Property Ratings at Shadley Apartments
The staff here is HORRIBLE!! I can not believe I lived here for as long as I did. They’re constantly creating drama and getting so called “revenge” on residents and their families for the smallest of things. I would rather live in a dumpster than this place, but if you do end up living here avoid Heather at all costs!!
I have been living here working on 6yrs. Very comfortable. The manager is wonderful!
They have one maintenance man cleaning and fixing 13 floors. There is alot of drama and childish behavior for senior and disabled building. Also the manager is almost never in and if you get on her bad side you might as well start packing.
I love living at Shadley Apartments. We have so much fun doing a variety of things. We play games, have dinners and the people are great. The building is clean and I love the management team.
I love living here! There is many things to do. There are games to play. You can have family over for dinner in the community room. Beautiful flowers to watch growing you can even help plant and maintain a garden. You can sit on a swing on the patio and listen to the water in fountain! It is very pet friendly. Everyone is friendly and helpful, as is the staff! This is a wonderful place to live and I am so happy I found it! Can't imagine living anywhere else. I have recommended this place to lots of my friends!
When I was going to look at an apartment there, I was afraid to go into the building because there were the tenants outside shouting at people driving by. Not safe!
These apartments are NOT a place for our seniors and disabled to live. Things are breaking down constantly and not kept up to code to be a safe place for anyone. The elevators break down almost on a regular basis. Hot water goes out, not that you would want to use it anyway. The ceiling leeks in the community room when it rains, and comes into some apartments. as well. A mold issue has ro be a problem with all of the water damage. it just seems to be more of a hazard then a place to live peacefully.The police are called for all kinds of disturbances. Mostly from visitors. The owners and property management are only worried about the apartments being rented. The almighty dollar comes before the tenants.
Lots of shouting inside & outside of building. Bullying in an out of control building. Do not recommend this senior housing building, it is NOT safe.
Senior housing and young people living in the building. It is loud & there is lots of verbal aggression there. There were flyers on the doors that someone was smoking marijuana in the building. Pipes back up a lot & the water is cloudy, not safe to drink.
