Located in the scenic southeastern corner of Bend, the Old Farm District is just a short drive away from Downtown Bend via Highway 97. Most of the rentals are situated in the northwestern portion of the district, including a variety of apartments and houses on spacious lots. Residents appreciate quick access to the Old Mill District, which touts excellent shopping and dining options close to home.
There are plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation within close reach of the community as well. Constant maintenance keeps everything looking wonderful and comfortable. Everyone here seems to be respectful. There's a curb on the apartment across from me that would pe perfect for skating. I like to day dream about smacking that lip, like, " whapow". Overall I've enjoyed my stay so far.

Despite not offering a 3-bedroom option, we have researched every new complex in Bend, and Seasons got our vote hands-down. Certainly the best dog park, and as a gardener, I love having a shady north patio as well as a sunny south patio for container plants. Our rooms are good-size, and we appreciate things like having space for a dining room table, plenty of overhead and lower kitchen cabinets, and an actual thermostat, instead of a hotel-style unit sticking into the longest living room wall (a terrible feature on virtually every brand new complex recently built or under construction). We also love the covered parking option, and we find the entire staff to be pleasant and responsive. Also really appreciated the $1,000 lease renewal bonus!

I moved in at the end of March any everything was extremely smooth and easy to navigate. Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff was easy to communicate with and everything online was easily accessible. The amenities of the property are very nice, especially for the pricing of the units in this area. Spacious apartments and easy to use technology within the units.

We looked all around Bend, and Seasons offered the best combination of large floorplans, two patios (for our gardener), new construction with high ceilings, thermostat, garbage disposal, granite surfaces, etc.), and accepted a large dog. Their dog park is superior to what any other apartment complex offers. Landscaping is nicely maintained, and they employ adequate maintenance staff.

I have had too many issues to count. Trying to charge me for parking spots I'm not using, trying to charge me for utilities from before I had even moved in, banning me from meeting my financial advisor in the commons area that I pay the utilities for for no reason, trying to change my rental insurance policy behind my back to an incorrect address for some reason, and leaving my broken heater unresolved for 3 months in the heart of winter when they knew it was keeping us awake at night.

Hi there, Thank you for this review. We see one parking spot active on your account that you are being charged for. You are free to meet with whoever you like in the clubhouse, but we have spoken separately with your financial advisor who happens to be a tenant with us and as outlined in the lease, the common areas may not be used to conduct any business. Staff and tenants are required to follow what is stated in the lease. When your insurance fell out of compliance, they reached out to us directly and we provided a change in address for the additional insured section for our Greystar office. As for your heater, once we were informed by you that it was acting up during the snowstorm, we had Temp Rite come out that very night. We were told by them directly that this is an occasional sound the heater makes when it's cold. It was not ongoing at that time. We were not informed until 3 months later that it had been ongoing. Once we learned that, we immediately booked a replacement which took about a week and the issue was resolved. We apologize for your having to deal with this and, like we continue to say, if we knew the issue was ongoing then we would have taken action much sooner. We hope that the rest of your tenancy with us will be smoother. We are grateful to have you both with us.
There has been a lot of changeover with management in the 8 months we've been here, but the current team has been great. Very kind, attentive and professional.

if youre in the need for a new place to move to dont hesitate to come by seasons at Farmington! This place has everything that youll ever want is amazing staff, her neighbors are awesome at least mine are :-), the grounds throughout the apartment complex are very very well-maintained garbage is easy access they have a little workshop to work on your bikes and small projects in thats a huge bonus Internet and high-speed cable is the easiest Ive ever had, the moving process was the most painless Ive ever had any place Ive ever lived in Bend Oregon. You will never want to move out of here, I absolutely love this place its a blessing for me and my family and it doesnt hurt that its absolutely beautiful and very spacious in the apartments if theres an opening take it because it wont last long guarantee it!

After four years living here, I can say that this is a wonderful place to live, especially because of the management staff. This was not always the case. Staff is friendly and very welcoming. The apartment is in great shape. Being a 6ft 7inch tall person, it is hard to find units that "fit" me. This is not the case at Seasons. The rooms are big, the ceilings are high and I can stand all the way up in the shower. I couldn't be happier :)
The staff here are great. They all have continued to provide up-to-date information and reliable support. I've met all the staff from time to time and they are always personable and professional at the same time. I never have felt like a bother to any of them. I've also met many of the other tenants and have enjoyed some great conversations and special events pre- Covid. I'd like to thank the staff for there tireless efforts to make our safe and happy, especially in these difficult times.
The Seasons is a great place to call home. Diverse community with all ages, although seems to be more in the 25-45 range. Lots of amenities and staff is super super helpful.
The first year of our lease was great, but after we renewed our lease, we realized how little new management was willing to help. The quality of living has drastically decreased for multiple reasons. The apartments are not well built so you can hear every foot step from above neighbors. Management often does not reply to messeges and leaves you guessing or having to call to confirm.
We have always been homeowners. We decided we wanted less to worry about so we decided to rent. The staff at Seasons at Farmington walked us through the process, answered all of our questions , and made the process so easy! Thank you Mark, Nick and Terri for doing such a great job!

Modern and great layout on the one bedroom apartments. Respectful and friendly community. Angela, Terri, Mark and staff have been very helpful and kind to us making our move here enjoyable!
I love my home!
Modern finishes and a nice gym are the highlights of this complex. If you have kids the silver rail elementary school is a short walk from the complex. If you have fur kids there is a gated dog park exclusive for residents on site and public park within the neighborhood. Located close to the 97, which makes it a great option for commuters. Moreover, you have grocery shopping options and the Old Mill within a minutes driving distance. I've lived here for 3 years and whether it's management or maintenance they always come through
We’ve lived here 2 years, and rent has gone up 7% both years, which outpaces housing increases across Bend and Deschutes County. The office is constantly understaffed, the amenities are gimmicks, and the only utility the complex paid for (recycling) they have now cancelled. Only move in here if you can’t find anywhere else.
