I've been renting here for 6+ years and have no complaints. They are very accommodating to any needs or requests. Keith and the maintenance team are great and easy to access.

Did a lot of reviewing for prices compared to space, along with cleanliness which brought me here to shade tree. I was in another apartment nearby and decided to move here. Glad to have done so.

Lived here for about 3 years now and it’s been fantastic! We have our own parking space and garage, and plenty of visitor parking close by. One of the great things about shade tree is that we NEVER hear our neighbors which can be a worry when moving into a new apartment. The maintenance team is efficient and friendly, and keeps us updated.It’s only 5-7min from shopping and highways.being Pet friendly and in unit laundry are also major bonuses!

The apartments are very nice. The management is always there for you. Have lived here for a year and I am very happy .

Going on about 8 months of living at Shade Tree. I have had zero complaints and have loved every day of my lease thus far. Maintenance is quick, neighbors are quiet, and management is competent. Overall, I would recomend this to first time renters, senior citizens, and everyone in between!

The apartment is very confortable, beautiful and have the necessary services to feel like home, the neighborhood is very quiet and you can breathe an air of peace and tranquility. We love to live here.

Management is super duper friendly and very great at communicating what is happening around the campus. The maintenance team is spectacular. Very friendly and great at what they do. I’ve never had anything come up that they couldn’t take care of. Been living here for 3 years and I have nothing but good things to say about shade tree.

Management, maintenance and staff are wonderful! Anything that you need is always taken care of with urgency and care. The property is always taken care of. The location allows you to be both city and country all at once. I love it here! It's a wonderful place to call home!

The maintenance is always fast to respond and quick to fix all the problems. Personal washer and dryer in the apartment is very convenient and useful. The property is always tooken care of very well.

I love my upstairs one bedroom apartment. I moved in with all new carpeting and laundry center. It is very sound proof and quiet! Maintaince has always responded fast to my requests!

Management is timely when something needs attention and cares about their tenants. Beautiful apartments kept up to par & continuing to get nicer!

Love living here. No worries about snow plowing, cutting grass. That’s the best part. Landlord responds to request promptly. Needed a new washer and dryer, they had it installed the next day.

The location of this property is amazing. I'm very happy that all of my shopping needs and clinic are close by. As well as gas stations, credit union, hair solon. The unit has a dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, and washer/dryer, with large closets for storage. Having a garage to be able to put out vehicle in is great for the winter. Being able to sit on our outside patio on nice weather days is great. The staff is nice and accommodating. The utilities are very reasonable. Have a private entry with no stairs is good. Our nearest neighbors are friendly and often stop to chat.

These apartments (Gentry Drive) are great value compared to others of the same space. The management is both attentive and fair. I have lived here 2 different times with the current stay going on 3 years. Great location between the "Daryboy District" and Kaukauna.

I moved to Shade Tree a couple months ago. The application and move in process was smooth and easy. The property is quiet and well maintained. I’ve had a couple minor maintenance requests. They were handled quickly and to my satisfaction. The property manager is personable and friendly. I love everything about my apartment and it already feels like home!

I moved cross country and had to sign a lease without an in person tour. Ryan was really accommodating with this, and did multiple FaceTime tours with me so I could first see a unit and then my exact unit to have peace of mind. The communication was quick and polite from him, he was very accessible, and when I moved in and had a small damage to one of the doors, maintenance was there to fix it the next business day. Overall incredibly easy to reach someone, friendly management and maintenance , and I feel that I was taken seriously and moved into exactly the kind of place I was told I would be!

I would recommend Shade Tree estates to anyone looking for an apartment. It's quiet and grounds and buildings are very well kept up. Maintenance is very quick to fix any issue and rent and utilities have been very affordable especially for retired and long term renters!!

Snow removal is very timely and they like to salt.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for little over a year so far. But it's a great place, management is great and very helpful. As well as maintenance are awesome people and always very quick to anything you need help with. I recommend these apartments to anyone who ask for suggestions.

The apartments are nice and well maintained. The location is close to shopping and medical care and there is storage nearby also. I have lived here since 2018. Rents are reasonable and when maintenance is needed -it gets done quickly. I like it here!

I love these apartments. I’ve been here for two years. At first I was in a one bedroom but now I moved into a two bedroom with my boyfriend. Great management who are quick and efficient with anything a tenant may need.

Quiet neighborhood,spacious apartment. Maintenance is right there for you. I never waited for help of any kind. Unless parts had to be ordered. I needed a handicapped accessible apartment. Before I moved in they had safety bars in the restroom. Years later, upon coming home from the hospital for hip surgery I found a fan/light combo in my bedroom and another safety bar on the opposite side of the tub. Very complying. The walls are thick with very limited noise on the ground Level where I am.

This is a great place to call home, it's like no other apartment building, the 2 bedrooms has windows on 3 sides of the building, it's truly like a duplex. It's quite, management is great, one day and things are fixed, unless emergency. Snowing plowing is done in morning or night of snow, grass is always kept up, they spray for bugs. Great place I've been here over 3 years and love it??

Nice 2 bed 1 bath with a 1 car garage. Decent prices. I talk with the land lord occasionally and he's always polite. Any time I need help with any maintenance they are there same day or following morning to take care of it.

Great place, lived her for the past 1 year. New owner is very on top of things and keeps the property clean and functioning!

I love the community and location of the apartments. Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy access to highway

The apartments are what you would expect. Basic appliances, full size fridge, and side by side sink in the kitchen. AC unit in the wall. The bathrooms are a decent size for this style and the shower/tub built-in are new and clean. Management is very straightforward and easy to talk with.

Its a simple apartment complex, but it is clean and well taken care of. The grounds are well-kept including in the winter time when snow is cleared and salt is put down in a timely fashion. Laundry works well and maintenance is responsive to any issue.

I've lived here for the last eight months. The new management is fantastic.
