Robbinsville Township is a quaint community that blends dense woodlands with quiet suburban streets. The township is a part of the New York Metropolitan area just outside of Hamilton Township. Residents are within minutes of Trenton, as well as Levittown, Pennsylvania. Interstate 195, 95, and Highway 130 travel directly through town, so getting to and from the area is a breeze. Although Robbinsville Township provides a sense of small town-charm, it’s also within reach of New York City, located roughly 60 miles northeast. The community provides a suburban feel, but there are still abundant amenities to choose from, including local and chain dining options near the heart of town. Apartments and condos ranging from affordable to upscale are available for rent in Robbinsville Township.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Sharon Arms
I went 3-4 times but the staff is unprofessional. It looks like they do NOT want to rent. I called and sent email no response. I have never seen careless staff like him.
You can hear everything in these units, outdated! They need new baseboards, they creek with every step. Whatever you do, don't pick a unit on 1st floor , you'll regret it. The grounds are well kept but the hallways and windows in the hallways haven't been cleaned or painted in years.
Nice area, but there's a bug issue in the summer. Their staff is rude. Also, beware that you WILL NOT get your whole security deposit back whether or not you left the place flawless. They charge a $350 repainting fee if you stay for less than 3 years, which they deduct from your security deposit.
I love my apartment, partially just because of where it is located! I live right off of most major highways, but it is a nice quiet location, mostly away from traffic. Also, the area is nice and safe and with in the Robbinsvile School District, on of the best in the state!
I have lived in Sharon Arms for a year now. The monthly rent is a little higher that I would like, however, I know that I am paying for location. It is in a great location! I am very near to many major central Jersey roads, including The GSP, Turnpike, 195/206/95/295 & 130. Also, the neighborhood is really, quiet and peaceful, surrounded by woods and a quiet country road!
Has a electrical panel that is recalled. Been here a number of years. All electric.
I've been living in my apartment with my fiance for 4 years now. It is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. The fixtures and features all appear to be out of the seventies. We do not have a dishwasher, washer or dryer but there are washer and dryers available in the creepy basement which you need to go outside to access. We have wall to wall carpet, and the setup is an open floor plan. On the plus side we live close to 195, and the turnpike which is great if you need to head into Philadelphia, we are also not too far from Hamilton Train station. There is plenty of shopping in the area, but it's a nice small community off of route 130 with a great school system.
