Clean & Safe facility. Rooms are big, bright. Appliances are nice, its great to have appliances in our units. View is spectacular. Love it here!

Shelby Manor is a beautiful place. The maintenance staff are always quick to respond and always a pleasure to see around the property. The office staff are very nice to deal with when ever we have questions. Affordable rent & we love that the washer and dryer are in our apartment.

Rental Increases are way over our incoming incomes. We live on limited incomes. Management lies to us constantly and maintenance man yells at residents and talks down to you like you are stupid. Management treats us like children not adults. Places are very small and not very sound proof at all. Even tho this place had everything you would need putting up with demands and rules from the management and the high increases of rent i would not recommend anyone to come here with these new prices not worth your money. It was better when the township owned us not now with a real estate investor owning it. I give this place below a 1 star rating.
