If a pipe breaks , ends up damaging tenants things best believe your 2000$ new couch or bed won't be refunded for more then 70$ . No alternative to go so wet apartment is what you get . Maintenance man directs his cameras of his balcony and windows spying on playgrounds and privacy isn't given .

This is a wonderful community! The property is absolutely beautiful! I’m happy to call this place my home.

I’ve been a resident for 4 years in this complex and the amount of theft happening is getting out of control. Cars are being broken into late at night and tenants are stealing clothes from each other in the laundry rooms. But management refuses to help find any solutions for these problems. Seriously I’m actually begging someone to do something about this. If you want a safe place to live, this isn’t the place anymore sadly.

The grounds are beautiful! The staff is friendly and caring. Happy to call this place home

I broke this into sections 1- The Positives 2- The Terrible Manager 3- Black Mold 4- Towed my car (a paying client) but didn't tow a random person who was parked in my spot 1. This is a really great place to live. Nice people and beautiful scenery plus it's a nice neighborhood. There is a high school near by, as well as grocery stores and other shopping centers. The pool, hottub, grilling area, and the tennis court are all really nice. 2. Let me clarify that this would be a five star review if it wasn't for this lady. The manager absolutely sucks (the other lady is super nice and helpful). I have never met anyone with such poor customer service. Everything is your fault and not theirs. She gives a fake smile but you can tell that she gets bothered that you are taking time out of her day. Even though that's her job. I can't stress how terrible of a manager she is. At least on the customer service side. Read my other problems below. I definitely will not renew my lease specifically because of her. No other reason besides her. 3. I went into the office after a few months of heavy rain because I started noticing black mold growing on the ceiling. The manager said she would she would have maintenance look into it. After a few weeks of nothing I went back in to check on it and then she said they were backed up and would get around to it. Well guess what. It's been over 4 months and no body as still come out to the apartment and the spot is getting bigger. (See photos attached) 4. The biggest thing was that I came home one night to find a car parked in my assigned parking spot. Now I work 12 hr days in the military and I figured maybe a guest had accidentally parked there. No big deal. Anyways I parked in an open parking space where guests usually park and left my car there. Through the week I car pooled into work and had left my car in that spot. Come the weekend I found out it had been towed and they didnt even notify me! I had to pay $600 to get my car back because someone else parked in my spot and I parked in a space that is supposed to be for anyone with the sticker. When I spoke with the manager she said it was my fault and that I should have called the towing company. Like that would have mattered. They probably would have towed my car for parking somewhere while waiting for the tow truck. Anyways my wife and I are looking for lawyers on this matter.
