Residences at Jacksonville

Senior Residence of Jacksonville is an amazing place to live under incredibly good management. The property manger Sandra and the repair man David are wonderful people. They go above and beyond to help you and actively keep the area safe and a healthy place to live. The grounds are always kept trimmed and cleaned and any problem you might run into gets fixed in a day or two at most! Never felt safer in any other property than the one managed by Broad Management and they hire such amazing and wonderful people.

Just moved in and liking it. Nice place and neighbors. Would recommend it.

This senior residence is like living in the country, I love the outdoor atmosphere and how Mrs. Sandra the manager connects with her tenants. She makes us feel like a family. She does frequent checks of the property before she leaves every day. usually taking a walk and greets us by name. I love the fact that we get to put plants and decorate our homes like it belongs to us. It's more than a property, it is a home for seniors.

Checked on the residences and loved them. And the manager is the Best. Sandra is very courteous, and take time with you. I love it and hope to be a resident soon.

Sandra was extremely helpful. She answered all my questions and gave a lot of suggestions and information for me to share with my folks.

The manager is the best that I’ve encountered, such a wonderful home atmosphere we are finally getting gutters and This is a beautiful place thanks to the Regional Manager also she allows our manager to do things to make our property !!!!great 5 stars

After the death of my fiancé, I was desperate to find an apartment to accommodate my needs. After several disappointing tours, I had the good fortune to get in contact with Ms. Sandra. I was throughly by impressed with the well maintained community at first site. Ms. Sandra’s professional, compassionate and working knowledge made my transition so much easier. Her genuine love and support of the community made me feel at home. Any issues are resolved immediately with follow ups to ensure satisfaction. Jacksonville Senior Apartments are worthy of five star rating especially due to the Ms. Sandra.

The property manager is wonderful. They fix any issues in timely manner. The apts are very nice and in great neighborhood. I would recommend this place to everyone! Best place I have lived in along time. Love, love, love it!

I'm Barbara I have been a tenant for 2 years and the last year has been the very best, great things are continuously happening. a truly great manager that stay on top of everything beautiful property new washer and dryer in laundry room we are treated with respect this my home love it.

Having never been to Arkansas and knowing no one here, I received nothing in return for this review. This is my firsthand experience. You will never meet anyone who cares more for others than Jacksonville Senior Residences Property Manager, Sandra! Before I moved in, David with his multifaceted skill set painted my apartment with an expertise not commonly found. David has a pleasant calm demeanor even in tense situations. The old carpet was replaced with a more hygienic and attractive wood vinyl flooring. The appliances, light fixtures, and window blinds that needed to be replaced, were replaced with brand new ones. The kitchen countertops were resurfaced. My apartments covered entrance was pressure washed. In the middle of January the lawn care company vacuum bagged the leaves up on the entire property. And they leaf blowed everyone's entrance, sidewalk, and parking space. Sandra knows everyone by name and is true to her word. Sandra's exemplary character and professionalism are a bright light shining for all to see! But don't take my word for any of this. Come and see for yourself. You will quickly learn that Sandra takes excellent care of her turf, and that turf is You! A 2021 Resident, Michael

Moving my mother over 90 miles from our family home, after she lost her husband, we thought was going to be challenging but when I found this place she and I immediately fell in love. The apartments are well kept, the grounds are immaculate, and the apartment manager is amazing. I was comforted in my mother living here because the manager was caring, concerned and appeared to know every resident by name that I saw her interact with. My mother feels safe and made friends the first week living here. The manager made sure everything that needed to be done at my mother’s apartment was completed almost immediately even though it was very minor. Further the maintenance guy doesn’t hesitate to get things done. We are very pleased with this senior residence and look forward to many years here.

I would definitely give this apartment a star of 5. This apartment complex feels great atmosphere for a senior to live. I felt welcomed and have had prompt and exceptional service by the staff. She has gone above and beyond to help me get into these apartments. I love the country scenery and I felt a peace in the atmosphere here and look forward to living here.

Lived here 3 years went to California for two years and have been back here for 3 years! Sandra is the best Manager since Martha. They both care about the property and that makes a big difference. Call Sandra and she will tell you why this is a great place for seniors!!!

This property is surrounded by beautiful tall trees and up kept very nice. Our management is very attentive to any needs the residents may have. This is a great place to live.

It was especially nice to meet several of the residents and to hear how happy they are living there. I remember Joan saying she 'came home'! It's obvious you care very much about your residents and about the quality of the property.

Love my apartment. The manager made my move so simple and easy and made me feel comfortable during this time. Nice neighbors and area. I would recommend there apartments.

After living here 4 months I can honestly say this is the closet place I can call home great neighbors, activities and resources for me and my age. The new manager has being so helpful in accommodating in my transition,I love my floor plan and front porch , I will recommend anyone to live here. Great Management Company!!!!!!
