Quality of live improved immensely if you have hay fever, asthma, allergy and emphysema. Endowed with a 35 mile View of Santa Monica Bay from the red tile roofs of Palos Verdes to Malibu on to Ventura. Beach Bike path voted best in CA is in the front yard of this Building where walkers, joggers bikers sail kiters and bench warmers are to be found. Surf is 42 steps from the front door with surfers, swimmers, boogie boarders, and kayaks doing their beach things. 2 levels of subterranean parking. Every bldg has been earthquake Retrofit or has huge amounts of steel and concrete dedicated to the parking structures which diminishes the risk to life and property during a CA earthquake Pods of Whales and Dolphins are seen daily while Hawks, pelicans, sea gulls and Falcons ply the skies above. Beach hot spots are everywhere to be found with celebrities in evidence from their nearby designer condos and homes. CA life style is alive well and thriving. Join in and live the healthy CA beach life. Four challenging golf courses including Trump National are in the immediate vicinity. Solar energy panels are installed to take advantage of renewable energy and do our part in diminishing global warming. This year we’ll get off fossil fuels and receive all our energy from the sun. This year installation of LED lighting has transformed our dark dingy parking to well lit palaces. With electrical grid predicted to be down more often our emergency lighting will allow tenants to depart home for vehicles safely. Women especially have praised this new safety feature. We've dramatically diminished our water requirements with water miser devices for our toilets, faucets, showers and big time with drought resistant landscaping.
