So far the living experience has been good. I would like to suggest a time difference for the amenities though. The movie and game room, as well as the pool should stay open later.

I like it here but there needs to assigned parking because parking is a big issue after 8 PM. Also the new valet trash schedule isn’t convenient at all. We should be able to put trash out when it’s full not only 2 hours a day. Aside from that great location and amenities!

The amenities here are fantastic! The pool area is beautifully maintained, and it's the perfect spot to relax on sunny days. The fitness center is well-equipped, and I appreciate having access to it without having to leave the complex. My apartment itself is spacious and modern. The layout is functional, and the appliances are all new, making daily life so much easier. I also love the pet-friendly policy, which makes it a great option for animal lovers. The community here is friendly and diverse, which has made it easy to meet new neighbors and feel at home. The location is convenient, with shops and restaurants just a short drive away!

Me encanta vivir aquí! El apartamento es espacioso, limpio y bien mantenido. La administración siempre está disponible y responde rápido a cualquier problema o pregunta. I've been pretty pleased with this complex. I enjoy the pool and gym amenities. My initial experience with service requests wasn't great, but they've gotten much better. Usually next day service.

Great apartment, great views around the pond. Friendly and responsive staff, great neighborhood. Well connected to the bus line, and close major wholesale chains walmart publix target etc.

Overall the complex is nice. The parking spaces are too small and there aren’t enough of them. Maintenance has been better than it was previously, but the main gate is always broken

Loud and noise neighbors. Small and limited parking spots. Smelly water in unit. Gate is constantly broken. Maintenance takes awhile to get job done. Office hardly answers emails or phone calls. Printer in the clubhouse doesn’t and hasn’t worked since I moved in here.

Nice apartment complex. I have lived here for 4 years. Great location. Only issues I have are ones I have had at all apartment complexes in Orlando so no real complaints.
I love this place! The management and their team are amazing. Since the first day, the staff has been so helpful and always full of positive energy. I knew I was in the right place. It’s definitely a nice place to be, with everything close and accessible.

I haven't lived here very long. But I like it a lot. The area is nice and feels safe. I like how it's gated. Sometimes it'd be good to have maintenance respond just a little faster. But so far the complex is good.

Horrible sewer smell coming out of water. Dirty apartment with mold and dead roaches. Did not receive a thorough welcome with information. We had to pay two month fee and have not been able to move in due to strong rotten egg smell coming from shower and faucet water.

There are pros and cons. Location is great, but it's very loud with the fire station so close and the traffic getting onto I-4 (means a lot of honking day in and day out). Maintenance used to be pretty awful, but has gotten much better since they brought George in, and I hope he stays for the foreseeable future! There is plenty of parking; however, the spots are so small your car will wind up with dings, dents, and scratches - they really need to make them larger to avoid damage to your car. The gate also only works about half the time. We like having valet trash and it isn't too expensive, but they don't always pick it up like they're supposed to. The complex no longer does resident things since losing Cristian, and responses from the office are hard to come by since Carmen left. We also had rats in the ceiling for months, but they took care of it. No roaches though! We like it a lot, but are not sure if we plan to stay or look elsewhere with the lack of communication.

When I received the apartment everything was in bad condition, dirty I got my camera stolen because it was in the storage, it was not a good experience

I’ve been living at sea isle for over two years. My experience have been positive only big downside ( but it’s not the property fault) is the crazy traffic in the afternoon it can take ages to be able to enter the property

For any additional trash or items that need to be disposed of on non-service days, our community dumpster area is available for your convenience. We're sorry if this has caused any inconvenience and we're always open to suggestions for improvement.

Housing is great. Leasing office seems to ignore a residents needs until they cause a problem for them in their office. Location is fantastic. I just wish the leasing office team would be more responsive in certain matters.

Maintenance is flakey, amenities are highly restricted with the fire pits and carwash station requiring extra payment. Movie theatre doesn't work. Overall a beautiful place to live.

So much has gone wrong since I’ve moved in a month ago that has NOT been resolved. Maintenance refuses to come to my apartment for whatever reason. They close out my service requests as “completed” even though they never come to my apartment to fix the issues. I have two water leaks and all they did was cut off my water three weeks ago and never came back. So I’ve had no water. I’ve tried escalating this so many times but it doesn’t seem like the office staff has any say in what the maintenance team does. Valet trash team has not picked up my trash once in the month I’ve lived here so far yet I’m still being charged for their services. I’ve confirmed multiple times that I’m following the guidelines for the trash. No more than two bags at a time, 13 gallon trash bag, close the container, no trash on the floor, etc etc and nothing. This place is a joke

We're truly sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced. We understand how important it is to have these concerns addressed promptly. We do, however, want to correct a few points you have raised. Firstly, while you did request that you be present when maintenance came to your unit, numerous attempts were made to contact you to schedule a time that were not responded to. Secondly, your water was not shut off for three weeks. The water dispenser in your refrigerator was out of commission for that time before we could get it repaired. And finally, regarding the trash pickup, all residents are required to have the trash out by a certain time in order for it to be picked up. If you put it out after the trash service has already gone through, as happened in your case, then it will not get picked up that day.
