Shellbrooke Pointe Apartments

Barbara and Alana were the best during my application and move-in process. Communication was excellent and they really make you feel like family. Moving is not fun at all but they put on their bubble bee antennas and make magic happen. I am so glad I have found my home at Shellbrooke Pointe.

Barbara, the manager, is great! I've lived here for 7 years. When I moved in and needed a washer and dryer She got me in touch with someone moving out who had a set to sell. She takes an interest in the people who live here and has been a life saver to me more than once. I appreciate her more than I can say. The rules are applied fairly and equally to everyone, including no loud music coming from cars, which makes this a peaceful place to live. The owners have a no riding bikes anywhere policy. We used to have to push the bike to the street, but she advocated on our behalf so we at least now can ride them from the beginning of the buildings down the windy entry to the road. She's advocated for other beneficial changes too. The grounds are well maintained so it always looks nice.

Shellbrooke Pointe is the place to live in Fairhope, office staff Barbara and Julie ALWAYS respond to any questions, they ensure the property is beautiful and your safety is always their top priority! If you're fortunate enough to call Shellbrooke Pointe your home, you will always feel welcome!

I have lived here for two years and I have great neighbors, and there is a great management team. They are always quick to respond to any issue.

I lived at Shellbrooke Pointe for 4 years and have been completely satisfied. The property is well kept and managed and the location is ideal. Barbara is very responsive to questions or needs and has a wealth of experience in property management. I would highly recommend this property.

I can’t say enough good things about my entire experience with this complex! From the moment I started the process by putting my name on the waiting list, Barbara did an excellent job at making me feel welcome to begin my life at Shellbrooke Pointe! She was there with a helping hand every step of the way! Everything went smoothly, she really knows her job, always friendly and I feel went out of her way to make the process easy! I highly recommend this complex. My apartment is beautiful and roomy and was very clean come moving day! Thanks Barbara and keep up the good work!

The grounds are beautiful and the apartments are huge... and I love me some Mrs. Barbara who takes great pride in her job and the property. She is professional and creates a warm community environment. It is quiet and very close to the beaches.

Well kept apartments and grounds. The manager and staff do their very best to accommodate your needs. They provide get togethers for all the holidays .....including Easter Egg hunts for the children, Halloween parties, etc. The lawns, play ground and pool area are well maintained. If you are not willing to adhere to rules/regulations then you should look elsewhere for an apartment.... otherwise this is a very good place to live.

Manager is delusional with sense of false authority has no respect for residents and their privacy, will scream at your children among other ludicrous behaviors as she sees just!! Unless you are a person that enjoys being heckled and treated unfairly don’t live here!
