Property Ratings at Seville Apartments
There are Cockroaches all over the apartment.The water force will be very slow most of the times especially around morning peak times, and you have to open the tap and wait for 10 to 15 minutes to get the hot water. The pipes are all old, the crusher in the sink will not grind anything as it is poor quality, and will eventually end up getting a blockage sometime in bath tubs too. When you apply for unit you will be told that the kids can play anytime outside in the lawn and basket ball area, but once you move in, the management will complain that kids are making noise. The moment you start complaining one thing about the apartment, the manager will point you with 10 things saying it’s your fault. During the holiday weeks, the lawn will be treated with manure and you cannot even open your door unless you close your nose. This is done to avoid kids playing outside in the lawn during the holidays. The swimming pool is poorly maintained, and if your unit is close to the swimming pool then you will hear loud noises even at night times. If you are not an Indian you can make any noise in the swimming pool even at late night. The parking is of three rows, while the first row is horrible with a wall at your rear end plus vehicles being parked close to the wall. Plus, the manager will have three cars of theirs parking in unreserved places making people even difficult to walk to their parking spots. If you are in row 2 and 3 parking, then you have to squeeze through the passage and will end up getting too many scratches and dents in your car unless you are expert and very careful. The management will project the apartment as a gated community while there is no gate in the front, but only on the sides and that too will be kept open most of the days either because it is not working or because some other maintenance is going on in the apartment so they want the maintenance vehicles to move in and out. When someone vacates the apartment the renovation of that unit will happen even on weekends making loud noises that you have to bear with. There is only one assigned parking per tenant so if you have two cars you have to park the second car outside which is not safe. There were incidents, where the car battery was stolen once in a car parked in the street. The only reason people stay here is because this falls under arcadia school district. I am sure that soon the management might face legal issues for their activities when someone moves to court.
The apartments are cute. Everything is new which is nice. The annoying downside is the constant screaming children. They’re constantly screaming and yelling and their parents never tell them anything. I know myself and a few other tenants are leaving as soon as our lease is up. There’s no relaxing ever. There’s also constant construction.
