Property Ratings at Shadow Pines
I've lived in Shadow Pines for almost 2 years and just signed another 1 year lease. My 1 br is the perfect size for me. The HVAC is efficient and my utility bills are very low. Water, sewer and trash is included with rent. The landscaping company they use is on point. They spend a significant amount of time here during warm weather months and the place always looks beautiful. They really shine during our frequent heavy snow events. They have serious earthmoving equipment and get the job done soon after a snowfall. I've never had problems coming or going from my place. Housekeeping maintains the common areas and keeps everything immaculate. Maintenance is responsive and effective although I've never needed maintenence for my apartment- just a small common area issue. The rental office is great to work with. Renting/renewal is done online and effortless. Same with rent payments and maintenance requests. Maleno does a great job managing the property and I couldn't ask for more. I plan to remain here for foreseeable future.
The apartment complex is clean and very well kept. The management staff is professional and accommodating. There are perks, such as: food trucks, swimming pool parties, annual loyalty gifts to upgrade the apartments, etc. This has been a great place to live the past 3 years!!! Highly recommend!
I love this apartment! It is clean and safe. although I didn't plan on spending as much on a place when I saw this place I fell in love and I've been here for 3 months now and am so glad I decided to rent it!
I am have been renting here for almost a year and am very happy with it! The apartments are great and the people at the office are fantastic. The maintenance team is very fast and the apartment has a washer/dryer in the unit! It is a bit pricey, but other than that it is a great place to rent!
