The Bluffs

I have lived here for the last 3 years and would like to say this community is amazing. The staff here are so friendly and love their job, it shows in everything they do in the community. They know my whole family by name and friends who visit regularly. They host free events every month and they are so much fun. We recently had neighbors across from us who where very rude and didn't maintain their space, as well as disrespected others and our patio/lawn spaces. We went to the office with our concerns and they listened empathetically and took our concerns personal. They works so diligently to repeatedly clean up for these neighbors almost everyday and our spaces as well to ensure we where taken care of. They maintained this every morning and afternoon until they recently moved out. The staff here is amazing and they go above and beyond for all out needs. While they couldn't help that some people don't care about others or being respectful, they took the strongest approach to counter act it and checked in with us often to ensure we felt taken care of in our needs. Thank you Bluffs team! Lisa, Vanessa and Jubelly are the coolest ladies and We can not wait for the summer events this year!

This is one of the most beautiful and clean properties I have lived at. I have been here for a year and have had such a great experience. The grounds are always clean, great staff and great perks. I love attending their monthly events like the paint and sip night, wine tasting class and pool parties. I'm happy to call the bluffs home, and hope to stay a few more years.

Living at The Bluffs has been an amazing experience! Vanessa, Jubelly and Lisa have been amazing! The Maintenance team is super helpful and fast, they always take care of my requests as soon as possible. I have been at the bluffs for 2 years and have never felt more at peace than I do living here!

My fiancée and I lived at the bluffs for 2 years. The first year was AMAZING! The second year, things started to fall apart with all the changes in management. When we moved parking spaces they failed to change it in their system. When we got back from our vacation over the holidays they had her car towed since they failed to save it. They also failed to take responsibility and we ended up paying $250 to get the car back with not even an apology. Leaving was the best thing we did. Beautiful location, beautiful apartments, terrible leadership.

I lived there and there were never any issues, never any late payments and never caused any issues for the complex. I moved out and everything was fine, I even called the office to make sure everything was good. its 2 years later after I moved out and I'm now being contacted by a collection agency! They sent me to collections over $71, messed up my credit and never made any reasonable attempts to even let me know that I owed them money much less sending me to collections.

The Bluffs has great upscale amenities and luxury apartments. It has an amazing leasing staff and great maintenance team. They offer the best customer service within the area and strive to be the best of the best!

Took a tour with Jubelly last week and the experience was nothing short of excellent. Can’t wait to apply! The property is beautiful and great proximity to the highway

The office staff is very friendly and always ready to assist with any questions I may have. Maintenance is quick to respond and very professional. Moving into the bluffs was the best decision I ever made!

Living at the bluffs has brought me comfort and excitement! I have had so many fun experiences and made life long friends with fellow residents. They host fun and engaging events at no cost to us, where I have met some of my best friends. The property staff is amazing and so informative. Any time I have a question or concern they are quick to reach back and provide answers to all my questions. The lady’s in the office always find a way to brighten my day and know me on a personal level. I feel at home at the bluffs and am so glad to be apart of such an amazing community. The maintenance are a breath of fresh air. They are quick to resolve issues and in a professional manner. Living at the bluffs has taken the previous worries of home ownership off my shoulders and I’m proud to call the community my home!

My time at The Bluffs in Romeoville, IL, has been nothing short of frustrating due to the ineptitude of the management team. The facility, despite its potential, is marred by consistent mismanagement and a penchant for overcharging residents at every turn. The incompetence of the management at The Bluffs is glaring, with a series of poor decisions that have negatively impacted the living experience. From unresolved maintenance issues to a lack of timely response to resident concerns, it's clear that running the facility efficiently is not a priority. One of the most significant grievances is the management's tendency to overcharge residents and implement frequent price hikes. The continuous increase in prices, coupled with additional fees, has created an environment where residents feel unfairly burdened financially. It seems that every opportunity is seized to squeeze more money out of the residents, without any noticeable improvement in the overall quality of living. The lack of transparency regarding these price hikes and the absence of tangible benefits for residents have created a sense of frustration and resentment. Instead of focusing on enhancing the living conditions, the management appears solely driven by a desire to maximize profits, even at the expense of resident satisfaction. Prospective residents should be wary of The Bluffs if they value fair pricing and competent management. The constant overcharging and frequent price increases, coupled with a lack of effective management, make this property a less than ideal choice for those seeking a hassle-free living experience.

The office staff - Mary S, Karolina and Joy have been extremely personable and have made my move a great experience. The apartment is very comfortable and the amenities are great!

This was the first apartment I looked at when I started apartment searching. After I was showed their models I instantly fell in love with their 2 bedroom/2 bathroom model with an attached garage. I ended up doing the application the same day because I didn’t want anyone taking it. That’s how much I loved that unit. Kati was so professional, she answered all my questions and made it very easy for me. I move in June 1st and I’m very excited!
