Property Ratings at Seabridge at Glen Cove
I strongly advise against choosing this apartment complex due to severe pest issues. My experience here has been marred by persistent problems with rats, gnats, and ants infesting the premises. Despite repeated complaints to management, the issue remains unresolved. It's not just a matter of inconvenience; it's a health and safety hazard. The presence of these pests compromises the quality of life for residents and raises serious concerns about the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a living space.

Silverfish, spiders, appliance breakdowns, and catalytic converter thefts oh my! This place is terrible. It’s the kind of place that exists because the rents are too d@!% high, and location…only. They don’t show you the exact apartment you will get, and mine was not reflective of the upgraded apartment pictures online. It was infested with nasty silverfish that can crawl in your ears and destroy your clothes, and the spiders that hunt them. The cheap appliances always broke down, and weren’t fixed for weeks, or after weeks they were replaced with even cheaper ones. My and other tenants’ cars were targeted by cc thieves (this one can’t be attributed to the apartment complex directly, but still, yet another con). People speed through here. To be balanced, there is a beautiful view of the strait (and the sugar factory and the refinery further down the road), and the rents are “cheaper” than other housing in the area. What else can I say except that if you can’t afford better, like I couldn’t before moving out of state…you can just be glad you are housed. G
I moved here from the city a year ago and love it. It seems to be pretty safe as no one has messed with my car or stolen any of my delivery boxes. Both pool areas were fun before the pandemic so hopefully those will be open again soon. The walls are well insulated, I rarely hear my neighbors. Outside it’s mostly quiet too, aside from the gobbling from a flock of wild turkeys. Maintenance is always prompt about fixing little things that break, and nothing big has broken yet. And, of course, the views of Carquinez Strait are fantastic.
