Seasons at Orchard Hills

The property management will provide you a list of things you need to clean prior to move-out, but even though I cleaned all those areas, they still charged me for cleaning. I would recommend not even bother cleaning if they're just going to charge everyone for cleaning services upon move-out.

Not A Smoke Free Setting As Advertised We have on several occasions complained of our whole apartment including our garage smelling of marijuana. It is NOT resolved by opening windows, doors , or garage to air out. It just comes right back. It has caused me to have increased Asthma issues. Management sent out a paper notice on residents doors. This did NOT help. Its has gotten Worse. We told management we would not be renewing our lease. Since then our complaints go unanswered. They say someone will get back to us and they never do. The lack of customer service and managements ability to handle the situation is sad.

We’ve been living here for about 3 months now and we’ve regretted it from day one. The office gave us the wrong keys on moving day and blamed it on us moving in before noon even though we let them know weeks in advanced what time we would like our keys. Also, the walls are extremely thin. We live on the first floor and it is very, very noisy. We’ve complained at least three times since we’ve been here for the excessive noise we can hear from our upstairs neighbors especially after 9pm. The staff responded by saying we should talk to our neighbors about it (instead of them doing their jobs and handling the issue). I excepted better quality from a “luxury” apartment. If you can tolerate a lot of noise and don’t mind losing sleep then move here.

I had not planned on necessarily writing a review, but since they asked in their non-personal form letter when they refunded my money, I figured I would honor their request, something they would not do for us. We had been apartment shopping and found a great place in them (we thought). We fill out our application and paid application fees on a Tuesday. Thursday they called for some more information, I gave it to them, they assured me were were still on track for the three bedroom available, September 8. On Saturday I called, as I had not heard anything, they stated that the application was being sent to a 3rd party (but whoever had to do that would not be in until Monday) and everything was still a go. Monday at 5:30 they called asking for another signature and then said they would keep our application on file - when I asked what happened to the apartment I was assured was ours both Thursday and Saturday (keep in mind all along I was assured that I was following their procedures correctly) - she told me the place was actually rented out midweek already!! Keep in mind it was still on their website for another 2 days after this. They said they would keep us in mind because sometimes people break their leases - I said not to bother - they had broken our trust in them. Would not suggest to anyone, ever. There is your review, are you happy? We will be, but not in your place!

Kati has been amazing and has made the process of applying here easy. Nice and quiet residential area and everything is modern and new! Would definitely recommend!

Our move to Oak Creek went seamlessly because of the incredibly helpful staff at the Seasons at Orchard Hills. Our apartment is gorgeous and having new everything has been wonderful. The location is perfect, especially it being right off the highway to get to work. I highly recommend it here!

This is a great place to live with lots of amenities and so many floor plans to choose from. The office staff is so attentive and friendly.

We are absolutely LOVING our new home at the Seasons at Orchard Hills! The open-concept layout has been so refreshing and roomy. We are loving how everything is all updated and new, from appliances to quartz countertops to a large deep bathtub! The community has numerous amenities, can’t wait to use the pool! Most importantly, the staff has been incredible. They have made our entire move-in process a breeze! Highly recommend!

I leased here sight unseen and am very pleased. Overall finish is good quality with very nice appliances and a huge 2 car garage.

Couldn’t be happier with Seasons! The staff is so friendly and has been such a breeze to work with. Additionally, our pups just love it here! Convenient location and condo style are also some of the features that put seasons at the top of our list!

I can’t wait to move here come spring! Gorgeous units, private entrances and a real community feel. Everything is brand new and quality. Kati and the leasing team made it a smooth experience picking out a unit and signing the lease.

The leasing staff are nice and VERY knowledgeable about the property. They actually drove us in the company vehicle to a sister property to show us a model unit that wasn’t available for viewing at Orchard Hills. The clubhouse is exceptionally large with full kitchen amenities and offers a nice, poolside entertaining space.

From my initial inquiry with the property I’ve received exceptional customer service from the leasing managers. All of my questions were answered promptly through the leasing process. Since moving in I’ve continued to receive excellent service. The unit is beautiful and service requests for maintenance are cleared in a timely manner. It’s quite and comfortable, feels like home already.
