I lived here for a year and had to move out to due another job opportunity, never had any problems and the staff there was always great to work with. I never had an issue with parking but at night cars to tend to park wherever they want, other than that this place is worth every penny. From the pool to the basketball court to target right across the street you won't find a better place in Boynton Beach.

Lisa and the staff here are amazing and always attentive to any needs you may have. The amenity's are great from a basketball court, to a good size gym, to a beautiful pool. On top of that you have a great community room with a pool table and so much more.

Bugs and worms everywhere. Management is awful. Pool closed for weeks at a time. Packages stolen.

The community was built with nice amenities and updated/modernized living spaces, but the front gates are not very useful as they have not worked longer then one week since I moved in 8 months ago. They should use an arm bar. There are rules about how long gates have to stay open and this causes tailgating to be easily accomplished. They need to install an arm bar to minimize tailgating while the gate has the closure delay (assuming the gates ever work). The mail room package pickup is always unlocked. They advertised that it’s secure and a notification would be available through the app when a package is ready for pickup, but this is not the case. It’s just for show, but not useable. The breezeways/hallways in the apartments buildings are very bland and prison-like. They should had some paint or some type of wall art fixture to make it more appealing. Trash is a bit of a mess. The small size dumpsters fill up very quickly. The dumpsters are kept outside, in the open, rather than behind a gate or in a trash room. It’s not a pleasant view to see dumpsters all over that are overflowing. For nearly a full month now (May 2022 - Current), they have neglected to address an Fire Annunciator Alarm sounding in the building. Almost every night I have to get out of bed and go outside to silence the alarm. They have been notified about five times, yet ignore it. They have told me several times they have ordered a part, but refuse to provide a tracking number, order number, or receipt showing any evidence that they have. Just false promises and delays while having to pay premium prices.
Have been living here for 1 year and just received our renewal letter in which they have raised our rent price $740 per month. That is a 28% increase year over year. In what universe can they claim that Boynton Beach should be as expensive as Los Angeles for example. Let's also keep in mind they have no parking process so people that do not even live in the complex take up resident's spaces and people have to double park on sidewalks if they are not home by 7PM. They have no package security and it is a free for all in which anyone has free reign to steal whatever they want. This place is barely worth what I was currently paying and they are on drugs if they think I would pay this much more the same lackluster product. The management company and owners should be ashamed of themselves if they think people will stand by and take this. Oh and the best part, I received the renewal letter on May 20th (today) and they gave me until June 3 (two weeks) to "lock in this price". Stay far away from this place and rent or buy elsewhere.
I paid the admin fee sometime in Aug as well as all the other fees to lock in an apartment. Unfortunately I didn’t qualify which they said I’d get refunded the admin fee. It’s Dec 1st tomorrow and have yet to be mailed out a refund. They said it could take up to a month but nothing yet.
