I've been here for 5 yrs now and everything is changing! Having the right staff makes all the difference and NOW we have it! They care about the property and are making improvements daily. I finally see the changes being made that should've been here all along. Way to go staff! Thank you for caring about where I live!

We have lived here since June 2022. Over the last six months I’ve noticed a tremendous improvement with the grounds, responsiveness by maintenance, and the enforcement of patio requirements by tenants. Walking into the main office club house gives a professional appearance and the staff is top notch. Sabrina has been awesome responding to questions and feels more like a friend than a property manager. It’s clear to see her efforts since taking on her new role. Would highly recommend the apartments to anyone seeking an apartment.

I have lived here for 3.5 years. I have run into various wear and tear issues and the office staff/maintenance has always been prompt in ensuring that my concerns were taken of. Sabrina, the property manager, is always so personable and informative when discussing issues. Heather is amazingly kind and friendly and super responsive with questions and concerns. They try to make sure the property is always clean and enjoyable for residents. The office staff also throws various events for residents to participate in, which I really like. The location is also really excellent. It has parks and amenities on premises, but is close to the town of Danville without being too far out of the way. I also really appreciate that they send out a monthly newsletter with major happenings for the complex. I often fail to check the online message forum unless paying my rent online. The apartments are affordable, spacious, and tidy. The area is relatively quiet, with the exception of a train or two and the occasional emergency service siren. I love that Danville PD often drives through to make sure that no mishappenings are taking place. Overall, I have found living here enjoyable and don't really have anything negative to say. -L. I am signing my first renewal and I am extremely happy with my apartment and the service that they have provided. Whenever I have entered a service request they are always very responsive and keep me updated. I have a wonderful community that has become my family.

I loved my apartment at Settler’s Run and I’ll genuinely miss it. I only moved so I’ll have more room for my kids when they’re with me. Sabrina and Heather were great and always helpful as well as the guys in maintenance (I’m momentarily forgetting the name of the lead guy, but he was always so helpful). Any time I needed a repair it was done without question and in a timely manner. I always felt my concerns were taken seriously. I would recommend this community, which was a peaceful place to live. I never had problems with any neighbors and it was a good place to call home the last few years.

Takes months to take care of issues. Parking is a nightmare as is trash removal

Don’t waste your money the apartments are overpriced the staff that work there are all rude and it’s trashy there not worth it at all

I love this community! The property has a great maintenance staff! and the office people are soooo friendly! Any time I have a problem they are always around to assist, and maintenance is always on call. I have lived here for 3 years now and am looking forward to signing my lease for another year!

We are very happy here! We have never had to wait more than 24 hrs for maintenance to fix any issue we have had. Normally it is fixed within an hour or so unless parts need to be ordered. The office staff is so friendly & flexible. Sabrina is especially helpful.

I have lived her for a little over a month and I’m tired of it already. I have had SEVERAL issues with my unit and management has only sent maintenance over once. Currently, my dish washer leaks, the stove is broken, the garbage disposal doesn’t work, and my ac barely functions making the apartment ungodly hot at all hours. I have called and called and they always say they will get right on it and then weeks pass and they do nothing. I’ve even talked to Sabrina and Natalie, as well as one of the guys from maintenance in person and they all apologize profusely and say “We’ll get right on it!” But then they never do. I pay an obscene amount of money to live here and I get lies straight to my face.

Worst ever in maintenance. During the summer we called in every other week due to poor a/c issues. The master bedroom has worthless vents. Four months later we wake up in the morning freezing. My wife was in the office a few weeks ago only to hear a employ say we were the #1. callers with issues. Last week we finally got a maintenance man out only to fix 1 of the 2 wires. This morning we are freezing in our apartment. Its 62 degrees.
