These apartments are awesome!! Really appreciate how quick maintenance has been and how Efficient the office has been!

Great place and staff! They recently painted the property too! Office is always quick to respond.

Worst apartments I’ve ever visited went to see a friend for a few hours and my car was towed away being right outside the office after work hours was looking forward to being a future tenant now I don’t wanna go near that place

I’d say the staff is good and they do there part and it’s pretty quite here plus a lot of things going on for the better like re painting the complex and more. The down side is parking if you have more than 2 vehicles it will be a problem especially with them cracking down. But overall a quite nice community.

Staff is professional and friendly always happy and super helpful Maintenance staff is always on the go and completes work orders on time.

Leasing agents are very kind friendly and very professional and i gotta give the maintenance team a reveiw too so quick and so very attentive to our requests!! moved here 4 months ago and we plan to live here longer than our lease!! -Melray T

I have lived at Sedona Peaks for a little over a year now and hove had the best experience with the management. The grounds are always clean and every one we have worked with has been very helpful and friendly. They have made us feel at home! Thank you Kalie and Melissa for all you do!

I’ve lived at Sedona Peaks for almost a year now, and Kaylie has been wonderful every step of the way. Melissa joined her more recently and has been an excellent addition. Both are always friendly and approachable, and maintenance is quick to fix any problems with the apartment. Plus the office always has something fun being offered, from the occasional food truck on the premises to cleaning kits in the spring. Only issue is parking… very little guest parking if you have people over, but overall a pleasant place to live.

When we first came here last year we were very nervous because of the reviews but from my experience the management and staff are super respectful, friendly and helpful. I’m glad to be renewing my lease this month

We are going on year 2 and the staff has been nothing but kind and professional. Emergency calls are answered taken care of and any issues pointed out are always looked into by Management.

I’ve been living here almost two years and the area is well kept, quite, and the staff is quick to respond to your needs. The apartment itself is also very spacious and not outdated.

The apartments are spacious, and the managers are so sweet and willing to help with anything! Also maintenance responds very quick and lets you know what’s going on. We have lived here for 2 and a half years and I will be glad to say for more years to come.

5/5 stars--I've been a renter with Sedona Peaks since 2022 and will be until I have the opportunity to purchase a home. Excellent service, always prioritize tenants and are truly understanding and professional. The staff at Sedona Peaks are always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live. Within our first few months of living at Sedona Peaks we won Spring cleaning contest won a laundry wire basket full of Goodies for cleaning and kitchen Knick knacks and candles. I love candles ??? home touch My kids enjoy going to the play area where most of their friends from grade school attend we had no clue until first day of school. Apartments are very quiet which I appreciate. You get the option to pay for covered parking which is super helpful when you have multiple cars. Maintenance is super quick to respond and also very friendly. Front office staff always answers the phone and are always friendly. Apartments look a little outdated but worth it.

Sedona Peaks is a great place to live! We have been here for over a year and enjoy the environment and the atmosphere! The layouts of the apartments are great and really fun inside! We love the pool and the jacuzzi and my son loves to go play at the park!

Feels like home and maintance is always here to help as is the office can be a little noisy but has a lot of families!

I was greeted by the staff in a way that felt warm and inviting (almost seemed too good to be true) but in my time here I've been nothing but happy. I put in a maintaince request for my sink and I was greated by a gentleman named Joe that not only quickly solved the issue, but offered up some tips and trick for avoiding in the future. I am so thankful for this community. And can't get over how wonderful the customer service has been.

I’ve lived here about 7 months. The management has changed about 3 times. I have a neighbor that plays such loud music I can hear all the words to it through the walls and over a high velocity fan. My decor falls off my walls, and I get migraines because of it. Every time they start up, I email management and they do absolutely nothing. Keep looking if you’re looking for peace. You won’t find it here.

Lauren was the biggest help in getting us moved in quickly & comfortably. 10/10 would recommend this complex & 10/10 would recommend Lauren at the front desk.

I went into the office a few days ago. While waiting to speak with the new manager of the week I overheard her gossiping with one of the tenants about another tenants personal business. Not only is that trashy but illegal and If these workers were licensed property managers (their lack of professionalism tells they are not!) than they could lose their licensing for such behavior. Some of our neighbors are sketchy, I dont want my personal business being discussed with them! I was appalled by this but continued about my own business. Almost every Friday or Saturday night when I return home late from work I go to check my mail. The apartment in front of where the mailboxes is located is nothing but a pot smoking party joint. Its frightening, uncomfortable, and obnoxious when I pull up to check my mail and 10 drunk people are outside holding beers, smoking, and shouting obscenities. Their music is loud enough to hear from my apartment several buildings away. I took issue with the residents of this apartment over the summer for playing their boombox at the pool area with their screaming 12 children in the summertime, all day every day as though the remainder of the tenants at the property dont have to go to work during the summer. I assumed the noise would stop because of the change in the weather. I assumed wrong. These same individuals then loiter around the parking lot late at night while smoking, drinking, and continuing their obnoxious behavior throughout the night hours. Upon complaining to management about this particular neighbor I was told all I can do is call the police. I refuse to call the police on my own neighbors and feel threatened in my own home. Especially because It would seem ridiculous to the police department that I make a noise complaint when I live several buildings away. I will admit the grounds are nicely kept. The new landscaping is pretty and they are slowly improving the look of the property. Litter trash is constantly picked up, parking lines are always painted. Overall the outside appearance is very good. It doesn't make a difference when your neighbors are trashy and management is also participating in the trashiness by speaking poorly about one tenant to another. I guess the manager assumed I couldn't hear the entire conversation. As the old saying goes. You can put lipstick on a pig and its still a pig.
