Property Ratings at Greenview East
They have mold so bad it's horrible you can smell it all through your vents it's like your breathing in the mold and if you have kids this most definitely not the place for you ,majority of residents move out because of this . They never fix anything their air conditioner stays going out and it takes them monthssss to finally get them fixed! They stay turning off the water without notice most of the time. They have bad plumbing issues!!!They have mouses and roaches badddd their infested with them I had caught at least 20 mice in a span of two weeks not even being dramatic and the roaches will literally live with you everyday at this point they should've started helping paying rent because every time you look up there is roaches crawling everywhere and they have a horrible pest control company . They act like they care when you complain but nothing never gets done. If you complain too much their going to find a reason to get you gone . The maintenance people don't do anything just ride around on the golf carts pretending to work . Their management is horrible and rude . The property be full of trash and stuff be broken down everywhere around here . To sum it up SAVE YOUR MONEY BECAUSE THIS NOT IT! I paid wayyy too much in rent to get treated the way I did .
This property is horrible. They seem so nice in the beginning all the way up until you need something fixed . If they tell you maintenance has to come and connect your AC most likely that is a cover up for it being broken and you will be waiting months upon months for them to come out , mine was broken from the time I moved in and even when I moved out . It’s ridiculous this property should be shut down .
Maintenance is the worst I have been without air for 2 whole months. The office workers make promises they can’t fulfill half of them are clueless and just say things to get you off the phone. There’s so many stray cats. Constantly turning the water off several times a week. Sometimes it’s off for an hour and sometimes it’s most of the day. Wouldn’t recommend moving here.
Horrible all together from the management to the maintenance. I moved in June 2022 and I’m still dealing with unfinished apartment they was promised to fix before I moved in. I have a roach infestation in this apartment before I moved in here and told them. They painted over the roaches when I moved in. The pictures is CAPP!
New Management has definitely outshined any negative review in the past, Shay was so nice and professional and helped me find the perfect unit for my family ????? & it’s clean and surprisingly quiet!
Take forever to fix something when it breaks there are people there now whose A/C have been out for 2-3months. It’s a shame that they have to suffer like that especially when they have to use their own money to purchase a window unit when they shouldn’t have to in the first place. Something needs to be done about this immediately. I wouldn’t dare tell or allow someone to move there. They don’t care in the front office they are quick to serve an eviction notice but won’t fix nothing how sad.
They have abandoned buildings all throughout the property and it looks like somebody drove a car through one of them. The new management is just as bad as the previous management. They only have one repair person who is also rude and told us that the front office just send him to make us think that they are doing their jobs. Hot water goes out every other week. We went 2 weeks without hot water and when we told them about this the lady at the front desk asked me “Have you though at about moving?” . Just don’t waste your time OR money!!!
I have been living at Serenity for 6 years, I just renewed my lease. My sister just moved in as well. The new security fence and cameras make us feel safe.

I have been living here for 3 years, the new management that took over recently has updated the security on the property. There are security cameras and they are adding a new fence in the front to make it a gated community.

My apartment is beautiful!! The staff here are so nice and take care of any problems right away.
The new management is doing great stuff to the property. They now have private parking and the driveway has been repaved. Also, the building have been cleaned and the property is beautiful. My family is loving it here.
New management is great ! I love my apartment ! They will not take weeks for a fix in the apartment they coming quick ! I love it.
I' have been at serenity a few years now the new crew gets work orders done right away and are very professional they have a new system were every tenant has there own online portal we they can pay rent and put in work orders or send massages to management its really made the quality of being a tenant there great
