Nice neighbors that look out for each other and want a safe community. Responsive maintenance team. Good amenities. Easy commutes to the city areas.
Upon our move in day, we were surprised to see that there were many things that had not been completed by the cleaners. Once we informed management and maintenance, they were overly helpful in assisting us with fixing those issues. It’s great knowing that staff here are willing to help out so quickly. We have been here just a few days, but already love our space and the community.
Thus far, we have had a really positive experience at Seasons Villas. The staff are knowledgeable and kind - it really gives us confidence that we picked an amazing place to live!

We have been loving our new home at Seasons Villas so far! The amenities and services are all working great, the space and layout have been good for us and our dog, and we feel like we're close to everything we need. The only reason we're not giving 5/5 stars is the unfortunate amount of trash and dog poop accumulating in and around the neighborhood... We have only been here a couple of months, and hope the problem doesn't get too much worse this summer.
Been here 6 months and am really enjoying living here! Office and maintenance are all so friendly! Snow plowing and sidewalk maintenance was great this winter.
Maintance is incredible! Always promt and considerate! I love knowing that any issues that come up will be handled with respect and very timely.
Over all okay, we’ve had our AC break multiple times during the previous summer, it takes forever for plows to come shovel drive ways so we do it ourselves 90% of the time. No one has EVER come to replace our air filter or check our smoke alarms in the almost 2 years we’ve lived here. Our garage dry wall is rotted, the neighborhood reeks like weed half the time and people park in the street in front of their houses rather than in the parking spots making it difficult to get out of the street and onto the main road.
The leasing staff and maintenance team has been super friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and the leasing / move in process was great!

Decent place to live. We’ve had multiple issues with mice but maintenance comes within one week for pest control. The amenities are minimal but they do offer a discount at lifetime.

Easy place to call home. Townhouses are spacious, staff and neighbors are friendly, neighborhood is great location for getting around! Our dogs enjoy all the green space that is around as well.

Stay clear. Management is horrible. I tried to get a few bigger items fixed (there was a giant spiderweb in the patio dooring I couldn't get to and had a spider infestation when I first moved in) and those items were never fixed. I had other items fixed, but unless your water was leaking it was hard to get anyone to care. If I ever got ahold of management to discuss the issues I was made to feel like they were too busy, request was not important enough, and for me to figure it out myself. Ended up needing to spray and spider proof (as well as clean the infestation out myself) the place myself and all I got from management was "well you could try knocking it down with a broom I guess". Overall the management just doesn't care and will make you feel like any issue is yours to deal with. Also, good luck in the winter. Streets and driveways were never plowed on time, and they don't salt.

Couldn’t get out of the townhomes to get to work is the only complaint I have during the bad snow storm.I had to shovel my own drive way while my babies had to sit in the car. I kept getting stuck trying to back out our my drive way.

The townhomes are decent, but dated. Even the “renovations” are just coverups without doing actual renovating. The kitchen is nice but small. Appliances are nice. But there’s water stains on the ceilings, painted outlets and paint marks all over the ceiling from the wall color. Blinds are dated and difficult to open & close, same with the sliding glass door. Floor itself is nice but poorly installed and the baseboard is dated and dingy. At many transition points you can see the ends of the flooring and subfloor peaking through. It’s been a nice area to live and very quiet. I just wish the renovations were a bit higher quality and the snow & ice removal was being done. It’s virtually nonexistent and we struggle to get our car up the driveway since it had an inch of ice and snow when we moved in. They suggested we use the communal salt to clear it. Snow removal is not part of our responsibility in the lease !

Beautiful townhomes with patios and privacy in small neighborhood. I needed my heat and plumbing fixed the same week I moved in. Rent is expensive and you must pay water, heat, electrical, & wifi.

For the most part, every time I have needed something,they have treated me courteously and efficiently.
I would recommend this community. The office staff is friendly and extremely helpful and the timeliness of the maintenance is amazing.
Great energy and attitude in providing the help we needed, especially with regard to the technology in our sign up steps.
The units are great, the people are nice and management is easy to work with.
This community is close to all types of shopping.
The surrounding area is quite peaceful, the neighborhood is very pet friendly with good interaction with fellow people.
The people who live here are very friendly and the location is super convenient!
I would recommend it because it is affordable for Woodbury and the neighbors are kind.

apartment is great. clean and quiet. there has not been any corespondence between office staff but the one issue I had was resolved immediatly.
The area of the townhomes represents a safe neighborhood and the office staff is extremely friendly and helpful!
Everything is taken care of in a timely matter, so I never have to worry about it.
I definitely would!! Only 2 bad experiences with less than quality male neighbors in many years. Police were able to help.
The area is well lighted at night and it feels safe here. We are close to several shopping areas and major roads.
