other then that not to many bad complaints
Been living here for over 3 years in a nice studio apartment very comfortable. Very nice neighborhood, landlords are helpful and fix things ASAP. The only problem is even tho parking is included it’s still a pain finding parking since the spots aren’t assigned to apartments so it’s first come first serve and they raise the rent every year. Other than that I recommend living here.
The location is good the studios very well but there is a big problem a lot of cockroaches and I also had bed bugs Vivi a year and I moved in January 30, 2020, I lived in a studio and the tenants upstairs made a lot of noise also the apartments do not have carpet so the noise is heard more. I don't recommend studies for that reason
DO NOT MOVE HERE. Have been here for almost a year and they have a serious cockroach problem. I’m not from NJ and never seen a roach in my life. I asked around and the other tenants said it was normal. No matter how much you call for pest control the problem never gets solved. It’s truly disturbing that people can get away with this!
Me and my mom have been living here for about 2 years and the manager is so rude to my mother. She is very impatient. Not to mention the bugs!! I was getting dressed and when I came back to the bathroom there were four large water bugs sitting in my bathroom sink. Also my cat has killed a few throughout the night. As well as some of them being the size of huge roaches. DONT MOVE HERE!!! We are gladly moving out very very soon into a nicer apartment with a nicer management team, very happy with the new people and new apartment we recently just got! Also you still have to fight for parking even with a parking lot, there should be assigned spaces. This is ridiculous, once again dont move here!
DO NOT MOVE HERE. Management is horrible. That lady in the office is so extremely rude. This place also has roaches. There is no assigned parking spots so you are always fighting for parking even though you have a parking sticker.
I recently moved into a lower level studio apartment. The tenants above me obviously do not have any carpets on their floors. This has become EXTREMELY DISTURBING whenever they walk across the floor. It truly sound like a herd of elephants, Also the slamming of the doors has become another disturbing factor. I am now willing to move into a upper 1 bedroom apartment in order to obtain my peace. I think management should require or install carpets for upper level apartments. I am a hard working person who work various hours and need my rest. I will soon be speaking to management regarding this uncomfortable environment.
My fiance and I recently went to check out the 2 bedroom duplex. It was a very nice space for under 700 sq. ft. It definitely felt bigger. When we went to look at the kitchen, there was a huge roach laying on it's back that was easily the size of your pinky! After that we left and spoke to the woman in the office about it and she states that they're not roaches they're water bugs. I'm sorry but that's completely unacceptable. I've seen numerous reviews about roaches in these apartments and I just wanted to keep an open mind, but then for someone to tell me what I saw without being there is nonsense. We also know a couple people who rent here and they say after a while there's no use in complaining about the roach situation because they do little to nothing about it. Just know what you're getting yourself into before signing that lease!
DO NOT MOVE HERE! The mananger is an absolutely TERRIBLE rude old woman...impatient and just plain MEAN. Cannot emphasize how horrible she is enough... Also there are roaches everywhere in the apartment. Trying to move ASAP.
I have lived here 1 year, the manager in the office is a very rude old lady. the supers are very nice and helpful, efren and teddy are really the best! the lady in the office needs to be replaced , she does not have the patience to be a manager. The neighborhood is quiet and nice, But a lot of the neighbors that have been living here for years think they're the owners of the place. I am not sure if I would recommend living here. I am actually moving out already.
Don't not move here THEY HAVE ROCHES ITS GROSS!!!!!!!!!i hate it, it looked decent but I will not be signing another lease ! And the property manager, she is a very very rude nasty old hag. Yes it's quite but not worth dealing with the bugs.
Sheridan Gardens is a nice quiet complex . I live in a one bedroom and I must say it is really little. Very little storage space which makes it difficult to live in. Although it is a nice neighborhood I'm not too fond of the one bedroom.
