It's has been lovely living here but I'm not sure if I'm going to renew my lease since of pricing. Its nice that they have ev parking. Its a pretty building on the outside but there are little flaws with the floors not being flat and chip paint and scrates on the floor.
I just moved in but the whole experience has been amazing and I love the property so far. Jenn was super helpful with the move in process. I’m excited to spend some time here.
Best apartment complex in the area! I’ve been here 9 months and plan on renewing! It’s quiet, clean and it’s the perfect location. I am looking forward to using the pool which just opened.
Went to the doggy meet up and met some new people and dogs. Very fun! It was really nice to get to meet some new neighbors and their furry friends!
So far we have been extremely happy to move to Seacoast. Neighbors helped us move in. Our apartment is very nice. The amenities are very nice to have.
Being a resident has been amazing, such a convenient location and the apartment and staff has just been amazing during our entire time here!
Few spots in the place worth fixing up, but, overall it’s a quiet and has good amenities, especially if you have a pet. I think it is quite pricey, but if you’re looking for a secure, safe, and quiet spot to live, this is definitely a great option.
I love that I found this community! The amenities are fantastic, apartments are equipped for whatever design style you want with the modern gray canvas.
A few bumps in the road, but not a problem. Overall, very easy process. Emily guided us through the whole thing and she was great. It was well worth it.

Living in this community for more than 8 months has been a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. The management team including the maintenance team are professional and immediately respond to any needs, repairs or concerns. More importantly everyone is very respectable to each other privacy and walking through the halls you can often hear a pin drop. During the winter months the roadways were cleared and salt quickly applied to keep you safe when walking. One of the best communities for the price and value on the Seacoast of Maine.

Great Community with friendly and respectable neighbors always saying hello and helping one another. Very relaxing and the units themselves are the most soundproof of all the other communities I visited. With the launch of activities in 2025, the management company and its marketing team are ramping up the ability to meet your neighbors and create a sense of a family community.

Started off well, the place looks very nice and I figured some of the problems would be sorted out as more people moved in. The garbage chutes are definitely not monitored despite what the signs say and people have been blocking the chutes more often. Noise is definitely louder than I expected especially if you are on the window side. There is no wall for abatement so trucks and motorcycles going full blast on 95 can be very loud. Wifi can be very spotty, but you are locked into dish as the only provider.
Great location and it’s nice to have amenities in the same building you live! Close to downtown Kittery and Portsmouth. I would recommend living here if you want to be in Maine but close to New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

When I first moved here in June I was very happy and then slowly the building started to fill up. First of all, let me say that I love animals, but I don't like it when pit bulls attack me. The owners can hardly restrain them by their leashes. I met at least 4 pit bulls here. In Europe you can't let them out on the street without a muzzle. Moreover, after the recent work in the bathrooms, I can smell the odors of other units. For example, in my kitchen I can smell the toxic odor from the dryer in another apartment. I am no longer happy living here.
Everything went so smooth. Jen and Patty made everything so easy and answered all my questions. There were no surprises when moving here. The grounds are beautiful.

Experiences moving in were pretty good. Still love the location. A few things I noticed are that one of the two elevators are constantly out of service, which is strange since the building is brand new. The latest occasion has left one down for over a week. Recently the key fob system went down and I was not able to get my fob reprogrammed for some time. I work the same hours as the office. There is Saturday coverage, but usually I can’t find anybody there. The apartment although new seems prone to brownouts, there is no generator, and the hallways turn pitch black without emergency lighting. The apartment looks amazing at first glance, but after living here it feels like a lot of fine details were skipped. The towel racks and hooks fell off very easily, they were held on by double stick tape. A dimmer switch for the lights would’ve made all the difference as well. I ended up buying my own lighting since its way too bright at night.
Loving these new apartments! Convenient location as well. Close to downtown Kittery, the highway, and Portsmouth! Leasing office (Dave) was great in helping me find the best unit!

It was a great experience, and a terrific Seacoast team made the move seamless. The amenities are terrific from the Clubhouse, gym and remote office locations.
Have had a great experience here thus far. Especially the snow removal team that has been hired, they are phenomenal! I wouldn’t mind seeing a community event being hosted monthly.
Myself and my wife recently moved to the Kittery area for work. Dave and Kyle have been outstanding in helping us in the process. It was seamless and they were very welcoming. The other residents we have met so far were very approachable and friendly. Amenities seem amazing, and we are looking forward to creating a cozy home at Seacoast Residences.
I haven’t met any residents yet but the staff has been very welcoming and easy to talk to. The apartments are modern and well thought out. Looking forward to enjoying the outdoor amenities this summer!
