I love all the trees especially the weeping willows. It’s so beautiful all the landscaping here most of the people are wonderful and I like that. There’s so many restaurants nearby in the walking trails

The leasing agents were amazing. They are so kind and hospitable. The community is beautiful and decently kept, though one of the pool areas did look a bit dirty. The other pool is GORGEOUS! ?? I love the neighborhood. We are next to so many great places and the view is lovely. I also love our unit. It is beautiful, although there has been a lot of wear and tear I am still waiting for maintenance to address: The laminate is coming off of the cabinets, loose planks in the kitchen flooring, dips in the floor under carpet in multiple rooms, and peeling baseboard in kitchen, scratches on bathroom floor, etc. But the counters sparkle! That is one of my favorite parts, and maintenance has been kind. There is a bit of a wait time for non-urgent matters, but urgent matters were quickly addressed. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, except nearly every night I have heard sirens. After all of the list of cosmetic things are addressed with the unit, I'd give it 5 stars. They are doing a great job.

Love how close it is to everything and I love all the trees and scenery. Only think that could be better is valet trash and A/C.

It’s location can’t be beat so many places in the area that are walkable as well as access to trails. We have lived here for awhile and haven’t experienced any major crime in the area

I’ve lived at Seven West for over a year and they are very much the best leasing office/maintenance team I’ve experienced in Oregon in almost 20 years of renting. I’ve never had to “nag” them like other complexes, they are very proactive, and the one time a mistake was made, they proactively went above and beyond to fix it without my needing to ask. That’s so hard to find these days!

Very nice and luxurious place to live very close to all sorts of shops as well and beautiful , there's lots of little trails throughout the complex and it's even got all of the amenities you could ask for , with the waiter and dryers in the units and to the pools and fitness rooms , the landscaping is pristine and definitely a place you need to move

Place and neighborhood is great. Though my latest request for maintenance was a bit delayed but it was handled well by the staff and he fixed the problem easily. Location of the place is amazing.

Love the area. Amenities are well kept up. Wish the lawn maintenance wouldn’t start up so early on the weekends. But the community is great with all the events. We really enjoy the food truck rotation in the area and the accessibility to restaurants and walking trails in the area. Friendly staff.

Community and community amenities are nice. The paint on the inside of apartment unit sould be of better quality and better application and maintenance should have better communication of ETA. But otherwise, it's a good place to live.

It's a fine place to live, but the office can be hard to get in contact with, and despite upping the rent every year we lived there, they never made any improvements to our actual living space.

I enjoy living here. Property is clean, quiet and the entire staff is quick at responding to any questions or maintenance requests. Being near a lot of different did options is amazing as well.

The people at the front have been pleasant. The complex is in general in good shape. The appliances are outdated and need major maintenance upkeep.

We have lived here for a while now and feel satisfied with SevenWest. The location is great and convenient, management is professional and always willing to resolve issues that may arise from time to time. They also have community events which are a bonus.

Just moved in but so far so good! I love my apartment and how much storage there is. I love that it's animal friendly and there is a lot of beautiful nature around! Really enjoying my experience so far and the staff has been great!

This complex is great.but It has its pros and cons like every place. Amenities are great but the hours you can access them are terrible. Maintenance can take long fixing work orders at times, but maybe they’re understaffed and need more people for the amount of units. Staff is really friendly and will help with just about anything but if you need anything after 5pm good luck. Apartments are really nice. Stainless steel appliances. Decent counter space depending on your layout. But storage in all the kitchens is minimal. Depending on what unit you’re in you might deal with alot of car traffic noise. Murray & Scholls is a non stop intersection. Overall it’s a great complex. Well worth the cost.

I've loved living here with my family. We have a walking trail for our dog, with restaurants and stores really close. The staff are some of the best I've come across.

I love living here, it’s quiet and safe and I love my apartment. A lot of natural light and the office staff is all very nice. They do a lot of maintenance of the property (trees, street sweeping, chimney maintenance, dryer vent maintenance, etc)and always let me know via email what’s going on, so I’m never left to wonder. The cons of living here are lack of parking and in my unit I have very low water pressure in my kitchen faucet. I think other than that it’s great! Everyone is pretty respectful and picks up after their dogs and they are generally kind and gracious.

The community here is great! Nice trees surrounding the apartment and large spacious layouts. Very happy with the bottom floor unit because of the private yard access. Management and the maintenance team are always great and understanding. You'd love it here!
