So far first night and it's a Friday compared to where I just moved from it's like a different world. It's quiet there is a place to park in front of my building and me and my kids don't have to walk halfway across the complex to get into our home. The code for the door is taking some getting used too lol ?? and my dryer not working as of yet but in total my kids and I love it

Pretty average there’s a lot of maintenance issues that need to be fixed, but the amenities are pretty okay. Neighborhood is pretty friendly
Had an excellent time moving in, Robin was so sweet and despite some issue with the moving process she still made it go smoothly and worked with us on everything. Sheffield heights by far has been the best experience as far as moving in and just the employees having good attitudes about everything and listening to your concerns

This is a nice and quiet place to live,I just wish the pool was opened a few weeks more because it's still warm outside but all is very good here

It’s just okay. In the last year there has been some decline. A year ago the complex was a better place, so there could be some improvements made. I still feel overall, it’s a good place to live.

I was told one thing and got something else. It was like a ruse to get me in there. We were told we had a storage unit and that was not the case. We were also told we didn’t have to pay full rent upon moving in. Which we did. So I ended paying a full months rent where I moved from and full months rent to move in. If I had known that from jump I would have found another place to rent from. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Neighborhood is relatively quiet, but the outdoor amenities provide opportunities for recreation and interaction with neighbors. Management does a good job of hosting monthly events to encourage people to be social. Small upgrades are made periodically and the property is maintained well. Convenient location. There is a minimal amount of plane noise but the benefit of being closer to the airport is a plus. Overall nice place to be.

I have lived here since March of 2023 and in that time I have enjoyed my stay. Any issues I have that had to be reported were handled fast and friendly. I love the fact that I have a paid parking spot since I get home after 1 am.

Lovely experience so far! The apartment is nice and homie and love the door lock system. From reviews was a little anxious about moving in, but so far the neighborhood seems great and no problems with the apartment beside some miscellaneous things here and there.

Worst apartment I have ever lived in!! My car got broken into, some guy got shot right outside of my apartment because he was trying to rob someone. Very loud neighbors, I have seen people do drug deals in the parking lot. I had a cop tell me they are very familiar with this complex and the management does not seem to care, and they haven't put any safety precautions in place, anyone can just walk in the complex do want ever they want and leave, and the property manager DO NOT CARE. I can't stress that enough, they just turn and burn apartments and try and fine your for having your stuff on the patio that you pay for. DO NOT MOVE TO SHEFFIELD ARATMENTS

I moved to Nashville from Milwaukee Wisconsin and I stayed at the extended stay right across the way. The best thing I could’ve done was inquire about these apartments. They’re absolutely beautiful and the amenities are just the icing on the cake

I love the property and the management here. Upon moving in, I realized the other dog owners don’t clean up after themselves. The dog park doesn’t have any poop bags, but really that’s the owners of the dogs faults, not the management. I am glad I didn’t get one of the units that constantly has a flood outside their door during rain. That has got to be awful. I had trouble hooking up my router and a technician had to be scheduled to come out. My dishwasher leaked pretty bad the first time I ran it. Other than that I am very happy.

Other then a occasional neighbor issues it's been great. The office personnel is fast to respond to issues. The amenities are fun to use. The parking issues have gotten better.

I love living at Sheffield heights it’s quiet and relaxing and close to all of my every needs centrally located to Opryland and the mall and the best kept secret it’s 5 minutes away from the airport

I enjoyed living morgan properties because it is quiet and nice area to live. Morgan properties employees are nice and professional. It is safe area to live with my family. Especially I come late from my work and I feel safe parking my car and going to my apartment at night time.

They are nice, but the rent is just a little too high. I would recommend these apartments to my friends. I like the pool area and other amenities

Great, close to interstate and great shopping centers and restaurants. Nice landscaping view. Great residence events . Close to downtown Nashville.

This was the best experience in my second apartment they got what you need to start a new beginning for a single person. They got a washer and dryer and dishwasher to start you life easier. They got a swimming pool and a park. They got a safe way to not use a regular key to get in you apartment.

Other then having one bad neighbor when I first moved in I absolutely love where I live. The office staff are amazing. I went there with my concerns and it was handled right away. Always helpful.

So far I’m enjoying the comfort here at the Sheffield heights. The staff is pretty friendly everyone I’ve had to encounter them. The apartment is actually more spacious then I thought by the way which is a plus for me. Thanks

Soundproofing is the worst of anywhere I’ve ever lived, read: nonexistent. S.H. schedule landscaping/community construction at the crack of dawn. They also don’t enforce noise policies of any sort, which has created a paradise for inconsiderate tenants. Think of the rudest things a neighbor could do to disturb everyone around them. I assure you they all occur here, frequently and without consequence. Additionally, S.H. is replacing carpet in vacant unit with bare floor, which creates a new noise problem. The unit below me had carpet removed in between recent tenants, and now I’m treated to near 24/7 loud stomping from below that shakes my whole unit. S.H. also don’t have a required rug policy for their flooring replacements, like most apartments with bare flooring do. Over 5 years, the rent is raised with every lease, yet the quality of my home life has gotten worse. I used to enjoy living here, now dreading the thought of 3/4 of a year left on what I’m sure will be a final lease.

Since the current management team began here my experience has greatly improved. It is a great staff. That being said, there is still room for improvement. Every year that I have resided here rent has increased significantly. Simultaneously, some amenities have decreased in quality. For instance when I moved here there were two playgrounds and now there is only one small one which lacks the swings that were once available . I have a daughter who is a big playground user so I would like to see the playground area improved. Also, there were table tennis tables when we moved here and those are now gone. When we applied to move here a sauna steam room was mentioned but there has not been a working one since we have lived here. These are small things, and luckily bigger and more important things have been resolved. When I first moved here the previous team never fixed actual serious problems within apartments.

Overall everything is good in the neighborhood, people are friendly. I particularly like that management works really hard to ensure that our needs are met.
