Property Ratings at Greenwood Pointe
As another reviewer mentioned, these apartments are pretty nice for the price but the main reason I chose this property was because of all the reviews talking about how quiet the neighborhood is. And for the most part that is true, but lately there has been 1 or 2 tenants who feel everyone in the neighborhood needs to know they have the loudest motorcycles and horrible taste in music through the act of revving them in very annoying ways throughout the day/night and also blasting the music so loud it feels like it's in your apartment. This is not the same as people blasting music in their car, which is something I could easily get over, this is like having guitar amps strapped to a chainsaw. At 1030 at night. So if you are looking for a quiet place to live, I'd avoid seachase. Apartments are nice tho.
Nice apartment but neighbors with loud motorcycles are super annoying.
Love my two bedroom apartment home! The grounds are always kept nice! If you are looking for quiet then this is the place for you!
Quiet and safe neighborhood!!!! Very spacious apartments, clean, no bug problems, and no rodents! Highly recommend! I love our Seachase Family!
We have lived at Seachase apartments through a owner transfer and have to say it was one of the best transitions possible for this community. We LOVE our apartment and the staff! We could use a couple updates inside of the apartment since we have been here so long but if something needs to be addressed the office staff is on top of it! We have had to call in a couple times for issues and within a couple hours maintenance is over and the office staff follows up with us the next day! If you are looking for apartment living please give them a shout!
I have lived at Seachase of Greenwood for about 1.5 year and I LOVE IT HERE!!! The apartments are very nice and the grounds are nicely kept. I have had to put in a couple maintenance orders and have had the pleasure of dealing with Tommy. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to look into the problem! The girls in the office are very helpful and you can tell they care about us residents. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood this is it! I will be renewing my lease when it comes time to do so.

We have lived at Seachase for about 2 years now and love the neighbor and the staff. Whenever we have had to call the office the staff there is always so friendly and helpful. The grounds are always kept so nice and whenever I have had to call in a maintenance issue they here within 24 hours. We will continue our lease when it is time to renew!
We moved in a few weeks ago and it is VERY quiet here, and my kids love that there is a park here for them to play. The staff is very polite the people here are courteous. The apartments are also really nice. I am really happy that I moved here and I look forward to staying here for a long time.
We moved here a little over a year ago and absolutely love it! The neighborhood is very quiet and well kept, the office staff is very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be renewing our lease!
