Had absolutely no problems with my home or neighbors. Staff was more than helpful in every way possible. Highly advise living here!

The office staff and the property mgmt crew are so great and keep the property as good as it can be. These folks listen and are quick to respond and it's overall great to live here.

When I first moved in me and my boyfriend were told there was no crime in here. But that is the furthest from the truth. This should be a good area to live in and I no longer feel safe here. My boyfriends brand new truck was stolen from our parking lot a week ago along with another in the same lot in the same night. My vehicle was also ransacked during that time. There’s been nothing but sketchy people moving in lately and we feel someone is targeting specific people and has friends or people they know coming in here causing problems. I went out to my car one night and had a random man shouting at me telling me to “come here.” Wishing I lived in a gated community right about now. I cannot wait till our lease is up and we can move somewhere safe.

I’ve lived at Shelby oaks for a few years now and I have to say it’s one of the best apartments I’ve lived at The apartment are well maintained and if something needs attention Maintenance takes care of same day or next day. ???? All the staff is top notch, friendly and helpful. ?? Definitely check it out for yourself I promise you won’t be disappointed ????

We have hated living here. The apartments are falling apart. Their is black stuff all over our walls, bathrooms smell like mold, maintenence never does inspections. Neighbors are rude and inconsiderate. They are awake all the time. The dog is insane. They have replaced our furnace filter once... hence the black crap on the walls. GOODBYE!

Would not recommend. The windows collect mold/mildew because they don’t seal the windows correctly so moisture constantly get in the apartment. Tenants are inconsiderate, I didn’t think I lived on a college campus still?

Andrea and her team do a wonderful job. Her leasing office staff is friendly and the maintenance crew have impressed me time and again. It’s an older place, but they do a great job when there is a repair needed and whenever I call and speak to Andrea she always listens if I need to complain because she understands customer service is about being human and letting people speak their mind. It’s not just problem solving, it’s building relationships.

My daughter has lived at both Fox Lane & Shelby Oaks for over two years. We would recommend both properties, depending if you want apartments or townhouses. The property manager, Andrea, is very kind & helpful!

never any parking in my parking lot because people from different apartment buildings park in ours, kids are always playing and leaning against peoples cars as well and the flooding in the parking lot 2 weeks ago was up to my waist because there is only one drain in our lot.

I have lived her for 4 years and I love it. I have never had a problem with anyone in the office they are always very friendly and very helpful. Any issues that I have in my apartment to be fixed maintenance is always very fast at getting things done. The walls are not that thin if I have my tv on downstairs I don’t hear anything else around me. I love having the individual entrance and they encourage you to plant flowers and make your own little garden so it makes it feel more like home. It’s been a great experience living here as my starter place until I can hopefully get my own home. The pool is always clean and monitored so not just anyone can walk in there. I took advantage of the work out a room a few times they have some basic stuff in there. And the little playground in the back of the complex is really nice for kids to play on and play ball. It’s not that bad as other people have made it out to seem. I do highly recommend this place.

The ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful I love my apartment it is very clean well maintained quiet My daughter an I feel safe so thankful. I will tell friends and family about my new Apartment thanks for the app easy to navigate an I love how it shows all apartments in area all the way a win win for my family

For less than seven hundred a month (with a lease) you can get a two bedroom townhouse with a good amount of room. The neighborhood is in a safe area where the police patrol on a regular basis without any harassment in the least. Everything you need for shopping and eating purposes is in a three mile radius. I would suggest this place with their modest commodities if you are on a budget.

This is a great community to live in if you want an affordable living solution. I love the layout of my 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath unit. I have lived in several apartments and this by far way the cleanest when I moved in. The office staff is very helpful and the maintenance staff is decent enough. There is a pool and tennis court on site and well as a building with coin laundry on the premises. It's not the fanciest apartment but it's a great bang for you buck which you'll easily see if you look around this area.

I've been living at Shelby Oaks for about 3years now. They have recently had some sidewalks and parking lots redone which are very nice. They maintain the cleanliness the community as well as the landscaping no matter the weather. Very safe area to live in, everything you need is in the area if not 10mins done the way. The front office people have always been nice to me and very helpful they even know who I am. Maintenance is always good at fixing anything I have a problem with. They have a nice size outdoor pool and a workout area.
