Nothing but a joke and constent lies from manager!

My nephew moved into one of there apartment and needed a washer and dryer. We got him brand new LG appliances. Later they started renovating the apartments. They moved him into an apartment which already had a washer and dryer. When he asked for them to remove there washer and dryer so he could use his the manager said no. He asked could they put them in his old apartment that he moved out of and the manager said no. They expect him to put his in storage and pay for storage fees. When I tried to talk to the manager she stated she couldn't talk to me because I wasn't on the lease. I told my nephew what to tell her and she still refused. Stating that they want there appliances in the new renovated apartments. When he first moved in they stated they don't supply the washer and dryers yet there where places to put them. He has not had this washer and dryer nit even 8 months now we are having to deal with this issue they've caused. The office never answers the phone and manager is very snippy. I live all the way in Saint Paul, Minnesota. My nephew was a premature baby and has struggled but has amazed my family with the things he has accomplished and can do on his own. I wish he never moved in this place. Management has went downhill.

Terrible customer service

Been trying to get through to these people, none answers the phone or returns messages, if this is how their customer service is pre rental imagine how poor it is after your there, horrid!!! Avoid like the plague

Run fast

Would give zero stars. Their pool is broken and gross. They don't have a fitness center like they say that they do. If you drive thru the place you will find that it looks NOT the same as the online photos. Not to mention last I knew the phone lines had been broke for a couple months so you couldn't even call Would give zero stars if I could

Unprofessional

Edit: They did not respond to any emails or phone calls about rental verification forcing my husband and I to renew our lease. We renewed our lease two weeks before our old one expired and it did not take as they had my 4 year old stepson listed as a responsible party. We did not find this out until 2 days before our lease was set to expire we went through about 4 leases before they finally got the dates and parties responsible correct. Now almost a month later we are having problems with the property manager charging us a late fee for an amount that was never listed on our account. She has continuously lied to us about charges on our account and is trying to force us to pay more than what we should owe. This place is poorly managed and if I was not forced to renew my lease I would not still be here. The AC is out in a majority of the apartments and after having several people look at our AC unit and telling us they are ordering parts almost a year later our AC is still out. Our apartment is about 80 degrees. I have tried to get a hold of the the new property manager for the past week about my account. However she hasn’t returned my phone calls after saying she would call me back. According to my lease any new rules and regulations are supposed to be given to me in writing at least 30 days before they are implemented however she told me I have to remove my plant stands 4 days before a new rule about patios being clear of any items or I would be fined. She has also told me my rent was increased however I did not receive anything in writing about a rent increase and according to my lease I am supposed to receive a notice in writing 30 days before rent is set to go up. There’s an almost $400 charge on my account that the property manager cannot explain and will not answer or return my calls about. A majority of the mailboxes are either broken or completely destroyed. There is trash everywhere and there is furniture constantly outside of the dumpsters. When I come home from work my apartment always smells like cigarettes and pot when neither me or my husband smoke in any form.

Excellent Customer Service.

I was new to area, so the staff took their time going over all of my options. I could truly see that they wanted what was best for me. They were very professional and friendly. Under New Management

The new staff seems to be settling quite well. I've been living here 3 years and have saw management come and go, this by far is the most organized group of people. I use to have to wait weeks to get something fixed around my apartment but the new maintenance is prompt. Hopefully they keep this same energy. Lets make Chapel Ridge great again. lol

Horrible

Dont want to fix anything, pools never open management change 4 times in a period of a year no one wants to do anything. No matter how many times you call and leave a work order nothing gets done. Worst apartments I've ever lived in

Chapel Ridge Conway,AR

I have stayed in Chapelridge for 13 months my apartment hasn’t had anything fixed maintenance is very bad my air went out during the summer and I told them about it they gave me a air conditioner the air conditioner did not call my house at all my light bill is high I have mold growing on my walls my toilet hasn’t been fixed and my sink either .My tub was stopped up for months, The dishwasher falls out and it doesn’t work, my closet door was broke when I move it it’s a cure months to fix that and my Sillen fan went out, my toilet was broke I have to keep stopping it up because it would not stop running the grass is never cut out here, they do not pick up trash around the apartment complex, The Kaitlyn who is in the house who runs the apartments is very rude attitude is nasty, she’s very disrespectful. It took months for the for the pool to open, and they let trash pile up on the side of the dumpster because they didn’t want to take the trash out .

Terrible communication skills

I had an appointment to view a two bedroom two bath unit. When I arrived for my appointment the representative was not available. Another person that works there made a phone call and then informed me that the unit I was supposed to tour had been rented. No one had bothered to call me to cancel the tour and I drove from out of town. Very unprofessional of them as a company. I certainly will not be looking to rent here.

New Management is Awesome

I love Chapel Ridge Conway, every since the new management change, things has been great. The pool is open and stays nice and clean. The grounds are kept clean. The maintenance comes out same day to fix any issues. I feel safe having the Officer who lives on Property, he actually patrols and ensures we are safe. The office staff is very friendly and professional. I just renewed my lease and plan on staying here for a long time.

Be forewarned

Management does make an effort to keep the premises tidy. However the gym has not been accessible to residents for well over a year. Excuses given to explain this are flimsy and inconsistent. Quite often the onsite laundry room is locked when most residents are home in the evening and during the weekend. Bring your own washer and dryer. During the summer the pool is very often closed and not accessible for about 30%.of the season. Staffing changes are often, tenant issues are resolved slowly. It's not unusual occurrence to have staff go into apartments with no prior announcement/ notification. The office is known to close early often and relies heavily on a call forwarding service during hours approaching quitting time.

Its home!!

Everytime i walk in i feel a sense of happiness because i know that i am home i can sit out side on the porch and watch the trees that are changing color and not to mention it has the best shower i have ever had!!!
