My husband and I had an amazing stay here at Sentral Old Town. I would definitely recommend this location to my girlfriends looking for a nice and comfortable 5-star stay in Scottsdale.

Everything about this place screams 5 stars. The wonderful Lael helped us out significantly and it was the best customer service I’ve had this side of the Mississippi. When a member of my party spilled a drink by the elevator she helped us promptly. God bless this fine establishment

This is a great location, the staff is always very kind and helpful. It's very close to lots of nearby restaurants and stores. It's also a very beautiful location with lots of events and amenities!

I have been with Sentral for a little over a year and have nothing but great things to say. The property is gorgeous and well-maintained. Management is prompt and professional, specifically, Lael, who answered all my questions with a helpful and warm spirit. Great place to live in a top-tier location!

After searching for months for the right spot for me and my dog, I finally found everything I needed here. Staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. Things are clean and most importantly, safe.

I recently moved into Sentral and have loved living here so far! The front desk staff always greets me and my pup with a treat and the maintenance guy fixed my one issue within two hours. I look forward to attending the resident events in September and Yoga whenever I can get off work in time.

Sentral Scottsdale is in such a perfect spot. It is just close enough to the action but far enough to not be disturbed. The building is very modern with good amenities. I really appreciate Teresa and her team going above and beyond.

i just stayed at Old Town for the first time! it was awesome from the first entry to leaving. Kristin was at the front desk and walked me through the amenities so i could feel right at home last week. i also ran into Lael, teressa and Tavian who were equally as amazing. it was excellent - i’ll be coming back

Sentral Old Town is a great place to live! First class amenities and events available to residents—not to mention the perfect location steps from great shopping and the best Scottsdale has to offer!

Out of all the apartment complexes I’ve lived in, this one by far has the best staff. Especially Jazz who went above and beyond to help us and make us feel comfortable. Overall this is a great complex. The unit is nice and has all the features I need (including laundry). It’s walking distance to many restaurants/stores/bars, pet friendly, and has events for residents.

I love living at sentral! The maintenance team especially has been amazing. Jazz is always fast to getting any repairs done and the whole team has been so helpful. So happy to be a resident and excited to resign my lease!

This property has everything you need and more. Rooftop lounge, Amazing with breathtaking views. Fitness center? Great equipment with lots of room. VERY walkable to Old Town bars and restaurants. A big thank you to Leal who was so sweet and helpful with every question we had.

Sentral Old Town is a gorgeous, luxurious property right in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. The building features gorgeous amenities, 24/7 complimentary coffee and water, and an amazing fitness center with lots of equipment. Not only is the building beautiful, the staff is amazing. Lael and Susan from the front desk will do everything to ensure you are taken care of. Highly recommend to all.

The staff here is excellent. Like seriously the staff here is the best. Best location too. I love living here.

A huge thank you and kudos to the team at Sentral Old Town Scottsdale, especially Tayler (General Manager), Stefon (Director of Operations), Autumn (Leasing Specialist), Adrian (Director of Building Operations) and Jazz (Maintenance) for their care, service and overall hospitality. A greeting with a smile is what I get when I walk by the front desk (and treats for my pup). Service requests are filled in an expeditious manner, and they not only listen to ideas/requests, but also take action to implement them. Offerings now include concierge, onsite yoga classes, community social events as well as a plethora of services that are easily booked through the front desk (e.g., house cleaning, dry cleaning, dog sitting, car service, etc.). Sentral took over the ownership and management of the building a few months ago, and while I must admit that I wasn’t sure what to expect with the change, time and again they have gone above and beyond to make my experience here an extremely positive one. Their efforts only add to my love of the building and phenomenal location — it’s like living at a luxury boutique hotel a with beautiful and serene pool, deck and grill area. Other fabulous amenities include: work from home mini-offices, a small conference room, multiple lounges with big-screen TVs and lots of comfy seating, a really nice pool table, a top-notch fitness center, filtered water stations, package lockers, events calendar, etc. It’s just a great place to live and work remote, and I strongly recommend it.

What makes this place special, beyond the perfect location, is the staff. Everyone you interact with is so helpful. The move in process was flawless and they allowed me to change my move in date by two days without hassle. When I unpacked, I was struggling with four very large picture boxes, and was amazed that a maintenance man saw me and said "Just leave them here and I'll deal with them" That was unexpected and made me feel welcome. Lovely City and Camelback mountain views and 5 minutes walk to multiple restaurants and bars. Some little things that make it better - Parking spaces are large. The elevator is quick, so no endless waiting. The Sky Lounge is nice to sit in and watch the city. Overall very happy with choice.

Life at Sentral has been a pleasant stay. The staff are attentive, amicable, and prompt in addressing any issues. The building keeps up with maintenance. To top it off it’s in a great location walking distance from the mall, restaurants, and nightlife.

The grounds and property itself are beautiful, but what makes this property the best is the staff. The customer service from their front office team is truly exceptional. They are so caring and so helpful. They exude what it means to be hospitable. They are always so friendly, nice and helpful. They go above and beyond for their resident. They are just amazing. 10/10 regarding the grounds, property and the people that work there.

After touring here it is really hard to find a competitor. The leasing assistant was amazing and knowledgeable. She was great at helping me answer all my questions or concerns. The property is so so clean and well kept! Glad to be a future resident.

I have been living here for a year, and I honestly have no complaints. The apartments are affordable, they are modern, and it's QUIET. I mean, it really doesn't get much better for the price and location. I REALLY love the office staff. They are friendly, and knowledgeable, in which most complex staff are not! I am very impressed by their professionalism and their willingness to solve problems. Also, I wanted to say that the maintenance staff is super friendly and prompt and that was something extremely important to me. I absolutely love it here. Everything has been so easy, & I would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

I used to live there and honestly, if I didn't have to move for work, I would have stayed! The place is gorgeous, the staff was incredible. I always had my friends over and they were always so impressed! If you are in the fence, stop, you will not regret it.

I visited Scottsdale once and took a tour of this property and all I can say is BEAUTIFUL! I will definitely be coming back in the near future. Go check them out !

Went on a tour of this property and it was amazing! Great espresso/coffee machine in the lobby & cold brew on tap for residents! Awesome units, community space & pool area!
