Its very old property, no solid plan on apartments. Even you can hear lot of noise from top floor round the clock, some talks, noise, TV/Music sounds. etc. If any one have kids on top floor, then your life is nightmare. This apartment is not for any one have kids below 18 years. don't ever get in to trouble/nightmare life by choosing this apartment and community. Theft, Drugs, Nosie people around apartments. I see only managements changes very frequently, But property remains same. Its just old wine in new bottle !! Even same staff is continuing, what changes you can expect !!? Don't ever move to this apartments.

seriously dont. although staff is nice. This location is horrible from people smoking inside the apartments to people's beimg broken into, and being set ablaze in the middle of the night. anything goes in this location. if you want to have a good night sleep. just go somewhere else.

I have been living in the society for last 4 years. It’s bean a wonderful staying here, nice people around, green space, parks for kids and mkt just around the corner.
I moved in a month ago after a long online search and community tours. I was pretty impressed by the information seen on the website and amenities. Ended up just moving to a spacious apartment with "new" appliances that did not work and broke easily. Do not mind children in the area but I have not gotten one full nights sleep due to the banging stomping and noise through all hours of the night. Thought it could just be bad luck with a neighbor but the property manager/leasing office staff quickly showed how incompetent and unhelpful they were after addressing the situation to them. It became so unsafe that I needed to stay in a hotel many nights. Overall I am moving out within a month due to how awful the service is here. They do not care about their residents. Not worth any of the original community or apartment features I came here for.
I've been living here for 2 years and the property is very well maintained. I don't see trash everywhere nor do I see strangers hanging around dark places. Very kid friendly and everything is close by. The office employees are very friendly and maintenance is always on top of what needs to be fixed. The schools near by are great. Parking is fantastic, I've come home late and always find parking.

Failed in their fiduciary duty to inform residents a neighbor had bed bugs, failed to provide guidance for prepping when they knew we were leaving town, hence exterminator did not spray apartment because we had not prepped correctly.
I have lived in the Rolling Hills Apartment for six years and I love it. They are very spacious, but lack storage space and have no balconies, but other than that everything else is great. The maintenance team resolve your issues within a timely manner and use BuildingLink, which I really like. It is fast and convenient.
Lived here for almost 1 year and it's been a good experience, for the most part. The complex is very accessible to shopping centers, highways, and public transportation. Maintenance service is quick and efficient. A major downside is management's lack of proper planning during periods of inclement winter weather. Last winter, there were quite a few times when icy walkways and common roads made for questionable safety. Just getting from your car to the building could mean breaking your leg due to a slip and fall.
