Serrano Apartments

This place is an absolute dumpster of an apartment. There’s a ton of roaches, leaky pipes that the office refuses to fix, loud music at all times of night from the apartment complex adjacent to Serrano, and the constant soliciting due to anyone being able to come in. Yes, the complex is gated but it is left open when the rude leasing office manager is on the clock meaning Monday-Friday 9am-5pm the gates are wide open. What’s the point of a gated community if it’s open during business hours? If you must live here, make it short term then run for the hills!!!

Three years ago we lived here and I love it, the current office and maintenance staff is excellent in all their work and the treatment of residents is very friendly and respectful

This complex is awful and the new staff makes it even worse. Been here for 5 months and half my electricity works and is a major fire hazard (sparks when plugging things in), my washer is running up my water bill because it leaks, my shower doesn't change temperature, they are WAY overpriced for the half broken, outdated equipment they have in their "gym". The "security" gates they promote are always broken or left open. Honestly a waste of a deposit and not worth the high rent.

I currently live here and am counting down the days minutes and seconds for my lease to be up. The maintenance is a joke, the manager is rude and full of lies, the office staff is on a revolving door and none of them know what they are doing. The "emergency" maintenance number is never answered and if you leave a message they do not answer. I had a huge leak in my bathroom, one of the water hose burst and after my husband found the main water line and shut it off, we had to go to home depot right and buy the piece needed to fix only for the maintenance man to show up 4 hours after we called and fixed the issues ourselves. Then our a/c broke and after being lied to, and getting the run around for about 3 weeks they finally fixed it. But did not offer any help or a discount on rent since our light bill went through the roof. The security gates never work and people come in and out of there like nothing. There is a person that does not live there and set up a mobile car wash and services cars for people that do not live there. They have stopped doing pest control but it is still included in the rent, the gym is a joke and half the machines do not work. IN short RUN AS FAR AWAY as you can. The rent is high and the quality is beyond low. RUN do not WASTE you TIME or MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

I just moved in, love my apartment and the staff at the office are very helpful and care about about my needs. Had a great experience from the time I applied until the moment I moved in.

The appartments are great they have enough room, outside is really clean they have a wonderful lake also they have out door grill by the lake and with some bench. The staff are really nice Ms. Maritza she is really helpful. Also the wonderful thing is the appartments come with washer and dryer. I recomendad this appartments

I've lived here for not even a year yet (because my lease isn't up as yet) The amount of roaches that's in this place I'm surprised the roaches didn't help me move my furniture! The staff is ABSOLUTELY rude. There is people selling drugs at the pool house every night. THIS COMMUNITY is NOT for families or children. I cannot wait until my lease is over!!!

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!! I advice everyone currently searching for apartments to not waist your time looking in this establishment. I can’t even describe how horrible this apartment is. Imagine coming home and driving into “POT HOLES”; everyday! Not to mention, coming home to someone parked in your spot because of the lack of security. Oh and by the way, you would have to pay for. Don’t come home to late otherwise you will be walking into darkness because the lights outside work when they want to. Try to complain ? Maintenance won’t get to it till MONTHS after.

If there was an option for 1/2 of a Star this neighborhood would obtain that ! This neighborhood at 1st was perfect but after new management it started to spiral down . Unsafe neighborhood, murders, drug dealers, traffic and no parking. Unprofessional staff and maintenance man that seem to not know what they are doing. It honestly seems like they let anyone live here and work here. If you have a maintenance call dont even bother to call because they will take 1-2 months to fix your issue nomatter how sever it may be . I would never recommend this neighborhood. Over priced for this community which they think is Wellington or something. The neighborhood is trash & Unkept . Dont move here .

My apartment is great. The space is perfect the outdoor of the property is always clean.. There is no problems with insects.

I moved to Serrano in 2013 and love it. their maintenance men are always complete maintenance issues in a timely manner. the office staff very helpful

Serrano apartments right off purdy lane . They have amazing ( and we'll kept) amenities . With a pool and gym. And kids playground . And tennis court that no one uses loll but I pay $1000/mo for a 2 bedroom plus light&water and it includes access to all amenities. They are pet friendly but they are an additional fee. The main two I visit are the pool and gym. The pool gets cleaned almost on a weekly basis and the gym is really small but it's cozy and not very many people are there alot. Besides the first week of January. Lol. But They are super quick to answer any maintenance calls! it's super affordable especially for the area .The only con (and only if you hate animals) is that the duck population is huge ! Especially cause there's a lake/pond in the center so be ready to share your front yard with ducks and sometimes they make their nests in front of the laundry output where the dryer let's out warm air . Otherwise it's a great place it's walking distance to Walmart and publix and subway , dunkin donuts, carvel etc.

Very well kept nice and clean grounds! Pest control is a plus! Also maintenance is very quick to respond
